I have spent a LONG time trying to source this.
This 1980 episode of Panorama, featuring a fresh-faced Jeremy Paxman, takes a look at the UK Government's preparations for the public in the event of a possible outbreak of Nuclear War.
This pre-dates the seminal 'Threads' by 4 years, as well as a coming a couple of years earlier than 'QED: A Guide to Armageddon'
Another little bit of fascinating Cold War history.

Over the course of 60 mins we take you back in time to the early 1980's when the very real threat of global destruction by nuclear weapons produced two brilliant and very distinct television movies covering the subject; 1983's 'The Day After', produced by ABC and directed by Nick Meyer (yes 'Wrath of Khan' Nick Meyer), and 1984's 'Threads', produced by BBC and directed by Mick Jackson (who also made another of my favourite TV movies 'Indictment: The McMartin Trial' from 1995).
One of these films shows a fictional depiction of a nuclear holocaust. The other film IS the nuclear holocaust. As I say on the show, you will see some very disturbing and unpleasant images during this show and viewer discretion is advised.

Threads of Destiny is a fan-made feature film created by fans of George Lucas's Star Wars saga and directed by Rasmus Tirzitis.
This extraordinary film took 9 years to complete with the help of more than a hundred people working on it from all over the world.

Threads is a British television drama produced by the BBC in 1984. Written by Barry Hines and directed by Mick Jackson, it is a documentary-style account of a nuclear war and its effects on the city of Sheffield in northern England.
Filmed in late 1983 and early 1984, the primary plot centres on two families, the Kemps and the Becketts, as an international crisis between the United States and the Soviet Union erupts and escalates. As the United Kingdom prepares for war, the members of each family deal with their own personal crises. Meanwhile, a secondary plot centered upon Clive J. Sutton, the Chief Executive of Sheffield City Council serves to illustrate for the viewer the United Kingdom government's then-current continuity of government arrangements. As open warfare between NATO and the USSR-led Warsaw Pact begins, the harrowing details of the characters' struggle to survive the attacks is dramatically depicted. The balance of the play details the fate of each family as the characters face the medical, economic, social, and environmental consequences of a nuclear war.

'Threads' (1984) vs 'The Day After' (1983) - an in-depth analysis
Over the course of 60 mins we take you back in time to the early 1980's when the very real threat of global destruction by nuclear weapons produced two brilliant and very distinct television movies covering the subject; 1983's 'The Day After', produced by ABC and directed by Nick Meyer (yes 'Wrath of Khan' Nick Meyer), and 1984's 'Threads', produced by BBC and directed by Mick Jackson (who also made another of my favourite TV movies 'Indictment: The McMartin Trial' from 1995). One of these films shows a fictional depiction of a nuclear holocaust. The other film IS the nuclear holocaust. As I say on the show, you will see some very disturbing and unpleasant images during this show and viewer discretion is advised. -

This pre-dates the seminal 'Threads' by 4 years, as well as a coming a couple of years earlier than 'QED: A Guide to Armageddon'
Another little bit of fascinating Cold War history.

I made some really silly mistakes and I died in some pretty retarded areas (like during Dark Valen fight) that cost me like 5 minutes or so total, but for the most part this video showcases the run in the event someone else would like to get a general idea of where to go. I also had some of the worst RNG from some of the boss fights that ended up setting me back another 5 or so minutes. Overall I'm content enough with this to never do runs of it again. -

I made some really silly mistakes and I died in some pretty retarded areas (like during Dark Valen fight) that cost me like 5 minutes or so total, but for the most part this video showcases the run in the event someone else would like to get a general idea of where to go. I also had some of the worst RNG from some of the boss fights that ended up setting me back another 5 or so minutes. Overall I'm content enough with this to never do runs of it again.

Cutting Internal ACME Threads on a Metal Lathe
This is part two of a job for a Darra James Model 95 Table Saw where I make a pair of new ACME nuts through a piece of 1" round stock for the elevation and tilt screws on the saw. The parts are cut to length and the centers found where the holes need to be drilled on the milling machine. I then use a coaxial indicator to locate the center on the metal lathe and drill a hole through. Then using a single point tool, I cut the threads on the metal lathe. -

And when seen from an electrical perspective, why are they so predictable?
