This is the only case in which this harsh condition was "evacuation from Makkah and this indicates that, Something has worsened between “Hashim” and “Umayya”, and that the Quraysh feared its consequences,So they made this harsh condition so that they would separate the two leaders for a long time, So that This disagreement Would be forgotten and the fire of enmity cooled. The two teams agreed on the priest al-Khuza’i and they went to him, He was not far from Mecca. All Khuza’a lived around Makkah and they presented the matter to the priest, Who said with the sovereignty of Hashim He said that Umayyah is so good but Hashim is Far superior to him. Omayah paid Hashim 50 Camels Hashem took the camels and slaughtered them and fed their meat to those who attended. Umayya left Makkah to the Levant and stayed there for ten years!
