The ruins of the ancient Canaanite city of Kedesh are located 3 km northeast of the modern Kibbutz Malkiya in Israel on the Israeli-Lebanese border.
Kedesh was first documented in the Book of Joshua as a Canaanite citadel conquered by the Israelites under the leadership of Joshua. Ownership of Kedesh was turned over by lot to the tribe of Naphtali and subsequently, at the command of God, Kedesh was set apart by Joshua as a Levitical city and one of the Cities of Refuge along with Shechem and Kiriath Arba (Hebron) (Joshua 20:7).
In the 8th century BCE, during the reign of Pekah king of Israel, Tiglath-Pileser III of Assyria took Kedesh and deported its inhabitants to Assyria. (2 Kings 15:29)
Later, during the 5th century BCE, Kedesh may have become the capital for the Persian-controlled שמג Tyrian-administrated province of the Upper Galilee.
In 259 BCE Kedesh was mentioned by Zenon, a traveling merchant from Egypt.
Between 145 BCE and 143 BCE, Kedesh (Cades) was overthrown by Jonathan Maccabeus in his fight against Seleucid king Demetrius II Nikator. It remains abandoned. From 1997 to 2012, Tel Kedesh was excavated by a team from the University of Michigan's Kelsey Museum of Archaeology in conjunction with the University of Minnesota, focusing in 2010 and 2012 on the Persian and Hellenistic Administrative Building.

Quick Guide 13: Ancient Hippodrome in Constantinople The original Hippodrome was built in 203 AD by the Roman Emperor, Septimus Severus, when he rebuilt Byzantium. Constantine the Great reconstructed, enlarged, and adorned it with beautiful works brought from different parts of the Roman Empire when he chose Byzantium as his new capital. The Hippodrome was 117 m / 384 ft wide and 480 m / 1575 ft long with a capacity of 100,000 spectators. It is said that one quarter of the population could fit into the Hippodrome at one time. The Hippodrome was destroyed and plundered in 1204 by the Crusaders. During the Turkish period it lost its popularity, especially with the construction of the Blue Mosque. The ancient Hippodrome changed its name and became Atmeydanı (Horse Square), a place where Ot...

Tasty
Chorus:
Tasty sweet like candy
(I'm so tasty, just like candy, you're my type of guy)
Sexy…You really want to have me
I see the filling is strong
You're my kind of guy so let's get it on
Verse1:
I'm tasty
Skin silky smooth like caramel
I may let you taste but you can't tell
Or I won't give you no more
Even if you scream at my door
Things can go smooth
If you just stick to the rules
Don't run your mouth like a fool
Kiss me on my neck and go ooh
Whisper in my ear I'm tasty
Chorus:
Tasty sweet like candy
(I'm so tasty just like candy, you're my type of guy)
Sexy you really want to have me
I see the filling is strong
You're my kind of guy so let's get it on
Verse2:
I'm sexy
Hot and bothered come get me
Don't act shy let's get it on
Turn off your cellular phone
I'm gone make you moan and groan
Things 'ill go my way
If you have a problem hit the highway
First we do a little foreplay
Caress my body baby
Whisper in my ear I'm sexy.
Chorus:
Tasty sweet like candy
(I'm so tasty just like candy you're my type of guy)

I see the filling is strong
