It is possible to make the ultimate most delicious homemade "New York Style" cheesecake right in your own kitchen. This is one of the best and simplest cheesecake recipes that you will find and you will WOW your family and friends in only a few easy steps. My cheesecake recipe is perfect for every holiday or just a weekend dinner. I even have a tip below on how to make this for Passover -See Cooks notes.
This Ultimate Cheesecake is easy to prepare and will rival that of any great restaurant or deli. They'll think you bought it but you'll beam with pride when you tell them you made it at home! Watch my video, make your own and send me a comment to let me know how it went!
Start to Finish: 5 hours (includes cooling time)
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 16
Ingredients:
Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup of sugar
8 tablespoons butter, (1 stick) melted
Filling
4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoon lemon juice
5 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
Sour Cream Layer
1 pint of sour cream
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish (optional)
Fresh sliced strawberries
Strawberry sundae syrup
Whipped cream -- See my video for how to make home made Whipped Cream
Directions:
HEAT oven to 325°F.
In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, press onto bottom and slightly up the sides of 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
While crust is baking, make the filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon with electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at medium speed after each egg is added until all is blended making sure to scrape down the batter with a spatula. Add flour and mix until smooth.
Remove crust from oven, but keep oven on and let the crust cool for 5-10 minutes then pour the filling over crust. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until cake is cooked but has a slight giggle in the center.
Remove from oven, again keeping oven on and set aside for 5-10 minutes so it cools slightly while you make the sour cream topping. In a small bowl mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon. Spoon over the top of the cheesecake and spread evenly. Put cake back in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and loosen cake from rim of pan with knife. Cool before refrigerating. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night.
Before serving, remove rim from pan and plate and slice cake. Garnish each slice with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry sundae syrup along with some whipped cream.
Cooking Tips:
Wrapping foil around the bottom of the pan helps to keep anything from dripping out while baking.
It is best to store the cheesecake in the spring-form pan until ready to serve. The pan will protect it from getting bumped in the refrigerator.
Slice cake using a hot, wet knife, wiping knife blade clean in between slices.
Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.
Whipped Cream Cheese can be replaced for half of the recipe. I sometimes like to use 2 whipped and 2 regular 8 oz. packages.
Other options for the crust: You can replace the Graham Crackers with Chocolate cookies or vanilla wafer,
If making this recipe for Passover you can use crushed macaroons or crushed matzo for the crust in place of the Graham Crackers. If you need to replace the flour in the recipe you can use potato starch.

This classic cheesecake is one of the best desserts ever, rich and decadent. Hardly can anyone stop to one slice.

Ingredients
Makes about 10-12 servings
Crust
9 oz (250 g) digestive biscuits or graham crackers
6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Filling
2 pounds ( 1kg) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup (240g) sour cream
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla
5 eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp (8g) cornstarch
pinch of salt
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1. Prepare the crust. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Crush the biscuits/crackers using a food processor until crumbs form.Pour the melted butter over the crumbs. Process until evenly moistened. Press the crumbs mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan (with a removable base). Bake for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 300F (150C).
3. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a large bowl mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt and mix until combined.
4. Add eggs one at a time until each egg is incorporated. Add vanilla extract, lemon zest and sour cream. Mix until well combined. Try to not overmix the batter to incorporate as little air as possible.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
6. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven.
7. Remove and run a sharp knife around the inside edge of the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
8. Decorate with your favorite fruits and dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Here is what you need!
Makes 30-40
Ingredients
10 graham cracker sheets
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 stick melted butter
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
1. In a plastic bag, crush the graham crackers finely with the back of a large pot or pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, combine confectioner’s sugar, salt, and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is the texture of wet sand. Dump the graham cracker mixture into a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture down with your hands to create an even layer. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the graham cracker crust. Freeze for one hour.
4. Transfer the frozen cheesecake onto a cutting board, peeling away the parchment paper. Slice 1-centimeter strips horizontally, then vertically, creating little cheesecake cubes.
5. In a medium bowl, microwave the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Dip the cheesecake cubes in the chocolate, dripping off excess, and set them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cubes. Freeze for 15 minutes, then serve!

No bake mango cheesecake is a fruity, delicious treat. The fresh mangoes used in the recipe give the dish a burst of sunshine. The most difficult part of making this dish is waiting for the cheesecake to set. This usually takes about 4 hours, but I like to leave it in the chiller overnight. One of the best cheesecake ever, Nutella Cheesecake with a really dark chocolaty crust with oreo cookies, a white cream cheese layer, a Nutella layer followed and in the end the intense Nutella topping which makes it totally irresistible. Give it a try my friends.
Ingredients
Makes about 12-16 servings
Crust
250 g (about 2 packages of 16 oreos each) oreo cookies, cream removed
6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Filling
35 oz (1 kg) cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup (175g) heavy cream + 2 tbsp, cold
2/3 cup (190g) Nutella
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs, room temperature
Nutella Topping
2/3 cup (190g) Nutella
1/3 cup (80g) heavy cream
Directions
1. Prepare the crust. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Remove the cream between oreo cookies and crush them using a food processor. Melt butter and pour over the crushed cookies. Process until evenly moistened. Press cookie mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan (with a removable base). Bake for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 300 F (150C).
3. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a bowl combine the sugar with cornstarch.
4. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese with 3/4 cup heavy cream until well combined and the mixture seems fluffy as the heavy cream has whipped a bit. (This is very important, because this is what makes possible creating the 2 layers effect.) Gradually add the sugar mixture and mix until creamy and smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix again until well combined. Add eggs one at a time until each egg is incorporated.
5. Reserve about 1/3 of cream cheese mixture in a separate bowl. Add Nutella and 2 tbsp of heavy cream over the reserved 1/3 of cream cheese mixture and mix well until incorporated.
6. Pour the white cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Carefully add Nutella mixture on top and use a rubber spatula to spread evenly.
7. Bake for 45-55 minutes on 300F (150C). Turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven.
8. Remove and run a sharp knife completely around the inside edge of the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
9. Prepare the Nutella topping. Bring cream to a boil and pour over the Nutella. Mix well and spread evenly over the cheesecake.
10. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Decorate with some chopped hazelnuts before serving if desired.

Cheesecake was already a popular dish in ancient Greece even prior to Romans' adoption of it with the conquest of Greece. The earliest attested mention of a cheesecake is by the Greek physician Aegimus, who wrote a book on the art of making cheesecakes (πλακουντοποιικόν σύγγραμμα—plakountopoiikon suggramma).Cato the Elder's De Agri Cultura includes recipes for two cakes for religious uses: libum and placenta. Of the two, placenta is most like most modern cheesecakes, having a crust that is separately prepared and baked.
In 1872, William Lawrence, from Chester, New York, while looking for a way to recreate the soft, French cheese Neufchâtel, accidentally came up with a way of making an "unripened cheese" that is heavier and creamier; other dairymen came up with similar creations independently. In 1912, James Kraft developed a form of pasteurized cream cheese. Kraft acquired the Philadelphia trademark in 1928, and marketed pasteurized Philadelphia Cream Cheese which is now the most commonly used cheese for cheesecake.

This Ultimate Cheesecake is easy to prepare and will rival that of any great restaurant or deli. They'll think you bought it but you'll beam with pride when you tell them you made it at home! Start to Finish: 5 hours (includes cooling time) Prep Time: 30 minutes Servings: 16 Ingredients: Crust 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of sugar 8 tablespoons butter, (1 stick) melted Filling 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoon lemon juice 5 eggs 2 tablespoons of flour Sour Cream Layer 1 pint of sour cream 1/3 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon lemon juice Garnish (optional) Fresh sliced strawberries Strawberry sundae syrup Whipped cream -- See my video for how to make home made Whipped Cream Directions: HEAT oven to 325°F. In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, press onto bottom and slightly up the sides of 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. While crust is baking, make the filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon with electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at medium speed after each egg is added until all is blended making sure to scrape down the batter with a spatula. Add flour and mix until smooth. Remove crust from oven, but keep oven on and let the crust cool for 5-10 minutes then pour the filling over crust. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until cake is cooked but has a slight giggle in the center. Remove from oven, again keeping oven on and set aside for 5-10 minutes so it cools slightly while you make the sour cream topping. In a small bowl mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon. Spoon over the top of the cheesecake and spread evenly. Put cake back in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and loosen cake from rim of pan with knife. Cool before refrigerating. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night. Before serving, remove rim from pan and plate and slice cake. Garnish each slice with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry sundae syrup along with some whipped cream. Cooking Tips: Wrapping foil around the bottom of the pan helps to keep anything from dripping out while baking. It is best to store the cheesecake in the spring-form pan until ready to serve. The pan will protect it from getting bumped in the refrigerator. Slice cake using a hot, wet knife, wiping knife blade clean in between slices. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator. Whipped Cream Cheese can be replaced for half of the recipe. I sometimes like to use 2 whipped and 2 regular 8 oz. packages. Other options for the crust: You can replace the Graham Crackers with Chocolate cookies or vanilla wafer, If making this recipe for Passover you can use crushed macaroons or crushed matzo for the crust in place of the Graham Crackers. This classic cheesecake is one of the best desserts ever, rich and decadent. Hardly can anyone stop to one slice. To print the recipe check the full recipe on my blog: http://www.homecookingadventure.com/recipes/classic-cheesecake Ingredients Makes about 10-12 servings Crust 9 oz (250 g) digestive biscuits or graham crackers 6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, melted Cream Cheese Filling 2 pounds ( 1kg) cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup (240g) sour cream 1 cup (200g) sugar 1 tsp (5g) vanilla 5 eggs, room temperature 1 tbsp (8g) cornstarch pinch of salt lemon zest from 1 lemon 1. Prepare the crust. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Crush the biscuits/crackers using a food processor until crumbs form.Pour the melted butter over the crumbs. Process until evenly moistened. Press the crumbs mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan (with a removable base). Bake for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. 2. Reduce oven temperature to 300F (150C). 3. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a large bowl mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt and mix until combined. 4. Add eggs one at a time until each egg is incorporated. Add vanilla extract, lemon zest and sour cream. Mix until well combined. Try to not overmix the batter to incorporate as little air as possible. 5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. 6. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven. 7. Remove and run a sharp knife around the inside edge of the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 8. Decorate with your favorite fruits and dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving. Here is what you need! Makes 30-40 Ingredients 10 graham cracker sheets ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1 stick melted butter 16 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup confectioner’s sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups chocolate chips, melted Preparation 1. In a plastic bag, crush the graham crackers finely with the back of a large pot or pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, combine confectioner’s sugar, salt, and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is the texture of wet sand. Dump the graham cracker mixture into a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture down with your hands to create an even layer. Freeze for 10 minutes. 3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the graham cracker crust. Freeze for one hour. 4. Transfer the frozen cheesecake onto a cutting board, peeling away the parchment paper. Slice 1-centimeter strips horizontally, then vertically, creating little cheesecake cubes. 5. In a medium bowl, microwave the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Dip the cheesecake cubes in the chocolate, dripping off excess, and set them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cubes. Freeze for 15 minutes, then serve! One of the best cheesecake ever, Nutella Cheesecake with a really dark chocolaty crust with oreo cookies, a white cream cheese layer, a Nutella layer followed and in the end the intense Nutella topping which makes it totally irresistible. Give it a try my friends. Ingredients Makes about 12-16 servings Crust 250 g (about 2 packages of 16 oreos each) oreo cookies, cream removed 6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, melted Cream Cheese Filling 35 oz (1 kg) cream cheese, room temperature 3/4 cup (175g) heavy cream + 2 tbsp, cold 2/3 cup (190g) Nutella 1 cup (200g) sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tsp vanilla extract 4 eggs, room temperature Nutella Topping 2/3 cup (190g) Nutella 1/3 cup (80g) heavy cream Directions 1. Prepare the crust. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Remove the cream between oreo cookies and crush them using a food processor. Melt butter and pour over the crushed cookies. Process until evenly moistened. Press cookie mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan (with a removable base). Bake for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. 2. Reduce oven temperature to 300 F (150C). 3. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a bowl combine the sugar with cornstarch. 4. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese with 3/4 cup heavy cream until well combined and the mixture seems fluffy as the heavy cream has whipped a bit. (This is very important, because this is what makes possible creating the 2 layers effect.) Gradually add the sugar mixture and mix until creamy and smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix again until well combined. Add eggs one at a time until each egg is incorporated. 5. Reserve about 1/3 of cream cheese mixture in a separate bowl. Add Nutella and 2 tbsp of heavy cream over the reserved 1/3 of cream cheese mixture and mix well until incorporated. 6. Pour the white cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Carefully add Nutella mixture on top and use a rubber spatula to spread evenly. 7. Bake for 45-55 minutes on 300F (150C). Turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven. 8. Remove and run a sharp knife completely around the inside edge of the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature. 9. Prepare the Nutella topping. Bring cream to a boil and pour over the Nutella. Mix well and spread evenly over the cheesecake. 10. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Decorate with some chopped hazelnuts before serving if desired. Ingredients:
Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup of sugar
8 tablespoons butter, (1 stick) melted
Filling
4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoon lemon juice
5 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
Sour Cream Layer
1 pint of sour cream
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish (optional)
Fresh sliced strawberries
Strawberry sundae syrup
Whipped cream -- See my video for how to make home made Whipped Cream
Directions:
HEAT oven to 325°F.
In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, press onto bottom and slightly up the sides of 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
While crust is baking, make the filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon with electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at medium speed after each egg is added until all is blended making sure to scrape down the batter with a spatula. Add flour and mix until smooth.
Remove crust from oven, but keep oven on and let the crust cool for 5-10 minutes then pour the filling over crust. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until cake is cooked but has a slight giggle in the center.
Remove from oven, again keeping oven on and set aside for 5-10 minutes so it cools slightly while you make the sour cream topping. In a small bowl mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon. Spoon over the top of the cheesecake and spread evenly. Put cake back in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and loosen cake from rim of pan with knife. Cool before refrigerating. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night.
Before serving, remove rim from pan and plate and slice cake. Garnish each slice with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry sundae syrup along with some whipped cream.
Cooking Tips:
Wrapping foil around the bottom of the pan helps to keep anything from dripping out while baking.
It is best to store the cheesecake in the spring-form pan until ready to serve. The pan will protect it from getting bumped in the refrigerator.
Slice cake using a hot, wet knife, wiping knife blade clean in between slices.
Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.
Whipped Cream Cheese can be replaced for half of the recipe. I sometimes like to use 2 whipped and 2 regular 8 oz. packages.
Other options for the crust: You can replace the Graham Crackers with Chocolate cookies or vanilla wafer,
If making this recipe for Passover you can use crushed macaroons or crushed matzo for the crust in place of the Graham Crackers. If you need to replace the flour in the recipe you can use potato starch.

This classic cheesecake is one of the best desserts ever, rich and decadent. Hardly can anyone stop to one slice.

Ingredients
Makes about 10-12 servings
Crust
9 oz (250 g) digestive biscuits or graham crackers
6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Filling
2 pounds ( 1kg) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup (240g) sour cream
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla
5 eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp (8g) cornstarch
pinch of salt
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1. Prepare the crust. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Crush the biscuits/crackers using a food processor until crumbs form.Pour the melted butter over the crumbs. Process until evenly moistened. Press the crumbs mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan (with a removable base). Bake for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 300F (150C).
3. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a large bowl mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt and mix until combined.
4. Add eggs one at a time until each egg is incorporated. Add vanilla extract, lemon zest and sour cream. Mix until well combined. Try to not overmix the batter to incorporate as little air as possible.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
6. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven.
7. Remove and run a sharp knife around the inside edge of the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
8. Decorate with your favorite fruits and dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

10 graham cracker sheets
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 stick melted butter
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
1. In a plastic bag, crush the graham crackers finely with the back of a large pot or pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, combine confectioner’s sugar, salt, and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is the texture of wet sand. Dump the graham cracker mixture into a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture down with your hands to create an even layer. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the graham cracker crust. Freeze for one hour.
4. Transfer the frozen cheesecake onto a cutting board, peeling away the parchment paper. Slice 1-centimeter strips horizontally, then vertically, creating little cheesecake cubes.
5. In a medium bowl, microwave the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Dip the cheesecake cubes in the chocolate, dripping off excess, and set them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cubes. Freeze for 15 minutes, then serve!

2. In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, combine confectioner’s sugar, salt, and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is the texture of wet sand. Dump the graham cracker mixture into a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture down with your hands to create an even layer. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the graham cracker crust. Freeze for one hour.
4. Transfer the frozen cheesecake onto a cutting board, peeling away the parchment paper. Slice 1-centimeter strips horizontally, then vertically, creating little cheesecake cubes.
5. In a medium bowl, microwave the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Dip the cheesecake cubes in the chocolate, dripping off excess, and set them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cubes. Freeze for 15 minutes, then serve!

One of the best cheesecake ever, Nutella Cheesecake with a really dark chocolaty crust with oreo cookies, a white cream cheese layer, a Nutella layer followed and in the end the intense Nutella topping which makes it totally irresistible. Give it a try my friends.
Ingredients
Makes about 12-16 servings
Crust
250 g (about 2 packages of 16 oreos each) oreo cookies, cream removed
6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Filling
35 oz (1 kg) cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup (175g) heavy cream + 2 tbsp, cold
2/3 cup (190g) Nutella
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs, room temperature
Nutella Topping
2/3 cup (190g) Nutella
1/3 cup (80g) heavy cream
Directions
1. Prepare the crust. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Remove the cream between oreo cookies and crush them using a food processor. Melt butter and pour over the crushed cookies. Process until evenly moistened. Press cookie mixture with the back of the spoon into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan (with a removable base). Bake for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 300 F (150C).
3. Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a bowl combine the sugar with cornstarch.
4. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese with 3/4 cup heavy cream until well combined and the mixture seems fluffy as the heavy cream has whipped a bit. (This is very important, because this is what makes possible creating the 2 layers effect.) Gradually add the sugar mixture and mix until creamy and smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix again until well combined. Add eggs one at a time until each egg is incorporated.
5. Reserve about 1/3 of cream cheese mixture in a separate bowl. Add Nutella and 2 tbsp of heavy cream over the reserved 1/3 of cream cheese mixture and mix well until incorporated.
6. Pour the white cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Carefully add Nutella mixture on top and use a rubber spatula to spread evenly.
7. Bake for 45-55 minutes on 300F (150C). Turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven.
8. Remove and run a sharp knife completely around the inside edge of the pan. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
9. Prepare the Nutella topping. Bring cream to a boil and pour over the Nutella. Mix well and spread evenly over the cheesecake.
10. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Decorate with some chopped hazelnuts before serving if desired.

Cheesecake mit Erdbeeren und Schokolade ohne Backen
Zutaten:
1,5 Packungen Kekse
200gr Butter
400ml Schlagsahne
250gr Speisequark
250gr Mascarpone
2 Packungen Schlagcreme
700gr Erdbeeren
Für die Ganache:
200ml Schlagsahne
200gr Zartbitterschokolade
Zubereitung:
1,5 Packungen Kekse mit dem Mixer zermahlen. Dann 200gr Butter schmelzen und mit den gemahlenen Keksen vermengen. Die Keks-Buttermischung auf eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform geben und mit Hilfe eines Löffels glattstreichen.
Für die Creme die Schlagsahne mit dem Schlagcremepulver aufschlagen. Wenn die Sahne fest geworden ist, die Mascarpone und den Quark dazugeben und weiter schlagen. Die Hälfte der Erdbeeren halbieren. Die halbierten Erdbeeren mit der Schnittkante nebeneinander an den Rand der Springform legen. Dabei die Erdbeeren leicht in den Boden drücken. Die restlichen Erdbeeren in Würfel schneiden. Ein Viertel der Creme auf den Kuchen geben und glattstreichen. Dann die gewürfelten Erdbeeren auf der Creme verteilen. Anschließend die restliche Creme darauf geben und mit einem Spaten glattstreichen. Die Creme mit dem Spaten andrücken damit sie sich überall verteilen kann. Zuletzt noch die Creme mit einer Zick Zack Teigkarte glattstreichen und für zwei Stunden zum Durchkühlen ins Gefrierfach stellen. Für die Ganache die Schlagsahne im Topf erhitzen. Den Topf vor dem Aufkochen vom Herd nehmen und die Schokolade darin schmelzen. Die etwas abgekühlte Ganache auf den durchgekühlten Kuchen gießen, sodass die Schokolade an den Rändern runterläuft. Zum Schluss noch mit gemahlenen Pistazien bestreuen. Guten Appetit!

Hi guys today I will be sharing a recipe I stumble accross 2 years ago I got the original recipe from my expert village but I modify the recipe a little bit to suit my cake pan and my desired texture.
For the caramel base
3/4 cup sugar
For the Cheesecake Flan
4 egg whites
8 egg yolks
1 box cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar ( can be adjusted to your desired sweetness )

2. Make the Strawberry Cake Crust: Beat cake mix, melted butter and egg using an electric mixer until thoroughly combined. (The dough will be pebble-like—closer to a pie crust than cake batter.) Press the dough in an even layer on the bottom of a greased 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan and cook for 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool for at least 20 minutes.
3. Make the Cheesecake-flavored Whipped Cream: Whip cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 more minutes. Spread in an even layer atop cooled strawberry cake bar crust and refrigerate at least two hours, or overnight.
4. Cover entire cake with sliced strawberries just before serving.

* Muffin tin - cupcake pan - standard size
* Cheesecake Filling: cream cheese (I use Philadelphia cream cheese),sugar, lemon zest (rind),vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste, eggs, sour cream and salt
* Crust: graham crackers / graham cracker crumbs, sugar - white granulated, unsalted butter, salt
*Topping: For this recipe demonstration I used strawberry and raspberry jam, and topped each cake with a sliced, fresh strawberry and some blueberries.
** Note: Fruit pie fillings, preserves and jellies, also make easy toppings.
