To protect yourself from the effects of chemtrails, one should be aware of their surroundings. Just because it is clear above you doesn't mean you are safe. Look where the wind is blowing in from, that is where they will be spraying. Also, look toward a familiar distant area, such as a mountain range. If it is smoky white, than chemtrail residue is likely the culprit, unless there is a fire nearby which is causing this. Remember, some chemtrails do not fall for 24 hours, then they just get blown around for days when they hit the ground. The best time to be outside is after it has rained and before they have begun spraying again. When there is spraying outside, stay indoors. If driving, run the A/C. Sure it's more expensive than rolling your windows down, but not as expensive as the diseases you will get from breathing in heavy metals laced with a biological weapon. After returning from outside during chemtrails, take a shower and place your clothes in a hamper, do not re-wear clothes that were worn during exposure to chemtrails. Make sure to wash your sheets and pillow cases often. Keep your bed clean, do not place dirty clothes on it or shoes. Shoes should be left outside your bedroom. Remember, chemtrails are a living biological weapon, they crawl and seek out moist dark places to begin growing. Make videos of what you see. Whether your using a cell phone or a production quality camera, doesn't matter, take pictures or videos and post them so that we can wake people up and stop this insanity before its too late. Watch where they are spraying and pay attention to patterns. They will normally spray upwind from population zones and directly overhead with a much heavier spray that will actually wheep. Yes, the trails will appear to be raining, but in actuality it is a heavier concentration of spray used to target areas more precisely. I notice the heavier trails are dropped over the parks and schools. Remember, Fukushima, the worlds greatest nuclear disaster continues to spew radioactive materials into the air and ocean. Making its way to the west the coast of the United States every seven days. The prevailing winds and ocean currents are moving all of this radioactive material toward us. Then we have our government spraying heavy metals which mix with these radioactive particles and drop onto us. We're in a heap load of shit, wake up and take action or our children will have no future. The food and water is also poisoned with this radioactive chemtrail waste. So try to drink only bottled water, or purify your water before drinking by using a reverse osmosis filter. Use Iodine on the skin to help keep your glands full of good iodine and from absorbing radioactive iodine, which is falling on us daily. Don't be afraid to talk to strangers about what is happening, it was a stranger that woke me up and now I try to talk to a stranger whenever I can. I talk to friends and family all the time, and some listen and some don't care.
