EXTRACTS of the transcript: "Whatever work programmes or legislative agendas say: The first priority today is and must be addressing the refugee crisis.
Since the beginning of the year, nearly 500,000 people have made their way to Europe. The vast majority of them are fleeing from war in Syria, the terror of the Islamic State in Libya or dictatorship in Eritrea. The most affected Member States are Greece, with over 213,000 refugees, Hungary, with over 145,000, and Italy, with over 115,000.
The numbers are impressive. For some they are frightening. (...)
This is first of all a matter of humanity and of human dignity. And for Europe it is also a matter of historical fairness.
We Europeans should remember well that Europe is a continent where nearly everyone has at one time been a refugee. Our common history is marked by millions of Europeans fleeing from religious or political persecution, from war, dictatorship, or oppression.
Huguenots fleeing from France in the 17th century.
Jews, Sinti, Roma and many others fleeing from Germany during the Nazi horror of the 1930s and 1940s.
Spanish republicans fleeing to refugee camps in southern France at the end of the 1930s after their defeat in the Civil War.
Hungarian revolutionaries fleeing to Austria after their uprising against communist rule was oppressed by Soviet tanks in 1956.
Czech and Slovak citizens seeking exile in other European countries after the oppression of the Prague Spring in 1968.
Hundreds and thousands were forced to flee from their homes after the Yugoslav wars.
Have we forgotten that there is a reason there are more McDonalds living in the U.S. than there are in Scotland? That there is a reason the number of O'Neills and Murphys in the U.S. exceeds by far those living in Ireland?
Have we forgotten that 20 million people of Polish ancestry live outside Poland, as a result of political and economic emigration after the many border shifts, forced expulsions and resettlements during Poland’s often painful history?
Have we really forgotten that after the devastation of the Second World War, 60 million people were refugees in Europe? That as a result of this terrible European experience, a global protection regime – the 1951 Geneva Convention on the status of refugees – was established to grant refuge to those who jumped the walls in Europe to escape from war and totalitarian oppression?
We Europeans should know and should never forget why giving refuge and complying with the fundamental right to asylum is so important.
I have said in the past that we are too seldom proud of our European heritage and our European project. (...)
There is certainly an important and unprecedented number of refugees coming to Europe at the moment. However, they still represent just 0.11% of the total EU population. In Lebanon, refugees represent 25% of the population. And this in a country where people have only one fifth of the wealth we enjoy in the European Union.
Let us also be clear and honest with our often worried citizens: as long as there is war in Syria and terror in Libya, the refugee crisis will not simply go away.
We can build walls, we can build fences. But imagine for a second it were you, your child in your arms, the world you knew torn apart around you. (...)
So it is high time to act to manage the refugee crisis. There is no alternative to this. (...)
Across Europe we now have common standards for the way we receive asylum seekers, in respect of their dignity. (...)
But these standards need to be implemented and respected in practice. (...) Before the summer, the Commission had to start a first series of 32 infringement proceedings to remind Member States of what they had previously agreed to do. (...) European laws must be applied by all Member States. (...)
Where Europe has clearly under-delivered, is on common solidarity with regard to the refugees who have arrived on our territory. (...)
I call on Member States to adopt the Commission proposals on the emergency relocation of altogether 160,000 refugees at the Extraordinary Council of Interior Ministers on 14 September. We now need immediate action. We cannot leave Italy, Greece and Hungary to fare alone. Just as we would not leave any other EU Member State alone. For if it is Syria and Libya people are fleeing from today, it could just as easily be Ukraine tomorrow. (...)"

Wenn aber eine Bürgerinitiative in ganz Europa über eine Million Unterschriften gegen das geplante Transatlantische Freihandelsabkommen TTIP sammelt, wird er dieses Votum trotzdem ignorieren.

Thus we have yesterday’s eye-catching headline: ‘Cameron vs Juncker . . . the EU “drunk who has cognac for breakfast”.’
And how do we know his beverage of choice at 8am? ‘A senior diplomatic source says: “Mr Juncker reportedly has cognac for breakfast.”’ Or, in plain English: ‘Someone from the Foreign Office claims he’s heard someone else say that Jean-Claude likes to start his day with a cup of Courvoisier.’

Jean-Claude Juncker (Luxembourgish: [ʒ̊ɑːŋ kloːd ˈjʊŋkɐ]; born 9 December 1954) is a Luxembourg politician, 23rd and current Prime Minister of Luxembourg since 20 January 1995. He is the longest-serving head of government of any European Union state, and the longest-serving democratically elected current head of any government in the world. He has been President of the Euro Group, the political control over the euro currency, since the creation of a semi-permanent position in 2005.
Elected to the Chamber of Deputies for the Christian Social People's Party in 1984, Juncker was immediately promoted to Jacques Santer's cabinet as Minister for Work. He was Luxembourg's Minister for Finances from 1989 to 2009, and became Prime Minister when Santer became President of the European Commission in 1995. In his capacity of Prime Minister, he also served two six-month terms as President of the European Council, in 1997 and 2005.
Juncker was born in Redange and spent most of his childhood in Belvaux. His father had fought in World War II after being forcibly recruited into the Wehrmacht, and was a steelworker and a member of the Confederation of Christian Trade Unions. Juncker studied at Clairefontaine in Belgium before returning to Luxembourg to attain his baccalaureate in the Lycée Michel Rodange. Around that time, in 1974, he joined the Christian Social People's Party. Juncker went on to study law at the University of Strasbourg, attaining a Master of Law degree in 1979. Although he was sworn in to the Luxembourg Bar Council in 1980, he never practised as a lawyer.

Since the beginning of the year, nearly 500,000 people have made their way to Europe. The vast majority of them are fleeing from war in Syria, the terror of the Islamic State in Libya or dictatorship in Eritrea. The most affected Member States are Greece, with over 213,000 refugees, Hungary, with over 145,000, and Italy, with over 115,000.
The numbers are impressive. For some they are frightening. (...)
This is first of all a matter of humanity and of human dignity. And for Europe it is also a matter of historical fairness.
We Europeans should remember well that Europe is a continent where nearly everyone has at one time been a refugee. Our common history is marked by millions of Europeans fleeing from religious or political persecution, from war, dictatorship, or oppression.
Huguenots fleeing from France in the 17th century.
Jews, Sinti, Roma and many others fleeing from Germany during the Nazi horror of the 1930s and 1940s.
Spanish republicans fleeing to refugee camps in southern France at the end of the 1930s after their defeat in the Civil War.
Hungarian revolutionaries fleeing to Austria after their uprising against communist rule was oppressed by Soviet tanks in 1956.
Czech and Slovak citizens seeking exile in other European countries after the oppression of the Prague Spring in 1968.
Hundreds and thousands were forced to flee from their homes after the Yugoslav wars.
Have we forgotten that there is a reason there are more McDonalds living in the U.S. than there are in Scotland? That there is a reason the number of O'Neills and Murphys in the U.S. exceeds by far those living in Ireland?
Have we forgotten that 20 million people of Polish ancestry live outside Poland, as a result of political and economic emigration after the many border shifts, forced expulsions and resettlements during Poland’s often painful history?
Have we really forgotten that after the devastation of the Second World War, 60 million people were refugees in Europe? That as a result of this terrible European experience, a global protection regime – the 1951 Geneva Convention on the status of refugees – was established to grant refuge to those who jumped the walls in Europe to escape from war and totalitarian oppression?
We Europeans should know and should never forget why giving refuge and complying with the fundamental right to asylum is so important.
I have said in the past that we are too seldom proud of our European heritage and our European project. (...)
There is certainly an important and unprecedented number of refugees coming to Europe at the moment. However, they still represent just 0.11% of the total EU population. In Lebanon, refugees represent 25% of the population. And this in a country where people have only one fifth of the wealth we enjoy in the European Union.
Let us also be clear and honest with our often worried citizens: as long as there is war in Syria and terror in Libya, the refugee crisis will not simply go away.
We can build walls, we can build fences. But imagine for a second it were you, your child in your arms, the world you knew torn apart around you. (...)
So it is high time to act to manage the refugee crisis. There is no alternative to this. (...)
Across Europe we now have common standards for the way we receive asylum seekers, in respect of their dignity. (...)
But these standards need to be implemented and respected in practice. (...) Before the summer, the Commission had to start a first series of 32 infringement proceedings to remind Member States of what they had previously agreed to do. (...) European laws must be applied by all Member States. (...)

EXTRACTS of the transcript: "Whatever work programmes or legislative agendas say: The first priority today is and must be addressing the refugee crisis.
Since the beginning of the year, nearly 500,000 people have made their way to Europe. The vast majority of them are fleeing from war in Syria, the terror of the Islamic State in Libya or dictatorship in Eritrea. The most affected Member States are Greece, with over 213,000 refugees, Hungary, with over 145,000, and Italy, with over 115,000.
The numbers are impressive. For some they are frightening. (...)
This is first of all a matter of humanity and of human dignity. And for Europe it is also a matter of historical fairness.
We Europeans should remember well that Europe is a continent where nearly everyone has at one time been a refugee. Our common history is marked by millions of Europeans fleeing from religious or political persecution, from war, dictatorship, or oppression.
Huguenots fleeing from France in the 17th century.
Jews, Sinti, Roma and many others fleeing from Germany during the Nazi horror of the 1930s and 1940s.
Spanish republicans fleeing to refugee camps in southern France at the end of the 1930s after their defeat in the Civil War.
Hungarian revolutionaries fleeing to Austria after their uprising against communist rule was oppressed by Soviet tanks in 1956.
Czech and Slovak citizens seeking exile in other European countries after the oppression of the Prague Spring in 1968.
Hundreds and thousands were forced to flee from their homes after the Yugoslav wars.
Have we forgotten that there is a reason there are more McDonalds living in the U.S. than there are in Scotland? That there is a reason the number of O'Neills and Murphys in the U.S. exceeds by far those living in Ireland?
Have we forgotten that 20 million people of Polish ancestry live outside Poland, as a result of political and economic emigration after the many border shifts, forced expulsions and resettlements during Poland’s often painful history?
Have we really forgotten that after the devastation of the Second World War, 60 million people were refugees in Europe? That as a result of this terrible European experience, a global protection regime – the 1951 Geneva Convention on the status of refugees – was established to grant refuge to those who jumped the walls in Europe to escape from war and totalitarian oppression?
We Europeans should know and should never forget why giving refuge and complying with the fundamental right to asylum is so important.
I have said in the past that we are too seldom proud of our European heritage and our European project. (...)
There is certainly an important and unprecedented number of refugees coming to Europe at the moment. However, they still represent just 0.11% of the total EU population. In Lebanon, refugees represent 25% of the population. And this in a country where people have only one fifth of the wealth we enjoy in the European Union.
Let us also be clear and honest with our often worried citizens: as long as there is war in Syria and terror in Libya, the refugee crisis will not simply go away.
We can build walls, we can build fences. But imagine for a second it were you, your child in your arms, the world you knew torn apart around you. (...)
So it is high time to act to manage the refugee crisis. There is no alternative to this. (...)
Across Europe we now have common standards for the way we receive asylum seekers, in respect of their dignity. (...)
But these standards need to be implemented and respected in practice. (...) Before the summer, the Commission had to start a first series of 32 infringement proceedings to remind Member States of what they had previously agreed to do. (...) European laws must be applied by all Member States. (...)

Am Welttag für Soziale Gerechtigkeit 20. Februar werden Menschen, Organisationen, Firmen und Konzerne, die gegen die Charta der Grundrechte der Europäischen Union verstoßen, vom Netzwerk Soziale Verantwortung (NeSoVe) für den Schandfleck nominiert und aus diesen durch eine Jury der Preisträger des „Schandfleck 2014“ Jean- Claude Juncker ausgewählt. Dieser wurde am 15. Juli 2014 zum Präsidenten der EU Kommission gewählt und hat am 1. November 2014 sein Amt angetreten. Als Finanzminister und Premierpräsident von Luxemburg hatte er ein raffiniertes Steuerhinterziehungssystem für Einzelpersonen und Konzerne ausgearbeitet. Die unterschlagenen Milliardenbeträge in den verschiedenen Staaten dieser Welt brachten zwar Luxemburg enormen Reichtum, trugen aber maßgeblich dazu bei, die Weltwirtschaftskrise von 2008 zu verschärfen, die nicht zuletzt auch Griechenland in ihren Sog zog. Er hat in langen Telefonaten die EU Finanzminister der einzelnen Staaten bearbeitet, das griechische Ansuchen zu akzeptieren. Ein Ausscheiden Griechenlands aus der EU währe für sein Steuerunterschlagungsgeflecht katastrophal und daher sein persönlicher Einsatz. Derzeit wird laut Spiegel vom 29.1.2015 von seinen Parteifreunden versucht, einen Untersuchungsausschuß gegen ihn zu starten. Junckers Zitat: „Wenn es ernst wird, muß man lügen“.
Der Publikumspreisträger „Henry am Zug“ “, der alljährlich durch eine Internetumfrage bestimmt wird, wurde mit 34% der 6093 abgegebenen Stimmen gewählt. Henry am Zug ist ein klassisches Beispiel für Lohndumping. Ein Teil des Personals dieses ÖBB Zugservices DO&CO; wird von einer ungarischen Firma nach deren Kollektivvertrag, der nur ein Drittel des Österreichischen beträgt, bezahlt. Der Zug fährt aber nur eine Stunde auf ungarischem Gebiet und den Rest quer durch Europa, verlangt werden aber österreichische Preise in den Speisewagons.
Das Ziel der globalisierten Wirtschaftspolitik ist, die Menschen bis zum Existenzminimum und oft darunter auszubeuten und zu Arbeitssklaven degradieren, um einigen Wenigen ein Leben in Luxus zu gewähren. Es ist Zeit, daß sich die Menschen ihrer Würde CHARTA DER GRUNDRECHTE DER EUROPÄISCHEN UNION bewußt werden und es diesen modernen Feudalherren anzeigen, obwohl es nach wie vor auch Medien wie die Kronenzeitung gibt, deren Ansicht es ist, diese Herrscherelite unterstützen zu müssen. Leider lassen sich auch öffentliche Medien durch Geld manipulieren. Derartige Blätter nicht mehr zu kaufen ist die einzige Sprache, die sie verstehen werden.

Liên minh châu Âu (EU) thông qua quyết định không thực hiện quy chế miễn thị thực cho công dân Ukraine. Theo ông Jean-Claude Juncker, Chủ tịch Ủy ban chấu Âu, Ukraine sẽ không "có cửa" gia nhập EU hoặc NATO trongg vòng 20 - 25 năm nữa.
Phát biểu trong cuộc họp báo mới đây, Chủ tịch Ủy ban châu Âu Jean-Claude Juncker cho biết sở dĩ Brussels không thông qua quyết định miễn thị thực cho công dân Ukraine là do nước này đã không thực hiện các cam kết thực hiện cuộc chiến chống tham nhũng.
Ông Jean-Claude Juncker thậm chí còn lên tiếng khẳng định rằng Ukraine sẽ không “có cửa” gia nhập EU hoặc NATO trong vòng 20-25 năm nữa.
“Chắc chắn Ukraine sẽ không thể gia nhập EU trong vòng 20-25 năm nữa và quy chế thành viên NATO cho Ukraine cũng sẽ như vậy”- Jean-Claude Juncker tuyên bố.
Theo nhận định của giới phân tích, việc quan chức cao cấp của EU thẳng thừng đưa ra tuyên bố trên là do nhiều lý do khác nhau.
Thứ nhất, những vấn đề nội tại hiện nay của EU khiến quá trình tiếp tục kết nạp thành viên mới trở nên khó khăn hơn nhiều.
Thứ hai, nội bộ EU không có thiện cảm để kết nạp thêm Ukraine. Điều này thể hiện rất rõ qua việc Hà Lan thời gian tới sẽ tổ chức cuộc trưng cầu dân ý liên quan đến quá trình liên kết của Ukraine với EU.

Turkey and the European Union have agreed on key points of a proposal to handle the migration crisis.
A tweet from the chief-of-staff to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, read: "Deal. Breakthrough with Turkey."
The news came after an emergency EU-Turkey summit in Brussels, as Ankara demanded an extra three billion euros to help manage the crisis.
Turkey's prime minister also outlined proposals to resettle one Syrian refugee in Europe for every Syrian returned to Turkey from the Greek islands.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel said the extra money would be needed, but more time was needed to agree the details.
The proposal still needs formal approval, and it will be taken to EU leaders at another summit scheduled for next week.

The Prime Minister informed me that Norway is ready to take part in the European relocation programme and I would strongly recommend the member states of the EU to follow the Norwegian example because the two of us think that the only response to the crisis we are facing is the European response. National solos are not the best way to deal with that problem so we are grateful for what Norway is doing. (...)"
Erna Solberg: "Norway and the EU are close partners and the EEA agreement is providing a solid pillar for our coopetition. We share a common set of values and interests crucial for European security and economy. We all know the biggest challenge to European cooperation today is migration. We need common solutions to this common challenge. Along with its European partners, Norway will do its part to find sustainable solutions to migration. (...)
There is a need for strengthening cooperation with third countries to stem the migration flows. The need for better control, identification, registration of those crossing the external borders and the need for better burden-sharing among European countries. For 2016 Norway offers to resettle 3.000 displaced Syrians including Syrian refugees coming to Turkey. In addition, we have offered to relocate 1.500 persons over a 2-year period in connection with EU's relocation scheme. (...)"
Jean-Claude Juncker: "We are not only concerned but really worried about what is happening there [border of Greece – Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia]. It was foreseeable that this would lead to a huge humanitarian crisis in Greece. We adopted an emergency plan this morning of €700 million for assisting Greece in the fight against this humanitarian crisis. (...)"

David Cameron has written to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and his legal and negotiating team thanking them personally for their "creativity" in crafting last week's EU deal for Britain.
The warmth of the personal letter, seen by Reuters and sent on Wednesday after a summit accord to help the prime minister win a referendum to keep Britain in the bloc, contrasted with the acrimony that marked Cameron's vain effort to block other EU leaders from appointing Juncker chief executive 18 months ago.
It highlighted relief on both sides at finding compromises after Cameron's demands, notably to deny benefits to EU migrant workers, seemed to many constitutional lawyers to go beyond what was possible under treaties guaranteeing fundamental rights.
"I know very well how challenging this negotiation was and how much creativity and professionalism it demanded of you and your staff in the Commission," Cameron wrote from 10 Downing Street to 'Dear Jean-Claude'. "I am extremely grateful for your personal commitment to the success of the negotiation."
People present after the grueling summit concluded late last Friday in Brussels said Cameron seemed to go out of his way to find and thank backroom members of the EU negotiating teams.
"He seemed really pleased, and relieved," one EU official said. "So he should be. I wasn't sure we could do this."
A spokeswoman for Cameron confirmed he had sent letters to all 27 other national leaders as well as to Juncker, summit chair Donald Tusk and the president of the European Parliament.
"He expressed his thanks for their commitment to securing a successful outcome to the renegotiation," she said. The letters also confirmed he had now called the referendum for June 23.
Campaigners who want Britain to leave the European Union dismissed the package, which clarifies London's relations with the euro zone and gives it an "emergency brake" on EU immigration, as trivial.
Cameron says it gives Britain "special status" by explicitly exempting it from closer political integration, spelled out in legally binding guarantees of future treaty change.
"The contribution you personally, and the Commission collectively, made to this historic agreement was absolutely essential to its success," he wrote to Juncker, straying from protocol by naming officials by name for their contribution.
They included Juncker's chief-of-staff, the head of the Commission legal service, the head of its administration and Jonathan Faull, a British veteran of the EU executive.
Cameron signed off his one-page letter to the Commission chief by hand: "With thanks and best wishes, Yours, David".
In 2014, the Conservative leader denounced the former Luxembourg premier as too committed to a federal Europe to lead the Commission. The Sun newspaper labeled Juncker "the most dangerous man in Europe". Other British media offended him by alleging that he drank "cognac at breakfast".
But sources close to the negotiations since Cameron won re-election last year on a pledge to secure EU reforms say the two quickly patched up their differences after other leaders brushed aside Cameron's objections to appoint Juncker.

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker met in Rome on Friday to try to mend recently tense relations, keeping any lingering differences under wraps at a news conference afterwards.
Italy and the Commission have clashed in recent months on areas from bank rescues to fiscal policy and immigration, with Renzi repeatedly attacking Brussels and Juncker admitting his "bitterness" with the Italian's behavior.
After the encounter the two leaders exchanged compliments and stressed what they had in common, while carefully avoiding going into detail regarding their dispute over Italy's budget.
"There are more points of agreement than those of partial disagreement, which have sometimes been dealt with clumsily by both sides," Juncker told reporters.
Italy's approach to dealing with migrants from Africa and the Middle East has been "exemplary", he said, while "on financial matters the positions of Commission and the Italian government are not so far apart."
The Commission has said Italy's 2016 budget risks breaking the EU's fiscal rules after Renzi hiked previous targets for the budget deficit and the debt. It will give a definitive verdict by May and is likely to ask for adjustments.
Juncker rebutted an image of the Commission as being obsessed with budget rigor, as it has often been portrayed by Renzi in his demands for more "flexibility" in EU fiscal rules.
"The Commission is not a commission of bureaucrats in favor of silly and blind austerity," Juncker said, a remark which Renzi offered his own interpretation of.
"Jean-Claude said austerity policies are stupid. I agree," he said.
However, Renzi also stressed that Italy was committed to bringing down its public debt - the highest in the euro zone after Greece's as a percentage of national output - and would respect the Commission's decisions on its budget.
"On the subject of fiscal room for maneuver our reference point from a technical point of view is the Commission .... we will use whatever flexibility it gives us," he said.
Shortly after the news conference the Commission issued a report on EU countries' challenges and reform efforts, in which it warned that Italy's structural economic weaknesses and low growth were hurting the EU's recovery and growth potential.

Né en 1954, Jean-Claude Juncker s engage en politique à 20 ans, au sein du Parti populaire chrétien social (CSV). En 1984, il est élu pour la première fois au Parlement luxembourgeois, puis occupe à compter de 1989 divers postes de ministre. Sa carrière européenne commence vraiment lorsqu il accède à la présidence de l Eurogroupe la réunion mensuelle des ministres des Finances de la zone euro en 2005. Il y reste jusqu en 2013. Né en 1954, Jean-Claude Juncker s engage en politique à 20 ans, au sein du Parti populaire chrétien social (CSV).
En 1984, il est élu pour la première fois au Parlement luxembourgeois, puis occupe à compter de 1989 divers postes de ministre.
Sa carrière européenne commence vraiment lorsqu il accède à la présidence de l Eurogroupe la réunion mensuelle des ministres des Finances de la zone euro en 2005.
Il y reste jusqu en 2013.
Choisi pour prendre les rênes de la Commission européenne à compter du 1er novembre 2014, Juncker est rattrapé cinq jours plus tard par le scandale financier des Luxleaks, faisant état d accords fiscaux très avantageux passés avec le fisc luxembourgeois au profit de multinationales.
Mais plutôt que de lui coûter sa place, cette affaire incite Juncker à promettre plus de transparence dans ce domaine et à s engager pour une politique plus "sociale" et "citoyenne".
Il semble néanmoins peu enclin à écouter les opposants au projet crucial de Traité de libre-échange transatlantique (TTIP, ou Tafta), actuellement en cours de négociation avec les États-Unis.
Au plus près de l homme fort de Bruxelles
Les cent premiers jours d un décideur revêtent toujours une part symbolique notoire.

sehr seltsame Aussage vom Vizekanzler. Ob dieser psychisch verwirrt ist. Falls ja, wäre es eine Straftat von der Bundesregierung, solche geistig verwirrten im Amt zu lassen, da solche Verschwörungstheoretiker eine Gefahr für die Allgemeinheit darstellen. Falls er nicht verwirrt ist, würde die Bundeskanzlerin illegal handeln. Es kann nur diese zwei Schlussfolgerungen geben. Und natürlich muss einer von beiden Politikdarsteller illegal Diäten, auf Kosten des Steuerzahlers kassieren, was wiederum eine Straftat in einem Rechtsstaat wäre. Falls Gabriel recht hat, kassieren sogar alle Bundestagsabgeordnete, illegal Diäten und haben diese sogar vor einigen Wochen noch aus Habgier erhöht und der einfache Bürger verarmt immer noch mehr. sehr seltsame Aussage vom Vizekanzler. Ob dieser psychisch verwirrt ist. Falls ja, wäre es eine Straftat von der Bundesregierung, solche geistig verwirrten im Amt zu lassen, da solche Verschwörungstheoretiker eine Gefahr für die Allgemeinheit darstellen. Falls er nicht verwirrt ist, würde die Bundeskanzlerin illegal handeln. Es kann nur diese zwei Schlussfolgerungen geben. Und natürlich muss einer von beiden Politikdarsteller illegal Diäten, auf Kosten des Steuerzahlers kassieren, was wiederum eine Straftat in einem Rechtsstaat wäre. Falls Gabriel recht hat, kassieren sogar alle Bundestagsabgeordnete, illegal Diäten und haben diese sogar vor einigen Wochen noch aus Habgier erhöht und der einfache Bürger verarmt immer noch mehr. Wieso handelt die weisungsgebundene Staatsanwaltschaft nicht schon längst? Falls Gabriel nicht verwirrt ist, und wir gar keine Bundesregierung haben, handeln auch alle Beamte illegal und Polizisten begehen somit schwerste Verbrechen wie Entführung, Geiselnahme, Raub usw. Fragen über Fragen. Könnten die Leitmedien, welche einen Bildungsauftrag zu erfüllen haben, die Bürger endlich aufklären.
