Early word out of the critics and industry screening of
Captain America Civil War says that there’s a lot to get excited about in the movie, especially with the debut of
Chadwick Boseman‘s
T’Challa, aka Black Panther. Though fans will finally get to meet Boseman’s Black Panther when
Civil War hits theaters next month, his solo film is now gearing up production with
Creed’s
Ryan Coogler set to direct. While speaking to
Kevin Feige for
Captain America: Civil War, Collider.con’s own Haleigh Foutch asked about the status of the Black Panther script.
Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book doesn’t hit theaters until this weekend and already there is a sequel in development. According to
THR,
Disney is in talks with director Favreau and screenwriter
Justin Marks to return for
The Jungle Book 2. Their plan is to utilize the various stories written by
Rudyard Kipling to adapt into the next chapter. No word yet if any of the A list voice talent will be returning.
