Woman Leads Police on Dramatic Chase in Fairfax County, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police were involved in a high speed chase on Fairfax County Parkway Tuesday morning after Fairfax officer attempted to stop a pickup truck for a traffic violation.
Around 7:41 a.m. a Fairfax County officer tried to stop the truck for a violation in the area of Route 50 and Fairview Park Drive, Officer Bud Walker with Fairfax County police said. The vehicle failed to stop, according to authorities.
The vehicle fled overtop I-95, police added. One of the police vehicles moved behind the subject's vehicle, tapped it on a rear quarter panel, which caused the vehicle to go into a controlled spin. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Lakisha Tracy, 36, was taken into custody. Tracy was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police said Tracy has outstanding warrants in Arlington County.
The pursuit ended on Fairfax County Parkway/Route 286 and Fullerton, police said. The road was shut down for investigation, according to authorities.
Both Fairfax County and Virginia State officers helped in the pursuit. One Virginia State trooper has minor injuries.
The incident was not related to the escaped prisoner from INOVA Fairfax Hospital, according to authorities.
WRC-TV --- Three Fairfax County police officers were injured during a dramatic police chase that added to the chaos Tuesday morning in the suburb just outside of Washington, D.C .
Police say the chase began as a traffic stop near Route 50 and Fairview Park. The female driver, identified by police as 36-year-old Lakisha Tracy, refused to stop her silver pickup truck, leading police onto the Beltway and then Interstate 95.
At one point, a police cruiser clipped Tracy's truck, causing her to lose control. The truck spun out, allowing police to box her in and take her into custody.
The chase, which ended just before 8 a.m., is not related to the search for a prisoner who escaped custody at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
Tracy was wanted in Arlington County for credit card theft, forgery and other driving related offenses, a source told News4's David Culver.
All three officers were taken to an area hospital for injuries that are not life-threatening.

A deer in Kentucky appeared to have a remarkable escape after it collided with a police cruiser on November 29.
Dashcam footage posted by the Kenton County Police Department shows a police cruiser hitting the animal, which flips off the vehicle's hood before landing on the side of the road.
The deer then gets back to its feet and runs into nearby bushes.

"State police have released a report detailing a heated confrontation between a trooper and members of the Bergen County Police Department earlier this year.
The report claims the trooper, whose name was redacted, arrived on the New Jersey Turnpike in Leonia, where a plain clothes officer from the county force had stopped a minivan the afternoon of May 31.
Because of a trio of recent robberies involving suspects who impersonated police, the trooper drew his handgun as he approached the officer."

I apologize about the poor quality, the video was shot with my cellphone, which was in my breast pocket.
On 06/05/2015, I was stopped by, Officer Timothy Kent, badge #5223, pulled me over for taking pictures of him screaming at a man on the side of the road.
While going to the store, I observed Officer Kent, on the side of the road, screaming in the face of another civilian. At this point I picked up my Nikon D3300 DSLR camera, and began taking pictures of the officer and civilian during their interaction. The man noticed me taking pictures, and, noticeably upset, pointed this out to officer.
Kent began yelling at me across one lane of traffic that I was not allowed to "operate a handheld device while driving". I simply stated, "I'm not driving, I'm sitting here", as I was stopped at a red light with several other vehicles. Kent did not like this, and initiated a traffic stop, pulling me over to the side of the road.
When I initially pulled over, Kent began rapping on my window in a very aggressive manner, repeating over and over, "License and Registration, License and Registration, License and Registration". I objected to the stop, stated I was handing my papers over under protest and duress, and complied with the officers orders. I was then ordered out of the vehicle, which is where this video begins.
I was given a citation under TA-21-1124.2(d2):
(d) Prohibited use of handheld telephone while vehicle is in motion.-
(2) A driver of a motor vehicle that is in motion may not use the driver's hands to use a handheld telephone other than to initiate or terminate a wireless telephone call or to turn on or turn off the handheld telephone.
At no time did I have my "mobile telephone" in my hands while the vehicle was in motion, nor did I have it in my hand at all prior to Kent pulling me over. This was a blatant violation of my 1st amendment right, as the only reason I was pulled over was because I was taking the officer's picture.
During the stop, Kent never identified himself and never gave a valid reason for the stop. Two other officers who arrived on scene did ID themselves as required by policy.
Officer Kent did not come to court to justify his actions as he knew they were illegal.
To the cowardly officer Timothy Kent, I do not forgive, I do not forget.
You will be hearing from me in the future. You better have a damn good lawyer.

On 06/05/2015, I was stopped by, Officer Timothy Kent, badge #5223, pulled me over for taking pictures of him screaming at a man on the side of the road. While going to the store, I observed Officer Kent, on the side of the road, screaming in the face of another civilian. Woman Leads Police on Dramatic Chase in Fairfax County, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police were involved in a high speed chase on Fairfax County Parkway Tuesday morning after Fairfax officer attempted to stop a pickup truck for a traffic violation.
Around 7:41 a.m. a Fairfax County officer tried to stop the truck for a violation in the area of Route 50 and Fairview Park Drive, Officer Bud Walker with Fairfax County police said. The vehicle failed to stop, according to authorities.
The vehicle fled overtop I-95, police added. One of the police vehicles moved behind the subject's vehicle, tapped it on a rear quarter panel, which caused the vehicle to go into a controlled spin. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Lakisha Tracy, 36, was taken into custody. Tracy was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police said Tracy has outstanding warrants in Arlington County.
The pursuit ended on Fairfax County Parkway/Route 286 and Fullerton, police said. The road was shut down for investigation, according to authorities.
Both Fairfax County and Virginia State officers helped in the pursuit. One Virginia State trooper has minor injuries.
The incident was not related to the escaped prisoner from INOVA Fairfax Hospital, according to authorities.

Police say the chase began as a traffic stop near Route 50 and Fairview Park. The female driver, identified by police as 36-year-old Lakisha Tracy, refused to stop her silver pickup truck, leading police onto the Beltway and then Interstate 95.
At one point, a police cruiser clipped Tracy's truck, causing her to lose control. The truck spun out, allowing police to box her in and take her into custody.
The chase, which ended just before 8 a.m., is not related to the search for a prisoner who escaped custody at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
Tracy was wanted in Arlington County for credit card theft, forgery and other driving related offenses, a source told News4's David Culver.
All three officers were taken to an area hospital for injuries that are not life-threatening.

On 06/05/2015, I was stopped by, Officer Timothy Kent, badge #5223, pulled me over for taking pictures of him screaming at a man on the side of the road.
While going to the store, I observed Officer Kent, on the side of the road, screaming in the face of another civilian. Kent began yelling at me across one lane of traffic that I was not allowed to "operate a handheld device while driving". I simply stated, "I'm not driving, I'm sitting here", as I was stopped at a red light with several other vehicles. Kent did not like this, and initiated a traffic stop, pulling me over to the side of the road.
When I initially pulled over, Kent began rapping on my window in a very aggressive manner, repeating over and over, "License and Registration, License and Registration, License and Registration". At no time did I have my "mobile telephone" in my hands while the vehicle was in motion, nor did I have it in my hand at all prior to Kent pulling me over. This was a blatant violation of my 1st amendment right, as the only reason I was pulled over was because I was taking the officer's picture.
During the stop, Kent never identified himself and never gave a valid reason for the stop. Two other officers who arrived on scene did ID themselves as required by policy.
Officer Kent did not come to court to justify his actions as he knew they were illegal.
To the cowardly officer Timothy Kent, I do not forgive, I do not forget.

I apologize about the poor quality, the video was shot with my cellphone, which was in my breast pocket.
On 06/05/2015, I was stopped by, Officer Timothy Kent, badge #5223, pulled me over for taking pictures of him screaming at a man on the side of the road.
While going to the store, I observed Officer Kent, on the side of the road, screaming in the face of another civilian. At this point I picked up my Nikon D3300 DSLR camera, and began taking pictures of the officer and civilian during their interaction. The man noticed me taking pictures, and, noticeably upset, pointed this out to officer.
Kent began yelling at me across one lane of traffic that I was not allowed to "operate a handheld device while driving". I simply stated, "I'm not driving, I'm sitting here", as I was stopped at a red light with several other vehicles. Kent did not like this, and initiated a traffic stop, pulling me over to the side of the road.
When I initially pulled over, Kent began rapping on my window in a very aggressive manner, repeating over and over, "License and Registration, License and Registration, License and Registration". (05/03/2016 22:13 PDT) Snohomish County Sheriff's Office intercepted a stolen vehicle call that originated from Everett Police Department. The registered owner of the vehicle was tailing behind his stolen vehicle while talking with 911 dispatch. Deputies were able to spot the vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit initiated. SCSO deputies initially lost visual of the vehicle, but a Everett Police unit was able to spot a vehicle in the ditch. SCSO did a K-9 track and the subject was located a short time later. He was taken into custody.

(d) "Cyberstalk" means to engage in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress to that person and serving no legitimate purpose.
(2) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

The registered owner of the vehicle was tailing behind his stolen vehicle while talking with 911 dispatch. Deputies were able to spot the vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit initiated. SCSO deputies initially lost visual of the vehicle, but a Everett Police unit was able to spot a vehicle in the ditch. SCSO did a K-9 track and the subject was located a short time later. He was taken into custody.

The LCPD First Response (LCPDFR) Mod, is a modification for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV (and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City) which turns the entire concept of GTA titles upside down, and puts the player on the other side of the thin blue line - arresting crooks, not working for them.
LCPDFR now, for the first time, features water-based action. Dotted around the map, players can find LCPD Patrol Boats which can be used to conduct maritime patrols. Ocasionally, there may be callouts related to suspicious activity at sea, which will allow the player to jump into a water pursuit of a fleeing vessel.

The LCPD First Response (LCPDFR) Mod, is a modification for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV (and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City) which turns the entire concept of GTA titles upside down, and puts the player on the other side of the thin blue line - arresting crooks, not working for them.
LCPDFR now, for the first time, features water-based action. Dotted around the map, players can find LCPD Patrol Boats which can be used to conduct maritime patrols. Ocasionally, there may be callouts related to suspicious activity at sea, which will allow the player to jump into a water pursuit of a fleeing vessel.

Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
