Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan's legal course has been getting murkier by the day. The situation has reached a deadlock and only the people involved can clear the mess going around. Now a new development in this case as reported by a leading daily is that, according to their source, Hrithik Roshan has been meeting few industry insiders and a certain section of the media and discussing with them about the actress and the past.
Reacting to this new twist, Kangana issued a statement which read:
"If the other party who sued me for defamation and asked for a public apology can prove defamation, I promise to apologise publicly. I request the other party to respond to the legal matter which they have started and not turn this defamation suit in to a media trial and judgment.
If they are sincerely seeking an apology then they must help me understand their perspective because blackmailing or threatening won't work with me.
Though my legal team is taking strict actions against blackmailing and threatening me but as a girl it doesn't scare me. You won't get a sorry by threatening me or circulating my love poems, letters or images.
I am not ashamed of anything, not my past, not my affairs, not my body and most definitely not my desire. So slut-shaming won't work either.
If they want an apology then they have to come to the point, beating about the bush won't help, me and my team are eager to help as hurting sentiments isn't our intention."

I share some of your thoughts. None of this makes sense... Even if Kangana was sharing emails with an imposter posing as Hrithik, and she thought she was indeed speaking to the real Hrithik (which seems really bizarre...), why would he be up in arms like this? Her 'silly ex' comment was a headline for 1 day and then gone. Why bring it up again?
The only thing that I can think of is that maybe he is trying to distance himself and try to prove there was no relationship in an effort to showcase his loyalty to Suzanne and his kids (whether he wants to get back with her or not).

She is owning up to the fact that there was a relationship and she is not ashamed of it. HR on the other hand is trying to prove that there was no relationship at all and is willing to publicize private conversations, pics etc. in the name of an imposter. Doesn't take much to figure out who is ashamed. The affair surely happened. There have been rumours since more than 2 yrs. Relationships are not conjured out of thin air especially if paps are reporting about them incessantly.
The fact that Hrithik keeps quiet but Kangana releases long statement after long statement clearly show's who is the more worried person between the two.
