We take an old 1949 tv set and restore it to working condition. The TV was found at a second hand store and was in unknown condition. A digital TV converter box is used to generate a compatible signal for the old analog tuner in the TV set.

As with many Generation Xers, I remember seeing MASH on CBS, and watching the reruns. In my case, it was usually after the 10 p.m. news that I tuned in to watch the show throughout the mid-80's.
I happened to be by Malibu Creek State Park on a recent visit to the Los Angeles area and decided to take the 2.1 mile hike to the famous outside TV set and take some video. I hope you enjoy it. Of note, the indoor shots were filmed on Stage 9 at Twentieth Century Fox Studios in California.
The park is located four miles south of Highway 101 on Las Virgenes / Malibu Canyon Road. Latitude/Longitude: 34.1033 / -118.7331 about 25 miles from L.A. The park is part of the Santa Monica mountains near Malibu in Calabasas.

Apple just released the brand new Apple TV 4th generation today, in both a 32GB and 64GB model. Once you pick it up and get it hooked up, you'll have to go through the setup process. Unfortunately, the on-screen keyboard on the new Apple TV is less than awesome. Luckily, there is a cool shortcut you can use if you own a recent iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. Using the Bluetooth connection that is in both the Apple TV and the iOS device, you can use the iOS device to speed up the setup of the Apple TV. In this episode, I use an iPhone 6S Plus to get my Wi-Fi and iCloud credentials onto the 64GB Apple TV.

We take an old 1949 tv set and restore it to working condition. The TV was found at a second hand store and was in unknown condition. A digital TV converter box is used to generate a compatible signal for the old analog tuner in the TV set. -

As with many Generation Xers, I remember seeing MASH on CBS, and watching the reruns. In my case, it was usually after the 10 p.m. news that I tuned in to watch the show throughout the mid-80's. I happened to be by Malibu Creek State Park on a recent visit to the Los Angeles area and decided to take the 2.1 mile hike to the famous outside TV set and take some video. I hope you enjoy it. Of note, the indoor shots were filmed on Stage 9 at Twentieth Century Fox Studios in California. The park is located four miles south of Highway 101 on Las Virgenes / Malibu Canyon Road. Latitude/Longitude: 34.1033 / -118.7331 about 25 miles from L.A. The park is part of the Santa Monica mountains near Malibu in Calabasas. Apple just released the brand new Apple TV 4th generation today, in both a 32GB and 64GB model. Once you pick it up and get it hooked up, you'll have to go through the setup process. Unfortunately, the on-screen keyboard on the new Apple TV is less than awesome. Luckily, there is a cool shortcut you can use if you own a recent iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. Using the Bluetooth connection that is in both the Apple TV and the iOS device, you can use the iOS device to speed up the setup of the Apple TV. In this episode, I use an iPhone 6S Plus to get my Wi-Fi and iCloud credentials onto the 64GB Apple TV.

Actor Brendan Fletcher was hospitalized after sustaining an injury during a scene involving a firearm on the set of the Canadian drama Cardinal.. Fletcher suffered throat lacerations on the set of the CTV drama 'Cardinal,' now shooting in Sudbury, Ontario. Tyman Stewart, an agent at The Characters Agency who represents Fletcher, commented, ""Definitely no fault of his.
