Now this is a Broadway show I can get into!
Bender and Leela did a body-swap? I missed that episode.
“Oh what a beautiful welding! Oh what a beautiful daaaay!”
Guide to Launching Your Own Rocket:
1. REMOVE DRAPES FROM ROCKET PRIOR TO LAUNCH.
Font problems? Really? No tags for Nelson Bond or the Unknown Artist, but font problems? Perhaps that is what robot is trying to fix up there. Does that “No” need kerning?
The head of that robot looks very Hayao Miyazaki-ish.
@Bibliomancer – Yeah the quality of my tagging has been terrible of late! Where is the tag wizard when you need him!
The Voice judges got quite a surprise when they pressed the button to turn around.
That robot has really managed to keep its hourglass figure.
It’s like a travel poster for an alien planet, trying the hard sell to nerdy male Earthlings.
“Spend your vacation on exotic Robotion, where naked women and exciting technology await you!”
The robot really shouldn’t have tried to cram a chestnut that large into its mouth.
– Worst Ideas for a job in space – “Dance Instructor to an all Robot Planet”
Human Babe: No Robotron, like this (shows off jazz hands)
Robotron: Illegal operation, shame microchip overloading….
The cover artist is Richard Powers according to ISFDB http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pl.cgi?24395
@Si (1): Wasn’t there talk of Aaron Sorkin doing a stage version of the Flaming Lips’ album ‘Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots”?
Instead, he did ‘Studio 60 on Sunset Strip’ and gave us what seemed like hours of Sting playing a Lute.
The first all-robot production of “Der Ring des Nibelungen” did not go exactly as planned….
Goodness! It’s the fellow what almost let himself be eaten by an anaconda, no really, honest to gosh.
In the future there will be blow-up dolls for every taste and inclination.
