Out Run (アウトラン, Auto Ran) is an arcade game released by Sega in 1986. It was designed by Yu Suzuki and developed by Sega AM2. The game was a critical and commercial success, becoming one of the best-selling video games of its time, winning the Golden Joystick Award for Game of the Year, and being listed among the best games of all time. It is notable for its innovative hardware (including a moving cabinet), pioneering graphics and music, innovative features such as offering the player choices in both soundtrack and nonlinear routes, and its strong theme of luxury and relaxation. In retrospective interviews, Yu Suzuki has classified Out Run not as a racing game, but as a "driving" game.
Out Run is a 3D third-person racing game. The player controls a car, a Ferrari Testarossa Spider, from a rear third-person perspective. In contrast to other third-person racing games at the time where the camera is some distance above the horizon to see into the distance, Out Run places the camera near the ground, directly behind the car, simulating a Ferrari driver's perspective view and limiting the player's view into the distance. The road also curves and dips, which, combined with the low perspective, increases the challenge by making it difficult to see what is on the other side of a hill.
Yu Suzuki (鈴木 裕, Suzuki Yū, born June 10, 1958) is a Japanese game designer, director and producer who helmed Sega's AM2 team for 18 years. He has been responsible for the creation of Sega's biggest global arcade hits, including pseudo-3D sprite-scaling games such as Hang-On, Space Harrier, Out Run, and After Burner, and pioneering polygonal 3D games such as Virtua Racing and Virtua Fighter, which are credited with popularizing 3D graphics in video games, as well as the critically acclaimed Shenmue series of open world adventure games. As a hardware engineer, he led the development of various arcade system boards, including the Sega Space Harrier, Model 1, Model 2, and Model 3, and was involved in the development of the Dreamcast console and its corresponding NAOMI arcade hardware.
In 2003, Suzuki became the sixth person to be inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences' Hall of Fame. IGN listed him at #9 in their Top 100 Game Creators of All Time list. In 2011, he received the Pioneer Award at the Game Developers Choice Awards.
OutRun Online Arcade is a racing video game and the most recent release in the OutRun series. It was developed by Sumo Digital and published by Sega. The game was released on April 15, 2009 on Xbox Live Arcade. It was also released exclusively in Europe for the PlayStation 3 on April 16, 2009 via the PlayStation Network. Gameplay involves players racing their choice of Ferrari through a selection of fifteen stages in the shortest time possible.
The game was fairly well received by critics, with aggregate scores averaging 78% for both platforms at GameRankings. Reviewers generally felt that the game was a faithful adaptation of the OutRun 2 series of games. The upgraded high definition graphics were also lauded. Critics felt that the game was worth the price, however, some felt that the amount of available content was lacking considering the cars and stages available in the series' other titles. On October 13, 2010, Sega announced that OutRun Online was taken down from the PlayStation Network and it was removed from Xbox Live Arcade in December 2011 due to the expiration of their contract with Ferrari.
OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast is a racing game developed by Sumo Digital and released in 2006 on behalf of Sega AM2. It is the eighth title in the series. Despite its name, is not a direct continuation of the original game. Outrun 2006 is a re-imagining of the first game in the series, and has a completely new game engine and modern graphics. The game is split into two parts: A faithful conversion of OutRun 2 SP (which itself includes the OutRun 2 levels), and "Coast 2 Coast", which includes single-player races and challenges, and local network and Internet multiplayer.
OutRun 2006 was released in Europe and North America on the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable in March-April 2006, but was delayed until June for PC. In Japan, OutRun 2006 has only seen a PlayStation 2 release, albeit retitled as OutRun 2 SP. Each version is subtly different so as to play to the strengths of its home system, which includes a link-up feature between the PS2 and PSP versions, a different mission set for the PSP and Xbox Live support on the Xbox.
The Sega Master System (Japanese: セガマスターシステム, Hepburn: Sega Masutā Shisutemu) is a third-generation home video game console that was manufactured by Sega. It was originally released in 1985 as the Sega Mark III in Japan. After being redesigned prior to its North American launch, the console was renamed Master System and released in 1986 in North America, 1987 in Europe, and 1989 in Brazil. The redesigned Master System was also released in Japan in 1987. Both the Mark III and the original Master System models could play with both cartridges and the credit card-sized Sega Cards, which retailed at lower prices than cartridges but had lower storage capacity; the Master System II and later models did not have the card slot. The Master System also featured accessories such as a light gun and 3D glasses which were designed to work with a range of specially coded games.

http://www.longplays.org Played by MadMatty Outrun Online Arcade is pretty much just a cutdownversion of Outrun2SP with Online leaderboards. I dont care for the online aspect of the game, but i think its the only ps3 native outrun game. Its been a long time since ive played this and the controls a very sensitive and twitchy so took a few goes to even stay on the road lol. The video shows a run through of all 15 tracks using the 15 cource mode. More of a bonus addition is the Heart attack mode. Not a great run as I take the wrong track at the end possably due to loss of concentration and that messes me up as I wasnt ready for what was shown. I've never managed to Get AAA score, only AAB. very frustrating ;) 19:00 Heart Attack mode All in all, its a good game (which isnt available...

My conception
My life beginning as I bleed
Breathe in anger
Breathe the hatred as you need
Feel so empty
I watch another world collapse
As the other, it seems so real
The victim eternal with no other feelings
You wear your filth well as it drips
With your bleeding
Spilling your life and your filth
On your hands
Wash it away with the love your pretend
Tearing at meaning corrupting with healing
Drifting decline as it clutches for feeling
Spilling the life and your skin on your hands
Wash it away with the love you pretend
Bleeding the words as they crave for denial
You are holding my words
As they crave for denial
I am bleeding the words as they crave for denial
You are holding my words
As they bleed
They bleed for you
Spilling the blood I have made
And have shown for you
What does it mean if I offer my sins to you
Innocent to the end of this imposed tragedy
Broken wounds caught in my dreams
I gave up dying for my sins
Broken wounds caught in my dreams
