The Story is about 'Betting' Raja who is a Hyderabad-based lucky guy who makes his living by betting. He lives with his adopted parents who support his means of living. Everything goes on as usual until tragedy strikes the family in the form of his father who is diagnosed with cirrhosis as a result of heavy drinking. Raj needs 2 million for his father's liver transplant, which must be done within a month. As he is on the lookout for money, he is approached by James, another bookie whom he had already met at an earlier competition, with a betting challenge. James dares Raj to make Chaitra, a dental student and the daughter of the powerful betting committee president Bellary to fall in love with him. If he is able to make her fall in love with him before the month end i.e. 31 December 2011, he would win 2 million. A desperate Raj, badly needing the money for his adopted father's operation, takes up the challenge and begins wooing Chaitra. Initially, Chaitra appears to spurn his advances and sets him even tougher challenges to propose her. Raj successfully overcomes all these challenges and Chaitra soon reciprocates his advances. Unfortunately, Bellary finds out about this relationship and sends his henchmen to kill the couple on the night of 31 December, the day Raj is to win his challenge. Raj successfully thwarts the henchmen and he and Chaitra escape to. Bellary, with the help of his corrupt minister-friend Baireddanna and the latter's Dubai-based son, begin a search for the couple. Meanwhile while Raj and Chaitra are on the run from Bellary's and Baireddanna's henchmen in Srisailam, James surprisingly appears and rescues them. At this juncture, Baireddanna's son appears, kidnaps Chaitra and stabs James. A wounded James then reveals to Raj about the latter's past. Raj was the son of Suryanarayana, a respected man in Rayadurg. Suryanarayana was best friends with a rich man Ramamurthy, whose daughter was Chaitra. Chaitra was a childhood friend of Raj. Suryanarayana's brother-in-law was none other than Bellary, who had found out about the presence of iron ore under Ramamurthy's land. He and Baireddanna decided to exploit the ore for their sinister purposes. When Suryanarayana and Ramamurthy objected to this, Bellary, Baireddanna and their henchemen killed them and their families, except Raj and Chaitra. Chaitra was adopted by Bellary, who planned to kill her when she became a major, so that he could acquire Ramamurthy's land. Chaitra, who already knew about Raj's betting nature, told James, who was her school friend, to place the 2 million bet to Raj so that he could destroy Bellary and Baireddanna. Raj decides to avenge his father's death and kills Bellary, Baireddanna and his son in a thrilling climax at Rayadurg, rescues Chaitra and distributes Ramamurthy's land to the villagers.

Former foes Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been going all out to prove their friendship and recently, the King Khan had tweeted the first look of Salman starrer ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and it seems that Salman is gearing up to return the favour.
Buzz has it that Salman’s upcoming film ‘Sultan’ and Khan’s upcoming film ‘Raees’ were slated to clash on Eid next year, but it seems that the large-hearted Salman has decided to shift the release date of his film so as to not clash with his friend at the box office. Salman will be seen playing a Haryanvi wrestler in Sultan whereas SRK will play a Gujarati bootlegger in Raees.
However, when contacted, a YRF spokesperson refuted the reports and clarified that there are no plans to shift the release date.

Aamir Khan’s Dangal is one of the most awaited films of 2016 and will be released in the end of the year. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the movie is based on the life of the wrestler Mahavir Phogat. Another much awaited movie is Salman Khan’s Sultan which will release in Eid this year. This year, both Aamir and Salman will release only one film in 2016.
Shah Rukh Khan will have two releases this year, Fan and Raees. Fan is about a fan of SRK who looks like King Khan himself. Raees is directed by Rahul Dholakia which is his first big movie. Just like Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale released on the same day, Raees and Sultan are going to release together on Eid.
Hrithik Roshan will release his historical film Mohenjo Daro in 2016 directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar who directed Hrithik earlier in Jodha Akbar. Akshay Kumar has two movies lined up in 2016. Airlift will release on Republic Day week. His other film is Rustom where Akshay is teaming up with Neeraj Pandey again after Baby and Special 26.
Ajay Degun is directing Shivay which has generated a lot of excitement. Another film to look out for is Houseful 3. Dhishoom is another action packed film starring Varun Dhawan and John Abraham. Karan Johar’s film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Anushka Sharma is also a film to look out for.
Aditya Chopra is making Befikre with Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma, which is also much anticipated. Baar Baar Dekho, starring Siddharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif will be releasing under Dharma Productions banner. Another Dharma Productions’ movie to look out for is Kapoor And Sons starring Siddharth Malhotra, Alia Bhat and Fawad Khan. Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen with Shahid Kapoor and Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh in the movie Udta Punjab.
Vishal Bharadwaj is making Rangoon which has Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut. Anil Kapoor’s son, Harshvardhan Kapoor will debut along with Saiyami Kher in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s new movie Mirziya.
Two sports film will release in 2016, namely Azhar starring Emran Hashmi and M.S.Dhoni starring Sushant Singh Rajput. Neerja is another film starring Sonam Kapoor will release in 2016. Another awaited film is Sarabjit starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Raees, Raeesha, (Urdu: رئیس) is a title used by the rulers of Muslim states in the Middle East and South Asia. Swahili speakers in East Africa including non-Muslims also use the word 'Rais' for president. It is translated as president in Arabic and wealthy in Persian. In Urdu, the word 'Rais' is also used as the opposite or antonym of Nouveau riche, or a person who has acquired considerable wealth within his or her generation.
From Persian this word came into Urdu and means a person belonging to the aristocracy. When the book "The pleasure of Philosophy" by Will Durant was translated into Urdu, by Syed Abid Ali Abid, he translated the word aristocracy with the Urdu word 'Raiseeat' 'رئیسيت'.
In India the word was used in many cities, especially in Lucknow for the sophisticated and urban members of a culture that combines emotional warmth, a high degree of sophistication, courtesy, and a love for gracious living. This class of Lucknow can be compared with the 18th century aristocrat class of France before the French Revolution.

Shahrukh Khan (pronounced [‘ʃaːɦrəx ˈxaːn]; born 2 November 1965), often credited as Shah Rukh Khan and informally referred to as SRK, is an Indian film actor. Known as "The King of Bollywood", Khan has acted in over 70 Hindi films. He has won fourteen Filmfare Awards from thirty nominations for his work in Indian films and shares the record for the highest number of Best Actor awards with Dilip Kumar, eight wins. In 2005, the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri for his contributions towards Indian cinema.
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in economics, he started his career appearing in theatre and several television serials in the late 1980s and later made his Hindi film debut in 1992 with Deewana. Early in his career he was recognised for his unconventional choice of negative roles in films such as Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993) and Anjaam (1994). Aamir Hussain Khan (pronounced [ˈaːmɪr ˈxaːn]) (born 14 March 1965) is an Indian film actor, director and producer who has established himself as one of the leading actors of Hindi cinema.
Starting his career as a child actor in his uncle Nasir Hussain's film Yaadon Ki Baaraat (1973), Khan began his professional career eleven years later with Holi (1984) and had his first commercial success with Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988). He received his first National Film Award as a Special Jury Award for his roles in the films Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) and Raakh (1989). After eight previous nominations during the 1980s and 1990s, Khan received his first Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his performance in the major grosser Raja Hindustani (1996) and later earned his second Best Actor award for his performance in the Academy Award-nominated Lagaan, which also marked the debut of his own production company.
Following a four-year break from acting, Khan made his comeback playing the title role in the historical Mangal Pandey: The Rising (2005), and later won a Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor for his role in Rang De Basanti (2006). The following year, he made his directorial debut with Taare Zameen Par, for which he received a Filmfare Award for Best Director. This was followed by Ghajini (2008), which became the highest grossing film of that year, and 3 Idiots (2009), which became the highest-grossing Bollywood film of all-time, unadjusted for inflation. Former foes Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been going all out to prove their friendship and recently, the King Khan had tweeted the first look of Salman starrer ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and it seems that Salman is gearing up to return the favour. Buzz has it that Salman’s upcoming film ‘Sultan’ and Khan’s upcoming film ‘Raees’ were slated to clash on Eid next year, but it seems that the large-hearted Salman has decided to shift the release date of his film so as to not clash with his friend at the box office. Salman will be seen playing a Haryanvi wrestler in Sultan whereas SRK will play a Gujarati bootlegger in Raees. The Story is about 'Betting' Raja who is a Hyderabad-based lucky guy who makes his living by betting. He lives with his adopted parents who support his means of living. Raj needs 2 million for his father's liver transplant, which must be done within a month. As he is on the lookout for money, he is approached by James, another bookie whom he had already met at an earlier competition, with a betting challenge. James dares Raj to make Chaitra, a dental student and the daughter of the powerful betting committee president Bellary to fall in love with him. If he is able to make her fall in love with him before the month end i.e. 31 December 2011, he would win 2 million. A desperate Raj, badly needing the money for his adopted father's operation, takes up the challenge and begins wooing Chaitra. Initially, Chaitra appears to spurn his advances and sets him even tougher challenges to propose her. Raj successfully overcomes all these challenges and Chaitra soon reciprocates his advances. Unfortunately, Bellary finds out about this relationship and sends his henchmen to kill the couple on the night of 31 December, the day Raj is to win his challenge. Chaitra was adopted by Bellary, who planned to kill her when she became a major, so that he could acquire Ramamurthy's land. Chaitra, who already knew about Raj's betting nature, told James, who was her school friend, to place the 2 million bet to Raj so that he could destroy Bellary and Baireddanna. Raj decides to avenge his father's death and kills Bellary, Baireddanna and his son in a thrilling climax at Rayadurg, rescues Chaitra and distributes Ramamurthy's land to the villagers.

The Story is about 'Betting' Raja who is a Hyderabad-based lucky guy who makes his living by betting. He lives with his adopted parents who support his means of living. Raj needs 2 million for his father's liver transplant, which must be done within a month. As he is on the lookout for money, he is approached by James, another bookie whom he had already met at an earlier competition, with a betting challenge. James dares Raj to make Chaitra, a dental student and the daughter of the powerful betting committee president Bellary to fall in love with him. If he is able to make her fall in love with him before the month end i.e. 31 December 2011, he would win 2 million. A desperate Raj, badly needing the money for his adopted father's operation, takes up the challenge and begins wooing Chaitra. Initially, Chaitra appears to spurn his advances and sets him even tougher challenges to propose her. Raj successfully overcomes all these challenges and Chaitra soon reciprocates his advances. Unfortunately, Bellary finds out about this relationship and sends his henchmen to kill the couple on the night of 31 December, the day Raj is to win his challenge. Buzz has it that Salman’s upcoming film ‘Sultan’ and Khan’s upcoming film ‘Raees’ were slated to clash on Eid next year, but it seems that the large-hearted Salman has decided to shift the release date of his film so as to not clash with his friend at the box office. Salman will be seen playing a Haryanvi wrestler in Sultan whereas SRK will play a Gujarati bootlegger in Raees.
However, when contacted, a YRF spokesperson refuted the reports and clarified that there are no plans to shift the release date.
