In classical mythology, Hylas (Greek: Ὕλας') was a youth who served as Heracles' companion and lover (Roman Hercules). His abduction by water nymphs was a theme of ancient art, and has been an enduring subject for Western art in the classical tradition.
In Greek mythology, Hylas was the son of King Theiodamas of the Dryopians. Roman sources such as Ovid state that Hylas' father was Hercules and his mother was the nymph Melite (Metamorphoses, 9.279), or that his mother was the wife of Theiodamas, whose adulterous affair with Heracles caused the war between him and her husband.
After Heracles killed Theiodamas in battle, he took on Hylas as arms bearer and taught him to be a warrior. The poet Theocritus (about 300 BC) wrote about the love between Heracles and Hylas: "We are not the first mortals to see beauty in what is beautiful. No, even Amphitryon's bronze-hearted son, who defeated the savage Nemean lion, loved a boy—charming Hylas, whose hair hung down in curls. And like a father with a dear son he taught him all the things which had made him a mighty man, and famous."

Plot: A contemporary interpretation of an old Greek myth. The picture 'Hylas and the Nymphs', painted by J.W. Waterhouse in 1896 has come to life: The body of a young man floats in a lily pond. Three young female suspects are found and interrogated - the nymphs of our generation. They are vulgar, mendacious and innocent, and they love it. Lolita goes anarchy.

Plot: In an enchanted forest, back in the time of the Druids, the shepherd Céladon and the shepherdess Astrée share a pure and chaste love. Fooled by a suitor, Astrée dismisses Céladon, who throws himself into a river out of despair. She thinks he's dead, but he's been secretly rescued by some nymphs. Faithful to the promise he made to Astrée to never appear before her again, Céladon must overcome many obstacles to break the curse. Mad with love and despair, coveted by the nymphs, surrounded by rivals, and obliged to disguise himself as a woman to be near the one he loves, will he manage to make himself known without breaking his oath? A romance filled with doubt, hazards, and delicious temptations.

Plot: Virgil Travis is a wealthy, soulless psychopath who lives in seclusion in his mansion home with his dwarf butler and maniac right hand man. Tortured and forcibly mutated as a child by a woman who put him through body transforming procedures, Virgil has an abnormally sized head. Basking in the suffering, degradation, pain, and death of others, Virgil has already killed, and kidnapped a female rock group that he keeps imprisoned in his basement to help satisfy his constant need for perverse amusement. Never satisfied, though, Virgil decides that he will once again try to fill the emptiness that exists within him, and so creates a trio of deformed, living dolls to systematically murder any and all people who have ever wronged him. What Virgil doesn't anticipate, though, is meeting his match and finding love, both of which come in the form of a woman who is even more evil and twisted than he is.

Plot: Jason has been prophesied to take the throne of Thessaly. When he saves Pelias from drowning, but does not recognize him as the man who had earlier killed his father, Pelias tells Jason to travel to Colchis to find the Golden Fleece. Jason follows his advice and assembles a sailing crew of the finest men in Greece, including Hercules. They are under the protection of Hera, queen of the gods. Their voyage is replete with battles against harpies, a giant bronze Talos, a hydra, and an animated skeleton army, all brought to life by the special effects wizardry of Ray Harryhausen.

slow down, take my time
Ease up, learn to relax a little
So close, so close
I'm shakin', shakin' with expectation
Breathless, outta time
Lips dry, feels like my heart is burstin'
So close, so close
Smooth as silk but sharp as a knife
Hotter than hell but cooler than ice
Hard as steel but soft with your touch
Take luck to the limit but don't ask too much
You're all woman, you're all woman
You're all woman
So close, so close
To losing my mind
Panic, I'm on the verge of breakdown
Half crazed, lost control, need you to kill my affection
So close, so close
Helpless, holding out for rescue
Gunned down, one more time
Breakthrough, gotta try to reach you
So close, so close
chorus
Woman, woman
Hard as steel but soft with your touch
Take luck to the limit but don't ask too much
You're all woman, you're all woman
You're all woman
So close, so close
To losing my woman
Woman, you're all woman
So close, so close
To losing my woman
You're all woman, you're all woman
