Baisakhi special: Aate Ki Pinni

Aate Ki Pinni is a melt-in-the-mouth sweet dish, widely popular in the northern states of India. It is a true delight for the taste buds of the people with a sweet tooth. Celebrate Baisakhi by serving your guests with this amazing dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
1 1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup milk
1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup mixed dry fruits
Method
- Heat ghee in a large heavy pan.
- Add flour and cook till it is evenly browned.
- Spread contents of pan into plate, allow to cool.
- Add sifted powdered sugar, cardamom, dry fruit.
- Mix very gently, but thoroughly.
- Shape into equal sized balls.
- Cool completely before storing in airtight boxes.
