Plot: Both being national security agencies, the CIA and CONTROL have a sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly rivalry. CONTROL may now have the upper hand in the rivalry when Bruce and Lloyd, two of their nerdish inventors working in the gadgets laboratory, are close to perfecting their optical camouflage technology (OCT), aka an invisibility cloak. This is much to the chagrin of their counterparts at the CIA, Bob and Howard. The more personal rivalry between Bruce/Lloyd and Bob/Howard is fostered by their respective bosses, who happen to be competitive twin brothers. Bruce and Lloyd may be in deep trouble when their only prototype of the OCT goes missing. They initially believe that Bob and Howard may have it or worse that it has fallen into the hands on CONTROL's arch enemy, KAOS. But they discover that it was stolen by a beautiful woman named Isabella, working for her country, Maraguay. Bruce and Lloyd, with Bruce's girlfriend and fellow CONTROL technology geek Nina at their side, go on a mission to retrieve the OCT back from the Maraguayan government, who they learn has ties to KAOS. But they also learn that Bob and Howard are also trying to retrieve the OCT for the CIA's glory, and that Isabella is working on her own personal agenda.

Quotes:
Lloyd: Where are your glasses? What are you wearing?::Bruce: It's Italian! Nina likes it.::Lloyd: I can see your nipples.::Bruce: No one asked you to look.
Underchief: We can't have a hostile dictator wandering around Washington, DC invisible. He might sell us to KAOS... or France.
Lloyd: Well, he may not be a 100% ready, but we've got no other choice.::Bruce: Okay, we're powered up.::Bruce: Send in the Hyme. [pause, Bruce looks at him funny] That's what he's called.
Bruce: Great party last night. Way better than last year's.::Lloyd: Well yeah. No one vomited in the centrifuge.::Bruce: Yeah, that was a lot of paper towels.
Bruce: Why's that door always broken?::Lloyd: Why is our main elevator a telephone booth?::Bruce: Good point.
Lloyd: Give it!::Howard: Give what?::Lloyd: Oh, you know what! Don't push me!::Bob: Well hold up, big man. It'd be a shame if we were forced to kick your asses in public.::Bruce: No, what would be a shame is if someone dropped nanorobots in your coffee, got lodged in your colon, and gave you thirty years of diarrhea.
Lloyd: We're gonna have to break into the embassy ourselves, which we're gonna suck at, and then they're gonna arrest us, they're gonna kill us, and then they're gonna torture us!::Bruce: You're being ridiculous! After they kill us they can't torture us. The worst they could do is desecrate our bodies.
Howard: You have no ethics at all, do you, Bob?::Bob: We're the good guys: CIA. When we do something, that makes it ethical.
Underchief: If I have to come down here one more time, it's going to be with a bullwhip and a hockey mask. *Comprende*?
Lloyd: Are you telling me that a multi-billion-dollar emerging technology for altering the very laws of physics can be defeated by a pair of cheap sunglasses?::Bruce: They're not cheap. They're Oakleys.

Taglines: Taking on the drug lords is impossible. Taking on a country is insane. He fought one war. Now, he's fighting another. This time he won't lose. It takes a killer to stop the killing. The drug lords have the power, the money, the connections... but they didn't count on... McBain. It's payback time! How do you set a country free?

Christina: The Berlin wall came down in two weeks - I know it can be done.
McBain: Santos is dead. You remember Santos? This is his sister.::Frank Bruce: Yeah, I remember Santos. It's a hell of a thing they did to him. But there's nothing we can do about it now.::McBain: You know, I get up in the morning and I go to work. I go to the same bar each night and drink the same beer. I laugh, I talk. But when I saw Santos on tv, I got jealous. Because, he was doing what he did best.::Frank Bruce: What, you miss the smell of napalm in the morning?
[after the team has killed a bunch of drug dealers]::Papo: What da fuck do ya want?::McBain: Money.::Papo: Money? Shit man, take da money! You guys sure killed a lot of people for a little money.::Gill: People? Who gives a fuck about people like that? Or people like you for that matter.::Papo: Oh, I get it. Dealers of death. Who cares about people that sells drugs to eight-year-olds? Hey man, you expect them to work at Burger King making 3.75 an hour? I pay them 200 dollars *a day*! Y'know, they just tryin' to make a livin'! Do I look like the kinda guy who could get a job at one of those glass towers?
