Creator of world quality events and purveyor of universal quality music, PsynOpticz is a forced to be reckoned with. The concept of PsynOpticz was seeded in the thriving Cape Town indoor scene in 2006, where it flourished, providing the CT masses with cream of the crop local and international talent on a weekly basis. These events quickly gained an ardent following and were renowned for their stellar lineups, immersive psychedelic decor and energising vibe!
With this experience and ever growing support, it became inevitable that PsynOpticz branch out into the outdoors, providing South Africa with two of it's staple annual events, Jungala Festival and MAGIC.
Each festival has it's own special flavour and design, but the goal of both is to create an all encompassing experience that removes you from the mundane and transports you to an interactive psychedelic wonderland, a completely synergistic and harmonious journey from beginning to end. These festivals host fresh talent as well as headliners, both homegrown and from around the globe, establishing the network that would eventually culminate in the evolution of PsynOpticz from event organiser to a record label.
The mastermind behind PsynOpticz, Calvin aka SwiTcHcaChe, has developed a keen ear for prospective acts, being both organiser as well a DJ. By committing to bringing out new and exciting acts to Cape Town, he uncovered many artists that share his love for non-generic and energetic psychedelic music, and his desire grew to expose this incredible music to the unsuspecting psy masses. Currently, the PsynOpticz stable is represented by 27 artists from around the globe, each bringing their own unique approach and sound to the psychedelic world stage.

Outbreak Prime is the mystery exotic SIVA pulse rifle we saw in the Rise of Iron trailer. The pulse comes from Wrath of the Machine? How do you get it? Well... it is quite the journey. Shoutout to @RangerWatts for working his ass off. Shoutout to r/DTG and r/raidsecrets for the additional insane work and putting stuff together. I did very little in the grand scheme, they deserve all the props.

How to reset cylinders during monitors: Cylinders will turn "off" aka lose their glow. That should be the signal for the reset. The fact that you can "re-enable" the monitors is also a signal that you have reset.

Get into the raid, grab all monitors on the way to after Zamboni.
IF THE MONITOR ACTIVATOR LEAVES THE RAID, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE MONITORS WILL RESET. IF YOUR FIRETEAM LEAVES THE RAID AND COMES BACK TO A CHECKPOINT, THE MONITORS WILL RESET. DO THE ENTIRE RAID IN ONE SHOT WITH NO ONE LEAVING FOR BEST RESULTS.

for where to stand to activate the two monitors in the previous room. They are highlighted in white, ignore the white squares, but get the fully white circles. There are 4.
The left monitor will tell you the column, the right monitor will tell you the row. (NOTE: APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT SWITCH IF YOU MESS UP, NOT SURE THOUGH)

In order from section 00, 01, 02, 03, you need to step on the the cylinders that the monitors tell you to stand on. 0 is closest to you when in terms of row, 5 is farthest away to the wall.
So, if the monitor tells you, 2,5 that means you go into the 2nd column, 5th row, which would be all the way against the wall. THE CYLINDERS GO 0-5, NOT 1-6. You start in section 00 and make your way around. If correct, the cylinder will light up and you will hear a noise. You won't hear a noise on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th cylinders, but they will light up. Move to the next decipher on the monitors. Make your way all the way around and if you do it right, the thing in the middle will open.
More notes:
During the 2nd and 3rd math puzzles, you can buy another engine from Shiro for free. This is so if anyone turns it in before everyone is done, you can still complete it.

Hi everyone! This is my first video ever made and it will be about a fun build that you can try for yourself at PVP in The Secret World (works well for ED and SH and can also work okay in Fusang.)

That match was great fun and i arrived at the first quarter of it, so final score could have been better (dragons were not full since the beginning so started with an overall disadvantage) but still, if it's not difficult, it's not fun!
Also, you can judge by yourself of the quality of the build (and its pros and cons roundly) in this video, i could have just made an official forum post about it, but actions speak more for themselves than simple words...
Note that i'm not the only one playing this build here, mindrage also plays it (credit where credit is due blabla, you know you're awesome, kudos if you see this mind!)

I suggest you to take a pure HP anima (and a crit rating anima if you want to be fully optimized), also don't forget your best friends here : leech pots (QL4 ones so you don't spend too much materials and pax) and CC breakers (QL7 are at Transylvania and are really cheap else if you want the better ones you need white marks and they're QL10 and cost 174 white mark or so each but have a shorter cooldown than the QL7 ones) and of course, the most important ones...

The rotation is : Anima shot x1 - Three round burst - Anima shot until 3RB is up etc... (can throw in extra 3RB/Slow the Advance when your signets/buffs/gadgets are up for example.)

Data
Data (/ˈdeɪtə/ DAY-tə, /ˈdætə/ DA-tə, or /ˈdɑːtə/ DAH-tə) is a set of values of qualitative or quantitative variables; restated, pieces of data are individual pieces of information. Data is measured, collected and reported, and analyzed, whereupon it can be visualized using graphs or images. Data as a general concept refers to the fact that some existing information or knowledge is represented or coded in some form suitable for better usage or processing.
Raw data, i.e. unprocessed data, is a collection of numbers, characters; data processing commonly occurs by stages, and the "processed data" from one stage may be considered the "raw data" of the next. Field data is raw data that is collected in an uncontrolled in situ environment. Experimental data is data that is generated within the context of a scientific investigation by observation and recording.
The Latin word "data" is the plural of "datum", and still may be used as a plural noun in this sense. Nowadays, though, "data" is most commonly used in the singular, as a mass noun (like "information", "sand" or "rain").

Order and Chaos
Order and Chaos is a variant of the game tic-tac-toe. It was introduced by Stephen Sniderman in Games Magazine in 1981.
The game is unique in that both players, called Order and Chaos, control both Xs and Os. Order, going first, aims to get five like pieces in a row (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally) on the 6×6 board, while Chaos aims to fill the board without completion of a line of five like pieces. Once played, the pieces cannot be moved, and thus Order and Chaos can be played with pencil and paper.
Strategy
As in gomoku, an open-four (4-of-a-kind with two open ends) is an unstoppable threat, which Chaos must watch for. A good strategy for Order is to create spaces in which either an X or an O brings order, making it undesirable for Chaos to play there and limiting his mobility.

That should be the signal for the reset. The fact that you can "re-enable" the monitors is also a signal that you have reset. So, if the monitor tells you, 2,5 that means you go into the 2nd column, 5th row, which would be all the way against the wall. THE CYLINDERS GO 0-5, NOT 1-6. You start in section 00 and make your way around. If correct, the cylinder will light up and you will hear a noise. You won't hear a noise on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th cylinders, but they will light up. Move to the next decipher on the monitors. Make your way all the way around and if you do it right, the thing in the middle will open. More notes: During the 2nd and 3rd math puzzles, you can buy another engine from Shiro for free. This is so if anyone turns it in before everyone is done, you can still complete it. Hi everyone! This is my first video ever made and it will be about a fun build that you can try for yourself at PVP in The Secret World (works well for ED and SH and can also work okay in Fusang.) YOUR TEAMMATES! Each festival has it's own special flavour and design, but the goal of both is to create an all encompassing experience that removes you from the mundane and transports you to an interactive psychedelic wonderland, a completely synergistic and harmonious journey from beginning to end. These festivals host fresh talent as well as headliners, both homegrown and from around the globe, establishing the network that would eventually culminate in the evolution of PsynOpticz from event organiser to a record label.
The mastermind behind PsynOpticz, Calvin aka SwiTcHcaChe, has developed a keen ear for prospective acts, being both organiser as well a DJ. By committing to bringing out new and exciting acts to Cape Town, he uncovered many artists that share his love for non-generic and energetic psychedelic music, and his desire grew to expose this incredible music to the unsuspecting psy masses. Currently, the PsynOpticz stable is represented by 27 artists from around the globe, each bringing their own unique approach and sound to the psychedelic world stage.

Outbreak Prime is the mystery exotic SIVA pulse rifle we saw in the Rise of Iron trailer. The pulse comes from Wrath of the Machine? How do you get it? Well... it is quite the journey. Shoutout to @RangerWatts for working his ass off. Shoutout to r/DTG and r/raidsecrets for the additional insane work and putting stuff together. I did very little in the grand scheme, they deserve all the props.

How to reset cylinders during monitors: Cylinders will turn "off" aka lose their glow. That should be the signal for the reset. The fact that you can "re-enable" the monitors is also a signal that you have reset.

Get into the raid, grab all monitors on the way to after Zamboni.
IF THE MONITOR ACTIVATOR LEAVES THE RAID, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE MONITORS WILL RESET. IF YOUR FIRETEAM LEAVES THE RAID AND COMES BACK TO A CHECKPOINT, THE MONITORS WILL RESET. DO THE ENTIRE RAID IN ONE SHOT WITH NO ONE LEAVING FOR BEST RESULTS.
When you get to the diamond room, refer to this image:

for where to stand to activate the two monitors in the previous room. They are highlighted in white, ignore the white squares, but get the fully white circles. There are 4.
The left monitor will tell you the column, the right monitor will tell you the row. (NOTE: APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT SWITCH IF YOU MESS UP, NOT SURE THOUGH)
You need to convert the binary into decimal using this chart: https://mryantho.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/dechexbin.gif?w=368&h;=762
In order from section 00, 01, 02, 03, you need to step on the the cylinders that the monitors tell you to stand on. 0 is closest to you when in terms of row, 5 is farthest away to the wall.
So, if the monitor tells you, 2,5 that means you go into the 2nd column, 5th row, which would be all the way against the wall. THE CYLINDERS GO 0-5, NOT 1-6. You start in section 00 and make your way around. If correct, the cylinder will light up and you will hear a noise. You won't hear a noise on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th cylinders, but they will light up. Move to the next decipher on the monitors. Make your way all the way around and if you do it right, the thing in the middle will open.

During the 2nd and 3rd math puzzles, you can buy another engine from Shiro for free. This is so if anyone turns it in before everyone is done, you can still complete it.

Hi everyone! This is my first video ever made and it will be about a fun build that you can try for yourself at PVP in The Secret World (works well for ED and SH and can also work okay in Fusang.)

DON'T forget to read the rest of the description, it contains useful data such as rotation, gear and the build itself so feel free to give your opinion about it. (OR about the video itself, i'm no expert in there, it's my first one remember!))
That match was great fun and i arrived at the first quarter of it, so final score could have been better (dragons were not full since the beginning so started with an overall disadvantage) but still, if it's not difficult, it's not fun!
Also, you can judge by yourself of the quality of the build (and its pros and cons roundly) in this video, i could have just made an official forum post about it, but actions speak more for themselves than simple words...
Note that i'm not the only one playing this build here, mindrage also plays it (credit where credit is due blabla, you know you're awesome, kudos if you see this mind!)
So... relax and enjoy some Bernyy sneaky peaky stealthy action while he's getting pwned twice! (special thanks to all the players who were here and the community in general, you're all great guys keep going ;))

I suggest you to take a pure HP anima (and a crit rating anima if you want to be fully optimized), also don't forget your best friends here : leech pots (QL4 ones so you don't spend too much materials and pax) and CC breakers (QL7 are at Transylvania and are really cheap else if you want the better ones you need white marks and they're QL10 and cost 174 white mark or so each but have a shorter cooldown than the QL7 ones) and of course, the most important ones...

You should also craft some gadgets (critical rating stimulant or penetration rating stimulant with critical power or penetration/critical chance kickback) here's a nice guide on HOW to craft the gadgets you want :

The rotation is : Anima shot x1 - Three round burst - Anima shot until 3RB is up etc... (can throw in extra 3RB/Slow the Advance when your signets/buffs/gadgets are up for example.)
