The Concert (or The Perils of Everybody) is a ballet made by Jerome Robbins, subsequently New York City Ballet's ballet master, to Chopin's:
The décor was by Saul Steinberg, the costumes by Irene Sharaff and the lighting by Ronald Bates. The premiere took place at City Center of Music and Drama, New York, on Tuesday, 6 March 1956. Robbins made three subsequent ballets to Chopin's music: Dances at a Gathering (1969), In the Night (1970), and Other Dances (1976), made for Mikhail Baryshnikov and Natalia Makarova.
Concert: The Cure Live is the first live album of English rock band The Cure. It was recorded in 1984 at the Hammersmith Odeon in London and in Oxford. Its cassette tape edition featured on the B-side a twin album of anomalies, titled Curiosity (Killing the Cat): Cure Anomalies 1977–1984.
Tracks written by Robert Smith, Simon Gallup and Lol Tolhurst, except as noted.
The B-side of the cassette tape edition of Concert contained a twin album entitled Curiosity (Killing the Cat): Cure Anomalies 1977–1984, a set of Cure rarities recorded from 1977 to 1984:
12-12-12: The Concert for Sandy Relief was a benefit concert that took place on December 12, 2012, at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The concert was held in response to Hurricane Sandy, which devastated portions of Northeastern United States, the Caribbean and the Mid-Atlantic in late October 2012 and cost an estimated $60 billion in damage in the United States. The concert was broadcast live via television, radio, movie theaters and the Internet, and released on DVD and CD. A documentary film was also made about the concert. Proceeds from the event were collected by the Robin Hood Relief Fund to benefit victims of the hurricane in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Many famous performers took part in the charity event, including The Who, Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, The Rolling Stones, Roger Waters, Chris Martin, Michael Stipe, Kanye West, Eddie Vedder, and, for the first time in eighteen years, the surviving members of Nirvana (Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and touring member Pat Smear) who performed together in a collaboration with Paul McCartney during his show-closing set.
Intimate is a 1999 album by Smokey Robinson. It was his first release in over seven years and marked his return to Motown Records. A recurring theme in the album, as with many of Robinson's songs, is love. Robinson explains, "If you write about dances, cars or political situations, sooner or later, you material sounds passé, dated...[Love] never goes out of style."
Robinson earned a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance on the album.
Alan Light for Vibe feels the album relies "too heavily on dated synthesizer washes and 'romantic' tinkly percussion", but Robinson's voice is "just as lovely, just as pure and clean, as ever." Andrew Hamilton of AllMusic doesn't think Intimate rates with his albums from the 1970s, calling the results "merely adequate" but says it "is a fine comeback by Mr. Motown."
Ong is a Hokkien romanization of several Chinese surnames: 王 (Wáng in Hanyu Pinyin), 汪 (also Wāng), 黃 (traditional) or 黄 (simplified; Huáng); and 翁 (Weng). Ong or Onge is also a surname of English origin, with earliest known records found in Western Suffolk taxation records from ca. 1280 AD.
Under the POJ romanization system, 王 but not the other names includes a circumflex over its vowel: Ông. However, this is often omitted in practice.
In Singapore, Ong is the fifth-most-common surname among Chinese residents. In the United States, Ong was the 6,682nd most common surname during the 1990 US census and the 4,343rd most common surname during the year 2000 US census.

The music video for "Valentine" was directed by Marcus Söderlund.
This is an index of characters from the Guilty Gear fighting game series.
Daisuke Ishiwatari has cited Kazushi Hagiwara's manga Bastard‼, and the fighting game Street Fighter II as influence to the Guilty Gear series. However, he noted that the majority of other fighting games were just recycling the character's same skins or style, and so he wanted every character "to be unique in their own way."Kazuhiko Shimamoto's characters was also noted as an inspiration for the men characters, with Ishiwatari saying they needed to be "chivalrous person-like characters", and citing Anji Mito "the most closest to this type". The female ones, on the other hand, have not followed a standard, with he only saying that they needed look like real women.
There are many musical references in the Guilty Gear series, including various characters' names and moves, which were inspired by rock and heavy metal bands like Queen, Guns N' Roses, and Metallica. For instance, the main character, Sol Badguy, was named after Queen's lead vocalist, Freddie Mercury. Both his real name, Frederick, and his last name were influenced by the singer, whose nickname was "Mr. Badguy".
