Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi was born in Lahore Pakistan; his father Allama Pir Talib Husain Shah (May Allah send mercy upon him) was also very popular Khateeb in Pakistan.
Allama Naeemi completed his primary and secondary education in Jamia Naeemiyah Lahore. He graduated with a B.A from the University of Punjab, after which he was accepted as a student at the Islamic Naeemiyah University. After completing B.Ed, from Allama Iqbal University Islamabad, he graduated with a MA from the College of Hadith and Islamic Sciences Tanzeem-ul-Madaaris Karachi and MOL Muslim oriental law. Thereafter, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology from the Punjab University. Allama Dr. Sefaraaz Naeemi Motivated him to get Islamic Knowledge, so Allama Dr. Sarfarz Naeemi Shahid was his First teacher .Dr sahib taught him Arabic Morphology and Arabic syntax. Allama Mukhtar shah Naeemi Ashrafi started to deliver lecture when he was 19 years old and in 1998 he went to Dubai for speech. He did Umrah in 1998 and in 1999 he performed Hajj by Road. He gave speeches in Makah and Madinah. In June of 1999, the American Muslim of New York invited him to give speech on Milad Jaloos. Next year in June of 2000, Allama Naeemi Again Invited for lecture, giving lectures in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, charlotte, Michigan, California san Francisco, live oak, Chicago, Florida, Dallas And Houston. So Houstonians requested him to stay permanently. Since September 7, 2000 till now (September 7th 2012) he has been in one mosque named MASJID Ghous-e Azam Humble for 12 years (It is Allah's mercy).
He visited many countries to propagate Islam including, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada (Calgary, Toronto and Montreal), Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, and Oman and continues to visit more.

Fourth Pir Tareeqat Teacher of Teachers Hazrat Allama Zubair Naqshbandi Malki Attaasi Alvee Gave Khilaafat to Allama Mukhtar shah, in 2008.
Activities
In America Masjid Ghouse Azam Houston Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi Ashrafi started his career on September 7, 2000 and with the mercy of Allaah he is still there propagating Islam day and night. He has given lectures for 10 years (till february2013) on the radio before Maghreb Azaan. In Ramadan Allama sahib gives 90 lectures: one during the morning on the radio, second before Maghrib Azaan on the radio and third after Taraaveeh at the mosque and by end of the Month of Ramadan, the total reaches to at least 90 lectures. Till June 2013, 36 people have accepted Islam through him.

The Sabir people inhabited the Caspian Depression prior to the arrival of the Avars. They appear to have been a Turkic people, possibly of Hunnic origin. "The name Sabir has been linked by some scholars with the name Siberia (where it may have been an alternative name for the Ugrian-speaking Mansi/Vogul) and even with the far Eastern Hsien-pi".
The Sabir lived predominantly in the Pontic steppe region bounded on the east by the Caspian Sea, on the west by the Black Sea and on the south by the Caucasus Mountains. Priscus mentions that the Sabir attacked the Saragur, Urog and Unogur tribes in 461 AD, forcing them across the Volga, as a result of having themselves been attacked by the "Avars". In 515 "they advertised their power in a huge raid south of the Caucasus, in which they attacked Iranian and Byzantine lands with scrupulous impartiality". They eventually came into allegiance with Persia.
In 552 the Sabirs, previously allied with Sassanid Persia, switched their allegiance to the Byzantines and invaded the Caucasus. Soon afterwards, they were conquered first by the Avars and later by the Göktürks. By the 700s they largely vanish from the historical record; probably being assimilated into the Khazars and Bulgars.

Plot: 13 year old Riyaz lives a poor lifestyle in Bombay, India, with his grandmother, Fayyuzi, and her sister, Mehmooda alias Mammo. Quite outspoken and embittered over his dad abandoning him, Riyaz does not have many friends, save for Rohan. When Mammo plans a surprise birthday party for him, Riyaz is offended as he believes his friends will make fun of him as his lifestyle is not as good as their's. Fayyuzi and Riyaz have an argument with Mammo, and she leaves for the Mosque at Haji Ali, but returns when both apologize to her. Although Mammo was born in Panipat during the British Raj, she was one of thousands of Muslims who left for Pakistan. She was married over there, could not conceive, was branded a "barren woman", and asked to leave. Having nowhere else to go, she came to live with her widowed sister in Bombay on a temporary Visa. Every month she would walk to the nearest Police Station and get an extension. She finally paid a Rs.4800/ as a bribe in order to get a permanent visa through Inspector Apte. When Apte was transferred, a new Police Inspector took over, processed her papers, held her to be an illegal immigrant, arrested her, had her escorted to the Bombay Central Railway Station, board the Frontier Mail, which would return her to Pakistan. Riyaz and Fayyuzi make every possible attempt to trace and bring her back, which was all in vain. Now 20 years later, Riyaz has grown up and has written a book about his Mammo, hoping that someday, somewhere she will find it and they will be reunited again.

Thereafter, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology from the Punjab University. Allama Dr. Sefaraaz Naeemi Motivated him to get Islamic Knowledge, so Allama Dr. Sarfarz Naeemi Shahid was his First teacher .Dr sahib taught him Arabic Morphology and Arabic syntax. Allama Mukhtar shah Naeemi Ashrafi started to deliver lecture when he was 19 years old and in 1998 he went to Dubai for speech. He did Umrah in 1998 and in 1999 he performed Hajj by Road. He gave speeches in Makah and Madinah. In June of 1999, the American Muslim of New York invited him to give speech on Milad Jaloos. Next year in June of 2000, Allama Naeemi Again Invited for lecture, giving lectures in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, charlotte, Michigan, California san Francisco, live oak, Chicago, Florida, Dallas And Houston. So Houstonians requested him to stay permanently. Since September 7, 2000 till now (September 7th 2012) he has been in one mosque named MASJID Ghous-e Azam Humble for 12 years (It is Allah's mercy).
He visited many countries to propagate Islam including, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada (Calgary, Toronto and Montreal), Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, and Oman and continues to visit more.

Second Pir Syed Raza Shah Gilani of Pir Kot Shareef (May Allaah send mercy on him) gave khilaafat to Allama Mukhtar shah Naeemi Ashrafi.
Third Sheikh Ul Islam Allama Pir Syed Madni Miyan Sajjadah Nasheen Astana Aaliyah Kachocha Shareef India gave khilaafat to Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi on August 26, 2001 in America. He has given lectures for 10 years (till february2013) on the radio before Maghreb Azaan. In Ramadan Allama sahib gives 90 lectures: one during the morning on the radio, second before Maghrib Azaan on the radio and third after Taraaveeh at the mosque and by end of the Month of Ramadan, the total reaches to at least 90 lectures. Till June 2013, 36 people have accepted Islam through him.

Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi was born in Lahore Pakistan; his father Allama Pir Talib Husain Shah (May Allah send mercy upon him) was also very popular Khateeb in Pakistan.
Allama Naeemi completed his primary and secondary education in Jamia Naeemiyah Lahore. He graduated with a B.A from the University of Punjab, after which he was accepted as a student at the Islamic Naeemiyah University. After completing B.Ed, from Allama Iqbal University Islamabad, he graduated with a MA from the College of Hadith and Islamic Sciences Tanzeem-ul-Madaaris Karachi and MOL Muslim oriental law. Thereafter, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology from the Punjab University. Allama Dr. Sefaraaz Naeemi Motivated him to get Islamic Knowledge, so Allama Dr. Sarfarz Naeemi Shahid was his First teacher .Dr sahib taught him Arabic Morphology and Arabic syntax. Allama Mukhtar shah Naeemi Ashrafi started to deliver lecture when he was 19 years old and in 1998 he went to Dubai for speech. He did Umrah in 1998 and in 1999 he performed Hajj by Road. He gave speeches in Makah and Madinah. In June of 1999, the American Muslim of New York invited him to give speech on Milad Jaloos. Next year in June of 2000, Allama Naeemi Again Invited for lecture, giving lectures in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, charlotte, Michigan, California san Francisco, live oak, Chicago, Florida, Dallas And Houston. So Houstonians requested him to stay permanently. Since September 7, 2000 till now (September 7th 2012) he has been in one mosque named MASJID Ghous-e Azam Humble for 12 years (It is Allah's mercy).
He visited many countries to propagate Islam including, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Canada (Calgary, Toronto and Montreal), Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, and Oman and continues to visit more.

First Khalifah he received from His Father Pir Talib Husain Shah (May Allaah send mercy on him) this ceremony was held in Nonariyan(Multan road Lahore) and at that time a popular speaker named Syed Yaqoob Shah of Phaliyah gave Jubbah Cloak to Allama Naeemi. Second Pir Syed Raza Shah Gilani of Pir Kot Shareef (May Allaah send mercy on him) gave khilaafat to Allama Mukhtar shah Naeemi Ashrafi.
Third Sheikh Ul Islam Allama Pir Syed Madni Miyan Sajjadah Nasheen Astana Aaliyah Kachocha Shareef India gave khilaafat to Allama Mukhtar Shah Naeemi on August 26, 2001 in America. Fourth Pir Tareeqat Teacher of Teachers Hazrat Allama Zubair Naqshbandi Malki Attaasi Alvee Gave Khilaafat to Allama Mukhtar shah, in 2008.

Eight sentenced to life for murder of Dindigul doctor - Interview Advocate Selvam Eight people were sentenced to life imprisonment with double lifers imposed on three of them by a Dindigul court on Friday for the murder of a doctor in 2009. Dr Baskaran, 59, of AMC Road in Dindigul, who ran a clinic on Palani Road, was abducted by unidentified people on March 30, 2009. Later, the kidnappers called his wife and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore to set him free. His wife however, had lodged a complaint with the Dindigul Town north police following which a special team was constituted. On May 8, 2009 Dr Baskaran's body was recovered by the CB-CID police in a gunny bag which was dumped near the Aliyar dam in Coimbatore district. Eight sentenced to life for murder of Dindigul doctor - Interview Advocate Selvam
Eight people were sentenced to life imprisonment with double lifers imposed on three of them by a Dindigul court on Friday for the murder of a doctor in 2009.
Dr Baskaran, 59, of AMC Road in Dindigul, who ran a clinic on Palani Road, was abducted by unidentified people on March 30, 2009. Later, the kidnappers called his wife and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore to set him free. His wife however, had lodged a complaint with the Dindigul Town north police following which a special team was constituted.
On May 8, 2009 Dr Baskaran's body was recovered by the CB-CID police in a gunny bag which was dumped near the Aliyar dam in Coimbatore district. The case was then handed over to the CB-CID on June 26 the same year on orders from the DGP. ADGP Archana and DSP Dhayalan investigated the case.
Meanwhile, an abandoned vehicle, previously used in a crime and containing three mobile phones and two sim cards used by the abductors of Dr Baskaran, was seized by the police. The mobiles and the sim cards served as crucial evidence in the case leading to the arrest of the accused.
Investigations revealed the involvement of an ex-serviceman D Karthikeyan and eight others including a woman in the crime. Those booked include S Sabir Ahamed, 24, of Dindigul district, C Manjuparkavi, 20, of Palani, M Ummar Muktar, 21, of Ayakudi, J Shankar, 23, of Mullipadi, M Mugilan, 20, of Pudhutharapuram, S Rajkumar, 24, of Uthamapalayam, R Duraipandi, 20, of Ponnagaram and F Vivek, 23, of Tharapuram. While the men were all lodged in the Madurai central prison, the woman was sent to the women's jail in Nilakottai.
The case was first heard in the fast track court in Dindigul and then transferred to the district sessions court. Police filed a 1,300 page chargesheet. Judge R Pongiappan who delivered the judgment on Friday sentenced Karthikeyan, Sabir Ahamed and M Ummar Muktar to double life imprisonments with a fine of Rs 5,000 each and an additional eight years imprisonment which they have to undergo concurrently. The woman, who was sentenced to five-and-a-half years was released as she had already served her prison term. The other five men were sentenced to life imprisonment with a fine of Rs 3,000 each.
Tight security arrangements were made on the Dindigul district court premises in view of the judgment and the relatives of the convicts had gathered in the venue. Vehicles with CCTV cameras were placed at the venue.

The lone woman accused, Manju Bargavi, was sentenced to three-year imprisonment.
Dindigul Principal District and Sessions Court Judge Pongiappan convicted the prime accused T. Karthikeyan (34) of Round Road in Dindigul; Sabeer Ahmad (28); and A. Umar Mukthar (27), both from New Ayakudi, Palani, and slapped them life sentences on two counts — for murder and kidnap for ransom.
The other accused — J. Sankar (31) of Chettiyapatti near Dindigul, a relative of Karthikeyan; S. Rajkumar (30) of Uthamapalayam; R. Duraipandi (26) of Ponnagaram near Dindigul, M. Mukilan (26), son of a Sub-Inspector of Police; and F. Vivek (29) of Dharapuram — got life term.

However, Karthikeyan’s girlfriend Manju Bargavi (26) of Palani, who got a three-year sentence along with Rs. 1,000 fine, was released as she had already served the punishment.
