In using Ouffer.com you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Visitor", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Visitor and ourselves, or either the Visitor or ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Ouffer Offer Provisions

Ouffer provides its members with discounted goods and services from local businesses. By purchasing a voucher on our website for a given "offer," you agree to receive and be charged for the offer once the minimum number of offers required for the offer to be "on" is reached. We require you to create an account to purchase a offer so that you can print the voucher out, view past vouchers, and change your preferences regarding e-mails, passwords, etc.

You will notice in the "Good To Know" section that each offer has certain rules or limitations. These vary from offer to offer. The following does not:

Terms and Conditions for Ouffer Purchase, Delivery and Redemption

- Ouffers are not redeemable for cash. In the case that the Ouffer user does not use the full balance of their Ouffer, the Ouffer user is not entitled to any consideration.

- Ouffer redemption frequency is at the discretion of the vendor, and will be indicated in the terms of use of each individual Ouffer.

- Combining Ouffers with any other coupons, promotions or discounts is at the sole discretion of the vendor.

- The value of the Ouffer does not cover taxes, gratuity or prior balances.

- Neither Ouffer nor the restaurant is responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged vouchers.

- Trying to reproduce or sell any Ouffer is prohibited. Users are welcome to trade or gift Ouffers.

- Ouffers are deemed void at any point after the expiration date listed on the Ouffers.

- Using Ouffers to purchase ic beverages is at the discretion of the vendor. The vendor agrees to comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to the serving of alcohol.

- Note other restrictions not mentioned here, but on the Ouffer or feature.

Purchase of Knives

By law, we cannot sell or deliver any cutting implements such as knives to anyone under the age of 16 in NSW and ACT, and under the age of 18 in Victoria. When you order these products online, you are confirming that you're of the legal age and that the information you have provided us is true and accurate.

Purchase of Alcohol

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

By law - the delivery of alcohol must be accepted by an adult being either the person who placed the order, or another adult who is able to accept the delivery on behalf of the person who placed the order.

Product offers

Unless otherwise stated orders will be delivered during normal business hours between 8am and 5pm and need to be signed for. It is a good idea to enter a delivery address at which someone will be present to accept the goods at this time; for example your workplace. If there is no one present at the delivery location who is entitled to accept and sign for the delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox informing you about the incomplete delivery and where to pick your parcels up. Parcels will usually be available for pick up at your nearest Post Office for 7 days unless you are informed otherwise.

In cases where the parcel is not picked up or has an incorrect delivery address, the item will be returned to Ouffer. We will attempt redelivery once the delivery address has been confirmed, subject to a redelivery fee, or else pay a credit refund on returned items. We do not provide bank refunds on returned items or postage costs of returned items.

If the product has been damaged in transfer, please inform Ouffer immediately and provide pictures if possible.

In cases where you have provided authority to leave a parcel without your signature, Ouffer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused. Ouffer absolves all risk from the point that the parcel/s arrive at your nominated delivery address.

NOTHING CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE IS INTENDED TO BE OR SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT.
