The University of South Florida (USF) Center for HIV Education and Research operates within the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences in the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute.

The Center currently operates the following programs: the Florida/Caribbean AIDS Education and Training Center (including the CDC HIV Testing Initiative/Adolescent Project), Florida/Caribbean Telehealth Education Training Center, HIV in Primary Care Learning Community, Perinatal HIV Prevention Program, and Prevention Programs.

The Center also houses a research study funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, Project Latino S.T.Y.L.E. , as well as a training program funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, S.H.A.R.E. Haiti.
