Kadhalikka Neramillai (English: No Time for Love) is a 1964 Indian Tamil romantic comedy film written, directed and produced by C. V. Sridhar. It was co-written by 'Chitralaya' Gopu, a close associate of the director. The film features an ensemble cast consisting of T. S. Balaiah, R. Muthuraman, Ravichandran, Kanchana, Rajasree and the then-upcoming comedian Nagesh. The film marks the debut of Ravichandran and Kanchana, a doctor aspirant and air-hostess respectively.
The film follows Viswanathan, an ostentatious estate owner who hopes to get his daughters married to wealthy grooms. One of his daughters, Nirmala, falls in love with Ashok, a poor assistant manager of their estate. To earn Viswanathan's approval, Ashok pretends to be the only heir of a rich businessman and is supported by his friend Vasu, who pretends to be Chidambaram, Ashok's father. When Vasu discovers that Kanchana, the girl he was in love with, is Viswanathan's other daughter, a comedy of errors ensues.
The film was shot in 30 days, mostly in Ooty and in a bungalow near Pollachi, while a song sequence was filmed in Marina Beach, Madras. It was the first Tamil film to be released in Eastman Color; the previous colour films were made in Geva Color. The film features music by the Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy duo to lyrics written by poet Kannadasan; it was filmed by A. Vincent and P. N. Sundaram, and edited by N. M. Shankar.
Kadhalikka Neramillai was released on 27 February 1964 to unanimous critical acclaim and was a blockbuster hit, running for more than 25 weeks in theatres. It also received wide appreciation from contemporary film personalities and humorists. Regarded a trend-setting comedy, the film has since developed a cult following. Its success led to the Telugu remake Preminchi Choodu in 1965 and a Hindi remake Pyar Kiye Jaa the following year, with the latter being directed by Sridhar. @ www.liveonwoods.com

Kasi Viswanathan under his banner Manohar Pictures, had music composed by Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy, cinematography by A. Vincent and editing by N. M. Shankar. The story was by M. S. Kasi, and Sridhar's brother C. V. Rajendran worked as the associate director.[2] The film dealt with reincarnation [3] and Sridhar was inspired by news paper articles.[

V. Sridhar
Sridhar V. Sambhram (mostly credited as V. Sridhar) is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer and lyricist in the Kannada film industry. Sridhar made his film debut in the 2008 musical blockbuster Mussanje Maathu for which he received critics and masses appreciation. Since then he has composed and scored background music for successful films like Krishnan Love Story (2009), Krishnan Marriage Story (2010), Dubai Babu (2013), Jai Lalitha (2014) to name a few. He considers senior musician Hamsalekha as his mentor.
He has won Mirchi Award for Best Music Director for the film Krishnan Love Story (2012) and received a nomination at the 59th Filmfare Awards South for his composition for the film Krishnan Marriage Story.

C. V. Sridhar
C. V. Sridhar (22 July 1933 – 20 October 2008) was a South Indian screenwriter and film director. He has directed nearly 60 films in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.
Early life
Sridhar hailed from Chitthamur, a village near Madurantakam, Tamil Nadu. He studied at St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School, where he began writing and staging plays while he was in Grade seven.
Career
Entry
In 1951, 18-year-old Sridhar went to AVM Productions with his story Latchiyavathi but P. Neelakantan rejected his story. Avvai T. K. Shanmugam was very much impressed by the story and Sridhar wrote the screenplay and dialogues for the drama. It was staged as Raththa Paasam and was one of the most successful dramas staged by TKS brothers. Sridhar was proudly taken to the stage and introduced to the audience as the writer. It was later produced jointly by TKS and Jupiter pictures under Jupiter – Avvai Productions where Jupiter pictures recommended some other writer to write the dialogues for the film. It was T. K. Shanmugam who was staunch that Sridhar should write the screenplay and dialogues. Sridhar made his entry into films as a screen writer in Raththa Paasam. Later AVM Productions produced it in Hindi as Bhaai Bhaai starring Ashok Kumar and Kishore Kumar. The film gave a big commercial break for the music director Madan Mohan.

Kalai Kovil (Tamil: கலைக்கோவில்) is a 1964 Indian Tamil film, directed by C. V. Sridhar and produced by Visu and Ganga. The film stars S. V. Subbiah, Chandrakantha, R. Muthuraman and Rajasree in lead roles. The film had musical score by Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy.

Murli (Rajnikanth) and Prabhu (Kamal) are owner and manager respectively, of an advertising agency in Madras. Prabhu has been raised by Murli's family, and feels greatly indebted to them.
