During the 1970's when this cartoon was aired for the first time to the American people; the American society was a good society that put America first. We taught our children what it is to be an American.
Today that no longer is a priority; unlimited immigration without assimilation and anti-American Communists that refuse to follow the U.S. Constitution are destroying what was once a great Nation. And what do we do? Nothing.
We are no longer a Nation, we have become a Country filled with aliens from every third world country from across the globe. I don't believe America will survive as the Nation our founding fathers left us; "One Nation under God indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All" , unless we as a "people" WAKE UP!!!

The Centre, this week, told Parliament that the concept of marital rape does not apply in India as marriage is treated as sacred here. The government also said that “presently there is no proposal to bring any amendment to the IPC in this regard.” Despite Law Commission's report in 2000 and Justice Verma panel's recommendations in 2013, marital rape continues to be unrecognised by law. Parliamentary panel has said no to legal recognition of marital rape saying it has "the potential of destroying the institution of marriage". A 27-year-old marital rape survivor moved the Supreme Court to declare marital rape a criminal offence, but the court refused to entertain the petition saying it can’t decide on an individual case. The lawyers will now petition the Supreme Court again with more data. On We The People, we ask: why is India still in denial about marital rape? Are the lawmakers stuck in a time warp? With Parliament saying no, will the courts intervene? Also, will a law recognising marital rape be liable to misuse?

As multiple infertility centres , or "baby factories" as they are called , mushroom around the country , the question of exploitation of poor women who choose to act as surrogate mothers still remains to be answered. The Preamble to the United States Constitution is a brief introductory statement of the Constitution's fundamental purposes and guiding principles. It states in general terms, and courts have referred to it as reliable evidence of, the Founding Fathers' intentions regarding the Constitution's meaning and what they hoped the Constitution would achieve.
The Preamble serves solely as an introduction, and does not assign powers to the federal government, nor does it provide specific limitations on government action. Due to the Preamble's limited nature, no court has ever used it as a decisive factor in case adjudication, except as regards frivolous litigation.
The courts have shown interest in any clues they can find in the Preamble regarding the Constitution's meaning. Courts have developed several techniques for interpreting the meaning of statutes and these are also used to interpret the Constitution. As a result, the courts have said that interpretive techniques that focus on the exact text of a document should be used in interpreting the meaning of the Constitution, so the Preamble provides additional language against which to compare other parts of the Constitution. Balanced against these techniques are those that focus more attention on broader efforts to discern the meaning of the document from more than just the wording; the Preamble is also useful for these efforts to identify the "spirit" of the Constitution.

Shahrukh Khan (pronounced [‘ʃaːɦrəx ˈxaːn]; born 2 November 1965), often credited as Shah Rukh Khan and informally referred to as SRK, is an Indian film actor. Known as "The King of Bollywood", Khan has acted in over 70 Hindi films. He has won fourteen Filmfare Awards from thirty nominations for his work in Indian films and shares the record for the highest number of Best Actor awards with Dilip Kumar, eight wins. In 2005, the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri for his contributions towards Indian cinema.
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in economics, he started his career appearing in theatre and several television serials in the late 1980s and later made his Hindi film debut in 1992 with Deewana. Early in his career he was recognised for his unconventional choice of negative roles in films such as Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993) and Anjaam (1994). Since then he has played leading roles in a wide variety of film genres, including romantic films, comedies, thrillers, action films, sport films, and historical dramas among others.

During the 1970's when this cartoon was aired for the first time to the American people; the American society was a good society that put America first. We taught our children what it is to be an American. Today that no longer is a priority; unlimited immigration without assimilation and anti-American Communists that refuse to follow the U.S. Constitution are destroying what was once a great Nation. And what do we do? Nothing. We are no longer a Nation, we have become a Country filled with aliens from every third world country from across the globe. The Centre, this week, told Parliament that the concept of marital rape does not apply in India as marriage is treated as sacred here. The government also said that “presently there is no proposal to bring any amendment to the IPC in this regard.” Despite Law Commission's report in 2000 and Justice Verma panel's recommendations in 2013, marital rape continues to be unrecognised by law. Parliamentary panel has said no to legal recognition of marital rape saying it has "the potential of destroying the institution of marriage". A 27-year-old marital rape survivor moved the Supreme Court to declare marital rape a criminal offence, but the court refused to entertain the petition saying it can’t decide on an individual case. The lawyers will now petition the Supreme Court again with more data. O... -

With the central government telling the Supreme Court that they would like a ban on commercial surrogacy, we debate the ethical issues around motherhood and the choices that arise from this unregulated industry of surrogacy worth $2 billion. As multiple infertility centres , or "baby factories" as they are called , mushroom around the country , the question of exploitation of poor women who choose to act as surrogate mothers still remains to be answered. How does the Indian establishment deal with the question of exploitation of women on one hand and their choice & right on their bodies on the other.
