The Veronicas are a rock band from Brisbane, Australia, formed in 1999 by twin sisters, Jessica and Lisa Origliasso. In addition to music, the sisters market their own line of clothing which debuted in 2007.
In 2005, The Veronicas released their first studio album entitled The Secret Life of... which peaked at #2 on the Australian charts and gained an Australian ARIA certification of 4x platinum for 280,000+ sales. In total, the album spawned five singles, three of which were top ten singles in Australia.
In 2007, the duo released their second studio album, Hook Me Up, which also peaked at #2 on the Australian charts and earned an Australian ARIA certification of 2x platinum for 140,000+ sales. To date, the album has garnered four Australian top ten singles. The album's title track, "Hook Me Up", was The Veronicas' first #1 single in Australia.
In 2004, Lisa Origliasso and Jessica Origliasso were introduced to the Music Director of The Bell Hughes Music Group (BHMG), Hayden Bell. After producing some demo recordings with the twins, Bell invited them to sign a publishing agreement with Excalibur Productions (a subsidiary of BHMG). In the process, Bell helped facilitate their progression in musical style from acoustic pop to the more rhythmic rock pop approach that is now their trademark. On the strength of these demos, Bell took them to meet the executives at Engine Room (a subsidiary of PBL (Packer) Group) and they were immediately signed to a production deal. To further develop their song writing skills, Bell connected them with several internationally acclaimed songwriters and producers including Clif Magness (who has written with Avril Lavigne), Billy Steinberg (Madonna, Cyndi Lauper), Max Martin (Britney Spears, Katy Perry, P!nk), Eric Nova, Dead Mono and Vince DeGiorgio, where they created a catalogue of over 50 songs.

Miley Ray Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus; November 23, 1992) is an American actress and pop singer-songwriter. She achieved wide fame for her role as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana.
Cyrus recorded music for the soundtracks, Hannah Montana (2006) and Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus (2007), released by Walt Disney Records. With the success of the Hannah Montana franchise she established herself as a teen idol. In 2007, Cyrus signed to Hollywood Records to pursue a solo career. She embarked upon the Best of Both Worlds Tour the same year, in which she performed as both herself and in character as Hannah Montana. The tour was eventually turned into a high-grossing concert film titled Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert (2008). In July 2008, Cyrus released her first solo album, Breakout (2008), which was commercially successful.
She began her foray into film by providing the voice of "Penny" in the animated film Bolt (2008). Cyrus earned a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song for her performance of Bolt's theme song, "I Thought I Lost You". She also reprised her role as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana in Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009). The Hannah Montana: The Movie' soundtrack introduced her to new audiences within country and adult contemporary markets.

Meleni Smith was born in Flint, Michigan and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her talent was apparent from a very early age when she began singing at the age of six. Brought up by a Jamaican mother, Meleni never knew exactly where she fit in this world, but she knew that the power of her music could help her find out how she fit in it. Her voice is a mixture of raw soul with an intense rasp that can invoke chills throughout even the most experienced listening audience. Her electrifying melodies take you on a ride the moment you press play.
Meleni's capability to evoke the profound truth about love, loss, spirituality and just about any topic she chooses brings you in and makes you want to stay. She recently signed a publishing deal with EMI Records, alongside hit producer Salaam Remi (produced Amy Winehouse, Nas) and had the honor of having superstar Alicia Keys sing one of her songs on her latest album, "Element of Freedom" called "Love is My Disease."
Meleni Smith recently released her independent album, "My Heart in Focus" in February of 2012 and has received rave reviews. Signed to Columbia Records in 2005, only to not be released, Meleni has seen her fair share of setbacks. However, a voice like Meleni's is not easily silenced. She attracted the attention and acclaim of many notable hit makers in the industry including but not limited to, Babyface, Stargate, Cee-lo, and Toby. Meleni Smith believes that accomplishments and setbacks are equally important pieces to the entire story of an artist's success and development.
Asked about the progression of her career and her insistence on creative control and independence she responds with: "This is a marathon, not a race. Just when I don't know what will happen next, a door is opened. I am just grateful to be given a gift that I can share with others." Producer Toby Gad (produces for Beyonce and Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas) exclaims that Meleni is: "a true star, one of the industry's amazing hidden secrets."

At last, here is a stream of my new cover EP! It's been a while since I recorded it, so I'm really sorry I didn't put it up earlier. This stripped-back EP features 5 covers including Slow Moving Millie's take on The Smith's 'Please, Please, Please', Katy Perry's 'The One That Got Away', Gabrielle Aplin's 'Let Me In', Coldplay's 'Fix You' and Jessie J's 'Who You Are'. Each track includes just a piano with vocals, as a change from my EP of originals, 'Only Words', and other previous recordings, as a test to see what songs would sound like as just the bare bones, which is mostly quite different to the recordings from the original artists.
I also wanted to get a feel in this EP that the songs were recorded live, and so all the piano parts were recorded in one takes and many of the vocals were recorded in two parts; a more limited number of takes than I have allowed myself previously. I decided earlier this year that I wanted to record a new cover EP, but realised that I had limited time to do it. This is the result of three days recording. Even though this EP was released in June 2012, and only uploaded here on YouTube in July, it was in fact recorded in March.
I'm making this EP free as it seems like an age ago since I recorded it and it would be less fair to buy songs originally by other artists in a more stripped-back style.
This EP was home-produced and every song was solely produced (recorded and mixed, including piano parts arranged and played) by myself.

Unlike her previous album, Don't Forget, Lovato did not collaborate from the Jonas Brothers, as she wanted to work with different people and give the album a personal approach. Lovato collaborated with established songwriters and producers from the album, such as E. Kidd Bogart, Gary Clark, Toby Gad, John Mayer, Jon McLaughlin, Lindy Robbins and John Fields, who produced from her previous album Don't Forget. Lovato also collaborated with The Academy Is... lead singer William Beckett to write a song about a strained relationship with her father, which was originally set to appear from the album, but later dropped. The song later appeared on her third album Unbroken.
Here We Go Again derives mainly from the pop rock genre, mixed with influences of power pop, jazz-pop, soul and pop. Lovato wanted the album's music to be less rock and more mellow than her previous album, while exploring more mature sounds and lyrics. Critical reception of the album was positive; critics praised Lovato for not relying on vocal manipulations and instead showing off her natural ability. Although some critics called the album catchy, others felt that it was predictable and at times too much alike Kelly Clarkson. Here We Go Again sold 108,000 copies during its first week of release in the United States and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Since its release, the album has sold approximately over 500,000 copies in the US, and was certified Gold. Internationally, the album was a hit and peaked inside the top 40 on charts in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Greece, Mexico, New Zealand and Spain. It was certified Platinum in Brazil, and Gold in Chile.

Frozen is a 2013 American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 53rd animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series.
