Plot: Exit K1 is a road sign at the outskirts of Athens, in Greece. It directs drivers to leave the road system that connects the airport to the city, at a point where the asphalt ends. It is an exit point from the motorway into an off-road geography, where the invisible journeys of clandestine migrants co-exist next to contemporary urban mobility, at the edges of Europe and the Mediterranean.

Plot: In an innocent heartland city, five are shot dead by an expert sniper. The police quickly identify and arrest the culprit, and build a slam-dunk case. But instead of confessing, the accused man writes the words, "Get Jack Reacher." Reacher himself sees the news report and turns up in the city. The defense is immensely relieved, but Reacher has come to bury the guy. Shocked at the accused's request, Reacher sets out to confirm for himself the absolute certainty of the man's guilt, but comes up with more than he bargained for.

Taglines: The law has limits. He does not.
Quotes:
[from trailer]::James Barr: There's this guy. He's a kind of cop, at least he used to be. He doesn't care about proof, he doesn't care about the law, he only cares about what's right. He knows what I did. You can't protect me. No one can.
[from trailer]::Jack Reacher: You think I'm a hero? I am not a hero. And if you're smart, that scares you. Because I have nothing to lose.
Jack Reacher: I mean to beat you to death, and drink your blood from a boot.
Jeb: Hey, outside!::Jack Reacher: Pay your check first.::Jeb: I'll pay later.::Jack Reacher: You won't be able to.
Sandy: [Sandy, Jeb and four other guys all surround Reacher outside a bar] [to Reacher] You still think you're funny now, creep?::Jeb: Shut your mouth, Sandy! No one is talking to you!::Jack Reacher: It's your last chance to walk away.::Jeb: [chuckles] Are you kidding? It's five against one.::Jack Reacher: [shakes his head] It's *three* against one.::Jeb: [perplexed] *How* do you figure?::Jack Reacher: Well, once I take out the leader, which is you, I'll have to contend with one or two enthusiastic wingmen. The last two guys, they always run.::Jeb: Oh, you, uh, you've done this before?::Jack Reacher: [reluctantly nods] It's getting late. [Jeb moves in] Remember, you wanted this. [Jeb smiles and swings at Reacher, who ducks and elbows Jeb in the forehead, who falls to the ground]::Jack Reacher: It's okay. [helps Jeb up] Get up. [kicks Jeb in the groin from behind, Jeb groans and Reacher pushes him aside with his foot. The other four move in closer] Okay, let me know who's who. Let's get this done. [Reacher easily takes down the other four, with him holding the last guy's foot under his arm. Two of the guys get up and both stare at Reacher with fear] Really? [kicks the last guy in the chest, who screams as he falls to the ground. The two guys run away as the cops come. Sandy runs away as well]::Cop: [points his gun at Reacher] On the ground.::Jack Reacher: That's a pretty impressive response time, fellas.::Cop: Do it! [Reacher reluctantly gets down on the ground, next to a groaning Jeb] Hands behind your back.::Jack Reacher: [to Jeb] Who hired you?
Jack Reacher: Look out the window. Tell me what you see. You see the same things that you see everyday. Well, imagine you've never seen it. Imagine you spent your whole life in other parts of the world, being told everyday that you're defending freedom. Then you finally decide you've had enough. Time to see what you've given up your whole life for, everything. Get some of that "freedom" for yourself. Look at the people. You tell me which ones are free. Free from debt. Anxiety. Stress. Fear. Failure. Indignity. Betrayal. How many wish that they were born knowing what they know now? Ask yourself how many would do things the same way over again, and how many would live their lives like me.
Jack Reacher: You think I'm a hero? I am not a hero. I'm a drifter with nothing to lose. Now you killed that girl to put me in a frame. I mean to beat you to death and drink your blood from a boot! Now this is how it's gonna work. You're gonna give me the address and I'll be along when I'm damn good and ready. If she doesn't answer the phone when I call this number, if I even think you've hurt her, I disappear. And if you're smart, that scares you. Because I'm in your blind spot. And I have nothing better to do.
Gary: I need to see some I.D.::Jack Reacher: I'm not showing you any I.D.::Gary: Well, I need to see something.::Jack Reacher: How about the inside of an ambulance?
Jack Reacher: I was born in October; when I get to my birthday I'm going to pull the trigger.
Sandy: [sits down at Reacher's table] Mind if I share your table?::Jack Reacher: [gives a nod]::Sandy: I'm Sandy.::Jack Reacher: So was I, last week. On a beach in Florida.::Sandy: [grabs Reacher's beer] What's your name?::Jack Reacher: Jimmie Reese.::Sandy: You don't look like a Jimmie.::Jack Reacher: What do I look like?::Sandy: I don't know, but not a Jimmie. So you're new in town?::Jack Reacher: Usually.::Sandy: It's kind of loud in here. Do you wanna, maybe, go someplace quieter? I have a car.::Jack Reacher: Are you old enough to drive?::Sandy: I'm old enough to do a lot of things.::Jack Reacher: I'm on a budget, Sandy.::Sandy: [perplexed] What?::Jack Reacher: I can't afford you.::Sandy: I'm not a hooker.::Jack Reacher: Oh, then I *really* can't afford you.

Swiftly apprehended and originally sentenced to 7 years in jail, Peterson has subsequently been behind bars for 34 years, 30 of which have been spent in solitary confinement. During that time, Michael Petersen, the boy, faded away and 'Charles Bronson,' his superstar alter ego, took center stage. Inside the mind of Bronson - a scathing indictment of celebrity culture.

Quotes:
Charles Bronson: [Bronson getting paid after his first fight] 20 quid? You're having a fucking laugh, ain't cha?::Paul: Oh spare me the Oliver Twist routine, Charlie love. You need to build your audience.::Charles Bronson: I gave you fucking magic in there!::Paul: Magic? You just pissed on a gypsy in the middle of fucking nowhere.
Charles Bronson: [Real Life Charles Bronson Quote] How would you feel, waking up in the morning without a window? My window is a steel grid, I 'ave to put my lips against that steel grid and suck in air, that's my morning... 'cause I got no air in my cell. I have to eat, sleep and crap in that room twenty-three hours of a twenty-four hour day. You tell me, what human being deserves that? Apart from the stinking paedophile or a child killer. I don't deserve that, I done nothing on this planet to deserve that. My bed is four inches off the floor, it's a concrete bed, my toilet hasn't even got a seat on it or a lid, and I 'ave to live like this month after month after month, and the way it's looking it's year after year after year. Now is that's right then so be, but let somebody else 'ave a fucking go at it, 'cause I've had twenty-six years of this bollocks and it's time to come out, and I want the jury at my trail to come and see how I'm living. But I'm not living, I'm existing.
Paul: All you need is a name.::Charles Bronson: What's wrong with Mickey Peterson.::Paul: You need a fighting name, like a movie star.::Charles Bronson: Charlton Heston.::Paul: Look, love. No one gives a toss about Charlton Heston. The man's a cunt. You're more of the Charles Bronson type.
Charles Bronson: [to the prison officer he's ordering to rub vaseline on his naked body] On my arse. [officer starts rubbing it on] Not in my arse, you fuckin' homo!
Charles Bronson: You shouldn't mess with boys that are bigger than you.
Charles Bronson: You don't want to be trapped inside with me sunshine. Inside, I'm somebody nobody wants to fuck with do you understand? I am Charlie Bronson, I am Britain's most violent prisoner.
Charles Bronson: Now hang on to your fillings. Alright? 'Cause it's going to get fucking Leary.
Charles Bronson: [Desperately trying to escape from an insane asylum, Bronson meets a patient named John White who reveals that he is a child rapist. Disgusted by pedophiles and wanting to go back to prison, he unsuccessfully tries to kill White by strangulation before carried off by guards] [Scene change, Bronson walks onto a theater stage set in his sub-conscious mind] I would now like to reenact what I call, "When Murder Goes Wrong". [Bronson as himself, right side facing audience] When do I go back?::Charles Bronson (as nurse): [Bronson whips around, revealing stage make-up of a female nurse's face on his left side] [effeminate voice and body language] Now now, Mr. Peterson, we aren't going to start up all that silliness again, are we?::Charles Bronson: [whips back around to Bronson, now aggravated] Listen, Nursey, I just wanna know when my trial is and when I head back to the slammer... 'right?::Charles Bronson (as nurse): [Nurse points at Bronson in a scolding manner] WRONG, Mr. Peterson! Now let's not play sillybuggers, eh? I'll just have to pop you in the botty with one of my special potions, mmm?::Charles Bronson: [Bronson pauses, breathes heavily] When's my trial?::Charles Bronson (as nurse): [Nurse wags finger in a condescending manner] Ah-ah-ah-tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk, no. Mr. White recovered, dear. There's no trial! [claps gleefully] Isn't that wonderful? However, you are being moved.::Charles Bronson: [Bronson calms down]... Where?::Charles Bronson (as nurse): [giggles, nods, and claps ecstatically] YES, Mr. Peterson! Broadmore Asylum for the criminally insane!::Charles Bronson: [Bronson becomes frustrated again] I deserve to go back to prison for what I did. I want my hotel room back!::Charles Bronson (as nurse): [Nurse] Well, I'm sure you'll find yourself some solitary... [Bronson turns back to audience and bows; end of scene]
Charles Bronson: To a terrified woman in a jewellery shop: "Don't fucking move! Or I'll kill you. Alright?"
[last lines]::Charles Bronson: Right! That's enough! He's had enough, come on, get him out of here! Go on and get him the fuck out of here, he's had enough! Come on! You fucking cunts! No class next week. Right!
