Mary Elizabeth Winstead (born November 28, 1984) is an American actress and recording artist. Winstead is known for her scream queen roles in the horror films The Ring Two, Final Destination 3, Black Christmas, Death Proof, The Thing, and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, but has also branched out to other genres, including as John McClane's daughter Lucy in Live Free or Die Hard and A Good Day to Die Hard, Ramona Flowers in the comic-to-film adaptation of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and as an alcoholic who struggles through sobriety in the Sundance-selected drama Smashed.
Her singing career started in 2013, with her formation of the music duo Got a Girl with Dan the Automator.
The youngest of five children of James Ronald and Betty Lou (née Knight) Winstead, Winstead was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Winstead's grandfather was a cousin of actress Ava Gardner. Winstead was only five years old when her family moved to Sandy, Utah, a Salt Lake City suburb. As a girl, Winstead attended Peruvian Park Elementary, where she excelled academically and attended advanced classes. A talented dancer and singer, Winstead studied dance in a Joffrey Ballet summer program in Chicago, Illinois and was also a member of the International Children's Choir. During her youth, Winstead initially hoped to pursue a career as a ballerina and appeared in local ballet productions. As she entered her teens Winstead was forced to quit ballet due to her height. She later stated "I realized pretty early on that I was already too tall by the time I was 13... You know, your body has to stay that way for your entire life, and it's pretty hard on your muscles and your bones". Realizing that her career as a ballerina was unlikely, Winstead turned to acting instead; as she was still a teenager at the time, this required her to be homeschooled through most of high school.
Mary Elizabeth has been the given name of many famous women.

Leland Jones Orser (born August 6, 1960) is an American film and television actor. Orser is a character actor, whose career has included playing a number of deranged, psychotic, and degenerate characters. Orser has appeared in small roles in a wide variety of films and television shows, including Chief of Surgery Dr. Lucien Dubenko on the television show ER.
Orser made his television debut in 1991 on the show Gabriel's Fire. His next roles were bit parts and small roles on The Golden Girls, Cheers, L.A. Fans of Married... with Children know him in his recurring guest role as the cynical director of advertisements.
He has had minor roles in many popular films. He appeared in 1995's Seven as the man who was involuntarily recruited as the punisher for the lust sin. He was credited as "Crazed Man in Massage Parlour". He played Larry Purvis in 1997's Alien: Resurrection. He played the antagonist Richard Thompson in the 1999 Denzel Washington thriller The Bone Collector. In 2001, he had a small part in the film Pearl Harbor playing an injured man saved by Kate Beckinsale's character. In 2003, he appeared in the comic-turned-film Daredevil. He also appeared in Saving Private Ryan as the traumatized pilot of a crashed glider.

In this video we introduce viewers to two terms they will need to understand to classify faults. We define the terms strike and dip in relation of everyday inclined surfaces including sloping brick surfaces and dumpster panels. Next we introduce you to the hanging wall and footwall of faults and provide a brief assessment to allow you to practice using the terms. We apply all four of these new terms to classify dip-slip and strike-slip faults. We end by shaking up a Lego geologist during fault movement and by asking you to interpret three examples of strike-slip faults. The feeling experienced when returning to a long-time favorite riding location has an inherently good impact on one's perceived riding abilities. The capability to look at features and instantly remember how to ride them is a coveted skill we all know too well. This feeling of nostalgia envelops us, we remember the brutal crashes, and the hundreds of run-ins to that one jump. Vancouver Island and more specifically, The Cowichan Valley, has never been matched in terms of beautiful and pristine riding conditions. The trails continuously improve through hard work from many of the locals, and some prominent trail builders such as one of my closest friends, Trevor Thew. We've been riding these trails since we could ride bikes and like a fine wine, only improves with age. Fault Line TV - http...
Dexter takes his Tracer 275 out in the mountains of Squamish, BC.
This round started with the usual early morning Tim Horton’s session. Bags packed to spend a couple nights in Pemberton but to our misfortune/delight, the weekend threw a gigantic curveball, finally rolling us to a stop in Whistler on some incredible valley trails. The valley trails surrounding Whistlers Bike Park are often overlooked. Maybe at some point you promised yourself you’d hike around and experience them but became caught up in the bike park. There’s so much to see in Whistler even if you aren’t there for the trails. The surroundings are worth the trip. Carpets of moss cover the forest floor, it’s as if someone took a rake and dragged a proprietary line through the dirt. This is due to the nature of the forest in the valley; the extremely damp conditions allow incredible moss g...

“For Season 2 we’ve re-worked our formula. Continuing a trend of well-documented, familiar trails was not the road we wanted to re-travel. We wanted to focus on areas widely renowned but otherwise undocumented. Places that offer something more than just great riding. To get creative we needed new settings that would offer up new opportunities, and get Dexter outside his downhill oriented comfort zone.” This season was all about taking a bigger footstep. To reach farther out into the northwest where we reside. We want to bring an even better experience to our viewers. Episode 1 of season 2 takes things up a notch. With a larger budget, and more time to explore; we find ourselves in Hood River, Oregon. Day 1, we decided to explore and get some static shots of the “old town”. Immediately ...
An "Arctic Outflow Warning" was recently issued for coastal British Columbia. Which coincidentally left sunny skies over Howe Sound for a few days, giving ample opportunity to catch the ferry to Bowen Island and shoot some dry and dusty trails. This is not the first time I've met Jay at the ferry and proceeded to spend a day in the woods, but I had not experienced Bowen in such frigid conditions. Jay took us to some new zones he had spent time building over the last year. The hard work he puts into the trails he builds shows, and being an avid cyclist myself it was hard standing on the sidelines of the action. At least I had long time friend and photographer Keegan Pearson along for the chilly day ahead. Filmed & Edited by: Dexter Robson ( www.dexterrobson.ca ) Photography by: Keegan Pea...
