SOLD 1948 Willys Overland Jeepster $44,900.00 OBO We just finished a complete frame off restoration of this 1948 Willys Overland Jeepster, unfortunately my client passed away a month before it was done. The family has asked me to offer the car for sale to a new owner. This was the 80th Jeepster I restored. No expense was spared in this concours quality frame off restoration. The top is high grade canvas as well as the top boot and side curtains. The gauges have been restored and calibrated. The entire car was stripped to bare metal and undercoated. The body has 3 coats of primer then 2 coats of Dupont base coat and 3 coats of high quality Dupont clear coat that was cut and buffed between coats. The frame is all undercoated. About 200 pictures of the entire restoration from start to finish come with the car. The engine was rebuilt and the original 3 speed, with overdrive were completely rebuilt. Nothing was compromised during this restoration, right down to every nut and bolt. It has new Coker Radial tires, new hub caps, beauty rings, mountain brakes and wheel cylinders, master cylinder, brake lines, shocks, battery, fuel pump, clutch, pressure plate, plugs and wires, main bearings, re-built crank, rod bearings, pistons, rings, cam, valves, guides, valve seats, gaskets and seals, and all new exhaust.
