My brother was both of those men put together during the peak of his insanity. There were many nights I would storm out the door, walk around in desperation, yelling at the top of my lungs in the darkness; screaming to God and wondering where He was in all this. The terror was so horrifying and bleak, I considered suicide, murder or running away. In the end, I stayed and endured the domestic abuse. It was during this chaos when I chose to accept Jesus as my Lord and savior and had it not been for Him, I seriously don't think I'd be here. He gave me hope, strength and stamina that I never thought I had. If you live with a tyrant right now and endure madness, and you've tried seeking help but to no avail, my only advice to you is to accept Jesus as your Lord and savior and trust that He can get you through your adversity. The cops are incompetent. Friends and relatives shut their doors. Strangers don't want anything to do with you or your problem. Only the Lord will be there. Tell me what you think of the ending.
