Dungeons & Dragons is a 2000 fantasy film directed by Courtney Solomon and based on the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. Among the more notable features of the otherwise poorly received film are cameo appearances by Richard O'Brien (in a parody of his TV program The Crystal Maze) and Tom Baker. Parts of the film were made on location at Sedlec Ossuary.
Synopsis - The Empire of Izmir has long been a divided land, ruled by the Mages, an elite group of magic users. An evil mage named Profion (Jeremy Irons) attempts to create a sceptre that allows him to control Gold Dragons. His attempt to control a captive golden dragon fails, and he is forced to kill it. The dragon bleeds into the river, causing it to catch fire, which many inhabitants notice, including a pair of thieves, Ridley (Justin Whalin) and Snails (Marlon Wayans).
Later, Profion and the Council talk about the controversial views of Empress Savina (Thora Birch), who wants give rights to non-mages in Izmir. Meanwhile, Ridley and Snails break into the magic school to steal valuables, but are caught by Marina (Zoe McLellan). She is distracted when the Library wizard is held hostage and interrogated by Profion's henchmen, Damodar (Bruce Payne) for information on where the map to the magic sceptre that controls Red Dragons is. After refusing to talk, Damodar kills him. Marina gets the map and travels through a portal to escape, accidentally taking the thieves with her. After crashing into a pile of garbage, they meet a dwarf named Elwood (Lee Arenberg), who ends up joining Ridley, Snails and Marina escaping through the sewer.
Damodar puts a price on Marina, Ridley, Snails and Elwood's heads and, after letting Profion know that the protagonists got away, Profion creates a tentacled monster inside Damodar's head. The protagonists hide in a tavern and read the map that Ridley and Marina get sucked into. Damodar and his henchmen attack Elwood and Snails, but they manage to get away with the map. Ridley and Marina exit the map and all decide to work together to find the sceptre. They apparently have to find a red ruby called the "Eye of the Dragon" that can open the door to a tomb where the red sceptre rests. The ruby is located in a den of thieves that is led by Xilus (Richard O'Brien) who'll give the protagonists the "Eye of the Dragon" if Ridley solves a maze of booby traps. Ridley manages to get the "Eye of the Dragon" when Damodar arrives to capture him and his friends. Marina is captured while Ridley, Snails and Elwood escape, meeting an elf named Norda (Kristen Wilson) who works for Empress Savina and informs the Empress about Profion's plans to get the Red Dragon sceptre. Meanwhile, Damodar interrogates Marina, using the tentacles in his head to gain her knowledge.

Despite its poor box-office performance, a made-for-TV sequel, Dungeons & Dragons: Wrath of the Dragon God was released in 2005. It did not directly continue on the storyline of the previous film, though Bruce Payne's character, Damodar, makes a return. A third film, Dungeons & Dragons: The Book of Vile Darkness, was shot in 2011[2] and direct-to-DVD released in the United Kingdom on August 9, 2012.

One of filmdom's most notorious killers is back to wreak more mayhem as Chucky continues his quest to possess the body of a human child. Eight years after seemingly destroying the killer doll, Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin) turns 16 and is placed in a military school. Meanwhile, the greedy president of Play Pals Toy Company decides to resurrect the popular Good Guys doll line, confident that all the bad publicity is forgotten. (0:00:00) 01. 1996-03-17 & 1996-03-18: Two partials. THe first one's guest is Jed The Fish and the second is Paul Williams. The first partial is the entire second half of the show. It is also the show that the Drew Shuffle is first played in, but it is bittersweet because the very first playing of it is in the first half of the show which is missing. The second half has the encore, so we don't get to hear Drew's original reaction to it. The second partial is very short and is the end of the show only after the guest has left, but both partials go well together. I don't generally like partial shows and I wasn't going to include them, but they passed the test.
(0:57:11) 02. 1996-03-20: The guest is Justin Whalin. Nothing really stands out in this one, but it's solid overall.
(2:32:56) 03. 1996-03-24: No guest. The term "behymen" is first used in this show. Also, Adam's Heterosexual Aptitude Test (HAT). These things would be entertaining if Adam didn't act like he was absolutely completely right with no possibility of error all the time about every generalization or statement he makes about anything. Unfortunately, this is one thing that makes me tire of Adam; his arrogance and that his ego is about 20x bigger than his brain. Anyway, this is a pretty solid show overall as most of these 1996 shows are turning out to be.

The 2000 movie of the classic tabletop RPG, Dungeons and Dragons disappointed the world when it first arrived. Years later, it's still remembered as one of the worst movies ever made, having been nominated for 11 Stinker's Bad Movie Awards. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and if there's anything DnD has taught me, it's that beholders have dozens of eyes. And they will kill you. Justin Whalin
Justin Garrett Whalin (born September 6, 1974) is an American actor best known for his roles as the teenage Andy Barclay in Child's Play 3 and Jimmy Olsen in the American television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
Early life
Whalin, an only child, was born in the Sunset District of San Francisco, California. His mother, Terry Villanueva, is a teacher and school administrator who owns and operates two L.A. area schools: The Learning Castle and La Cañada Preparatory. His father, Craig Whalin, is a real estate appraiser. His parents divorced when he was seven years old and both remarried. He has a younger half brother, Danny Quiros, an older stepbrother, Michael Galo-Rothman, and an older stepsister, Michele Dahlberg.
He studied acting at the esteemed American Conservatory Theatre (A.C.T.) in San Francisco, and attended Lowell High School. After years of commuting between Los Angeles and San Francisco, he and his mother eventually relocated to L.A. permanently when he was fifteen years old. He completed his high school education through U.C. Berkeley's home schooling program.

Synopsis - The Empire of Izmir has long been a divided land, ruled by the Mages, an elite group of magic users. An evil mage named Profion (Jeremy Irons) attempts to create a sceptre that allows him to control Gold Dragons. His attempt to control a captive golden dragon fails, and he is forced to kill it. The dragon bleeds into the river, causing it to catch fire, which many inhabitants notice, including a pair of thieves, Ridley (Justin Whalin) and Snails (Marlon Wayans).
Later, Profion and the Council talk about the controversial views of Empress Savina (Thora Birch), who wants give rights to non-mages in Izmir. Meanwhile, Ridley and Snails break into the magic school to steal valuables, but are caught by Marina (Zoe McLellan). She is distracted when the Library wizard is held hostage and interrogated by Profion's henchmen, Damodar (Bruce Payne) for information on where the map to the magic sceptre that controls Red Dragons is. After refusing to talk, Damodar kills him. Marina gets the map and travels through a portal to escape, accidentally taking the thieves with her. After crashing into a pile of garbage, they meet a dwarf named Elwood (Lee Arenberg), who ends up joining Ridley, Snails and Marina escaping through the sewer.
Damodar puts a price on Marina, Ridley, Snails and Elwood's heads and, after letting Profion know that the protagonists got away, Profion creates a tentacled monster inside Damodar's head. The protagonists hide in a tavern and read the map that Ridley and Marina get sucked into. Damodar and his henchmen attack Elwood and Snails, but they manage to get away with the map. Ridley and Marina exit the map and all decide to work together to find the sceptre. They apparently have to find a red ruby called the "Eye of the Dragon" that can open the door to a tomb where the red sceptre rests. The ruby is located in a den of thieves that is led by Xilus (Richard O'Brien) who'll give the protagonists the "Eye of the Dragon" if Ridley solves a maze of booby traps. Ridley manages to get the "Eye of the Dragon" when Damodar arrives to capture him and his friends. Marina is captured while Ridley, Snails and Elwood escape, meeting an elf named Norda (Kristen Wilson) who works for Empress Savina and informs the Empress about Profion's plans to get the Red Dragon sceptre. Meanwhile, Damodar interrogates Marina, using the tentacles in his head to gain her knowledge.

One of filmdom's most notorious killers is back to wreak more mayhem as Chucky continues his quest to possess the body of a human child. Eight years after seemingly destroying the killer doll, Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin) turns 16 and is placed in a military school. Meanwhile, the greedy president of Play Pals Toy Company decides to resurrect the popular Good Guys doll line, confident that all the bad publicity is forgotten. As the assembly line recreates the first doll from a mass of melted plastic, the spirit of Chucky returns to renew his quest and seek revenge on Andy. Once again it's up to Andy to stop the unrelenting killer in this fast-paced thriller.

For those loveline fans during the peak of the show's popularity during the Adam Carolla era: a (hopefully) multi volume collection of clips from those years.
Note: these clips came from shows obtained from tape transfers and made into mp3 format in varying quality. I did not record the shows myself, so the fluctuation of audio quality/volume and the conversation suddenly ending in the middle of something interesting on occasion isn't my fault. Nothing I can do about it, either.

(0:00:00) 01. 1996-03-17 & 1996-03-18: Two partials. THe first one's guest is Jed The Fish and the second is Paul Williams. The first partial is the entire second half of the show. It is also the show that the Drew Shuffle is first played in, but it is bittersweet because the very first playing of it is in the first half of the show which is missing. The second half has the encore, so we don't get to hear Drew's original reaction to it. The second partial is very short and is the end of the show only after the guest has left, but both partials go well together. I don't generally like partial shows and I wasn't going to include them, but they passed the test.
(0:57:11) 02. 1996-03-20: The guest is Justin Whalin. Nothing really stands out in this one, but it's solid overall.
(2:32:56) 03. 1996-03-24: No guest. The term "behymen" is first used in this show. Also, Adam's Heterosexual Aptitude Test (HAT). These things would be entertaining if Adam didn't act like he was absolutely completely right with no possibility of error all the time about every generalization or statement he makes about anything. Unfortunately, this is one thing that makes me tire of Adam; his arrogance and that his ego is about 20x bigger than his brain. Anyway, this is a pretty solid show overall as most of these 1996 shows are turning out to be.

Years later, it's still remembered as one of the worst movies ever made, having been nominated for 11 Stinker's Bad Movie Awards. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and if there's anything DnD has taught me, it's that beholders have dozens of eyes. And they will kill you.
