To celebrate the launch of her latest book, BakeClass, join Anneka Manning, founder of BakeClub, for a special 2-hour delicious. masterclass on Saturday, May 7, from 11am. In this interactive workshop, the secrets of the most ‘hard to master’ baking techniques will be revealed.
Anneka is an author, baking teacher and founder of BakeClub, her Sydney-based baking school, and she specialises in explaining the ‘why’ behind the ‘how’ of baking. She’ll be your teacher in this special baking masterclass at delicious. magazine’s studio kitchen and will give you a taste of her new book, BakeClass. You’ll learn the secret to perfect pastry and meringue, and go home with gifts.
The workshop includes:
- 2 hours of expert baking advice, guidance and inspiration from Anneka Manning to conquer your fear of making pastry and meringue in delicious. magazine’s studio kitchen in Alexandria.
- Throughout the class you’ll be tasting the delicious recipes you create.
