Annals of Botany is an international plant science journal that publishes novel and substantial research papers in all areas of plant science,
along with reviews and shorter Botanical Briefings about topical issues. Each issue also features a round-up of plant-based
items from the world's media - 'Plant Cuttings'.
AoB is published monthly with extra issues that focus on particular themes. The Journal is owned by The Annals of Botany Company,
a not-for-profit charity established to promote plant science. For authors, there are no page charges, colour is free and
review is rapid and rigorous; open access options are competitive.
