8. Three total front sights of varying height to dial your zero
The Bad:
1. Ships with ONE magazine...
2. The finish on this blued model is terrible.
3. Double action trigger pull is ridiculously heavy.
4. FRP is significant when suppressed, more so than my other .22 platforms.
*FRP not an issue when fired "wet".

The gun we all know and love as the James Bond gun is slightly updated in the Walther PPK/S. The beautiful lines and curves, as well as all the ergonomics and functionality of the original PPK are captured in this higher capacity version of the Walther gun that was carried by fictional British secret agent 007. Although somewhat eclipsed by higher capacity, and harder hitting handguns that are just as concealable, as well as by equally powerful pocket pistols that are far smaller and much easier to carry, the classically designed PPK/S is just too timeless to ever be replaced in our hearts.
An enjoyable gun to shoot, and one for the collection, the Walther PPK/S is a gun I'd love to call my own someday (tuxedo not included).

Walther PP
The Walther PP (Polizeipistole, or police pistol) series pistols are blowback-operated semi-automatic pistols, developed by the German arms manufacturer Walther.
It features an exposed hammer, a traditional double-action trigger mechanism, a single-column magazine, and a fixed barrel that also acts as the guide rod for the recoil spring. The series includes the Walther PP, PPK, PPK/S, and PPK/E.
Various PP series are manufactured in either Germany, France or the United States. Since 2002, the PPK variant is solely manufactured by Smith & Wesson in Houlton, Maine, United States, under license from Carl Walther GmbH Sportwaffen. In the past, this particular model has been manufactured by Carl Walther in its own factory in Germany, as well as under licenses by Manurhin in Alsace, France, and by Interarms in Alexandria, Virginia, US.
The PP and the PPK were among the world's first successful double action semi-automatic pistols and were widely copied, but are still made by Walther. The design inspired other pistols, among them the Soviet Makarov, the Hungarian FEG PA-63, and the Argentinian Bersa Thunder 380. The PP and PPK were both popular with European police and civilians, for being reliable and concealable. During World War II, they were issued to the German military and police, and the Luftwaffe.

The gun we all know and love as the James Bond gun is slightly updated in the Walther PPK/S. The beautiful lines and curves, as well as all the ergonomics and functionality of the original PPK are captured in this higher capacity version of the Walther gun that was carried by fictional British secret agent 007. Although somewhat eclipsed by higher capacity, and harder hitting handguns that are just as concealable, as well as by equally powerful pocket pistols that are far smaller and much easier to carry, the classically designed PPK/S is just too timeless to ever be replaced in our hearts.
An enjoyable gun to shoot, and one for the collection, the Walther PPK/S is a gun I'd love to call my own someday (tuxedo not included).
