  • great service on time and you couldn't fault the Removelists fantastic job , definitely will be re using ezi in the future . Only fault I could see was one of the workers was a spurs fan

  • The guys who did the job were awesome. The owner not so good. Was given a quote thought text that was $110 per hr. 2 hr minimum. I gave 3 dates (all Saturday's) and where I was living and where I was moving. When I phoned to say I would go with this company I was told $120 an hr because it was Saturday and quite a big move and it was 2.5hrs minimum. We agreed on $110 and 2.5hrs. Minimum. The job was all done in 1hr 40 mins. I was charged $335 instead of $302.50 and there was never a mention of a 1.5% card charge. Won't be recommending this company

  • We made the move from Hillarys to Fremantle recently with Ezi removals,I thought it might of been two trips with the amount of contents I had but Steve & his team were able to fit it all on safely & securely in one load with no dramas,everything was made so simple for me on the day and id absolutely not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends already!!   • Company first to call with quote, but then couldn't remember details of discussion about move. Turned up too early one day and had to change time of pick up following day. Hired a van far too small for job (essentially one bedroom flat + extra furniture at a second property) and then needed to do several trips. Very expensive (over $900 more than expected)

  • The guys were fast and effective. They were courteous and professional. Everything was done so fast. Even though i moved into a unit on the second floor they still were fairly fast unpacking and bringing it up the stairs/elevator. The quote was around the price they estimated. They arrived early to my house. I would definitely used these guys again, and recommend them for any other jobs.

  • We had to be out of our large office and into a new building in 24 hours, Ezi removals was highly recommended to us by an employee who's house he moved. I didn't think it would be possible to find someone reliable and efficient in such a short space of time. However after one phone call to Steve I explained the extent of the move needed, he promised he would check his diary and call me back within 15 minutes. 10 mintues later he called and the job was booked in first thing the next morning. Everything went extremely to plan, his staff were friendly and committed to get the job done in time, the bill came to the resonanle amount quoted by Steve on the phone. Highly recommend, massive thanks again Steve and the removal team. Good job!

  • Steve was easy to deal with and punctual...which is always a good thing. While my wife and I were only moving two suburbs away, you still deal with the same stresses. However, we enlisted the services of two of his Steve's packers who came to our place on SUNDAY morning to help us pack. Tom and Jen were were pleasant, efficient, and very good at what they did. Five hours later all was done and ready for the truck Monday morning. Both the guys that moved us were also good at what they did. Careful and pleasant to talk to also. No breakages...and the job was all done by 4pm that afternoon. The wife and I were very pleased with the service, staff, timliness and price of the whole experience. I have used Ezi Removals on a number of occasions now for both residential and office removal and they have always made such a stressful time so much more easy to deal with. Ezi Removal are the only guys I call now because I know the job is always going to be done efficiently and with the utmost care.

  • Steve's team of packers and movers, we're extremely professional, but most of all exceptionally accommodating and patient. Before we had actually moved any boxes, our toddler had a very bad accident. We had to spend the day in hospitals, leaving my mum to direct the moving guys. Obviously neither had any idea of where to put our furniture and boxes. DJ. and Isra were amazingly patient with mum, and so helpful all day. Needless to say, mum was highly emotional, and the boys made it as easy as possible for her, and were so helpful. What could have turned into a nightmare move, was made that bit easier thanks to Steve's team. And to top it off, Jen and Tom packed everything so we'll, no breakages occurred. And the guys moving and assembling everything also took great care in our new house! We could not recommend Ezi Removals enough, other to say 'THESE ARE THE GUYS TO MOVE WITH,' Stella effort all and thank you again, especially for understanding our shocking turn of events!

    withe removals preparation is key to save money here are some tips... make sure all loose items are boxed and taped shut dismantle the beds and tape together the slats stack boxes in sets of 3

    We are FULLY INSURED we provide loading and unloading insurance , transit insurance, and packing insurance all at no extra cost to our customers.

    around 60% of ezi removals business is from repeat customers we understand the importance of delivering what we say we will, reliability honesty and providing an excellent service is what matters most to our customers and us.

    our customers most commonly ask us if we have a big enough truck for the job and our reply is always yes we have trucks of all sizes for small to very large long distance removals.

    always ask if they have full insurance the items should be covered during transit, and whilst loading and unloading, also ask what the excess is on there policy incase of damage. it is never a good idea to use a mover that does not have full insurance.

    its a hard job but when done correctly can be very rewarding, meeting many different people and helping them start a new life in a new home is a great part of the job

    it was by accident about 10 years ago i was an offsider and worked my way up to manager then started my own company and strive to give the best service in the business

    there was a customer that asked us to move her out before her husband came home as she was leaving him, he came back early and turns out 90% of the items on the truck were his. he was not happy!
