The Shinee World

"The Shinee World" (stylized as The SHINee WORLD) is the first studio album by South Korean boy band, Shinee. The album was released in South Korea on August 29, 2008. The album includes the lead single "Love Like Oxygen", the promotional single of the same name "The Shinee World (Doo-Bop)", and their previous single "Replay", which was the lead single from their mini-album, Replay.

The Shinee World debuted at the #3 spot on the South Korean charts, selling 30,000 copies. In September issue of the charts, The Shinee World sold a total of 49,864 copies.

On October 31, 2008 the album was re-released, under the title Amigo and contains three new tracks; "Forever or Never", a remix of "Sa.Gye.Han (Love Should Go On) (사.계.한)" and the second (lead) single for the album "A.Mi.Go (Amigo)" (아.미.고). Since its release The Shinee World has sold over 100,000 copies.

Amigo (film)

Amigo is a 2010 American-Filipino drama film written and directed by John Sayles. The film takes place in the Philippines in 1900 during the Philippine–American War. It is one of only a small handful of films directed by an American to address the war. The only other notable example is The Real Glory (1939), starring Gary Cooper.

Plot

Amigo centers on Rafael Dacanay, kapitan of the fictional barrio of San Isidro in a rice-growing area of Luzon. His brother Simón, head of the local guerrilla band, has forced the surrender of the Spanish guardia civil outpost and charged Rafael with the task of imprisoning the guardia Captain and the barrio’s Spanish friar, Padre Hidalgo, in the name of the revolutionary government. But when the American troops chasing General Emilio Aguinaldo arrive, the Spanish officer and Padre Hidalgo are freed, and a garrison under the command of Lieutenant Ike Compton is left to ‘protect’ the barrio. The American occupation policy now changes from ‘hearts and minds’ to ‘concentration’ (what was called ‘hamletting’ during the Vietnam war) and Rafael has to answer to both the Americans and the Filipino patriots, with deadly consequences.

Pequeño

Pequeño is the second album of the solo artist Enrique Bunbury made in 1999. Something different of anything done before by Bunbury, his dream to re-invent himself was accomplished.

Bunbury is also noteworthy that made the tour Pequeño Cabaret Ambulante serving to honor his son Javier Alexis , which spawned in the 90 with a Mexican woman named Emma Muñoz and so far unaccounted for his son...; However when asked in interviews often of his son, the artist prefers to evade the issue, according to... for sentimental reasons.
