Henrietta Marrie

Henrietta Marrie (née Fourmile) (born 1954) is an Australian indigenous rights activist. She is an Aboriginal Australian from the Yidinji tribe, directly descended from Ye-i-nie, an Aboriginal leader in the Cairns region.

She is an advocate for the rights of her own Gimuy Walubarra Yidinji families, as well as for the cultural rights of indigenous peoples nationally and internationally.

The "Encyclopaedia of Aboriginal Australia" identifies Henrietta Marrie as a notable Aboriginal Australian in an entry that reads, in part, as follows:

Fourmile has been involved in extensive research in the areas of Aboriginal cultural heritage and museums, the politics of Aboriginal heritage and the arts and recently the area of Aborigines and cultural tourism.

She is currently a senior fellow at the United Nations University and an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining at the University of Queensland.

Anirudh Ravichander

Anirudh Ravichander (born 16 October 1990) is an Indian film composer and singer. He made his debut in the Tamil film, 3 directed by Aishwarya R. Dhanush. The song, "Why This Kolaveri Di", that Anirudh had composed for the Tamil film 3, went viral on YouTube and tracked more than 100 million views.

Early life

Anirudh is the son of actor Ravi Raghavendra, nephew of Rajinikanth and Latha Rajinikanth, and cousin of Aishwarya and Soundarya Rajinikanth. His mother Lakshmi is a dancer. Anirudh was a part of a band in school called Zinx. At the age of 10, he started composing music and landed his first break – '3' at the age of 21

He did his schooling at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan, K.K. Nagar. He graduated from Loyola College, Chennai in 2011, which according to him was just a back up in case his music career did not take off. Anirudh learnt classical piano from Trinity College of Music, London. He also learnt Carnatic music, and was part of a Carnatic fusion band.

Balaji Mohan

Balaji Mohan, born on 25 May 1987, is an Indian film director. After discontinuing his engineering studies to pursue his passion and become a director, he enrolled at a film academy and attended courses and workshops, besides participating in short film contests. After shooting more than half-a-dozen short films, he directed his first full-length bilingual film romantic comedy Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi (Tamil) and Love Failure (Telugu) based on one of his own short films.

Early life

Balaji was born on 25 May 1987 in Trichy to a Telugu father and a Tamil mother. He pursued his schooling in Campion Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School in Trichy and later joined the Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering in Chennai for his higher studies, albeit he had decided in 10th class already that he wanted to become a director. He recalls that his parents bought him a handycam in his third semester, and he made his first short film called Velicham, which was also sent to film festivals and won. Although he had initially planned to complete his education before following his passion and pursuing a career in filmmaking, he did not want to "wait for too long" after making Velicham. After convincing his parents, he discontinued his engineering course two years later and went on to join the L. V. Prasad Film and TV Academy in Vadapalani, Chennai to learn editing and sound design. He also studied acting at Alchemy Institute, Adyar, Chennai.

Kajal Aggarwal

Kajal Aggarwal (born 19 June 1985) is an Indian film actress and model who predominantly works in Telugu and Tamil films. She has also appeared in a few Hindi films. Through her successful career, Kajal has become one of the most popular celebrities in South India. In addition to acting, Kajal participates in stage shows and is a prominent celebrity endorser for brands and products.

She subsequently earned wide critical recognition for her dual portrayal in 2009 historical fiction Telugu film Magadheera. It ranks among the highest-grossing Telugu films of all time and fetched her Best Actress nominations at several award ceremonies including Filmfare. She followed with a series of box-office hits in Telugu and established herself as one of the leading and highest-paid actresses in Tollywood.

Sony Music Entertainment

Sony Music Entertainment Inc.
