Dos Visits Sandie Hasche in Lund, Sweden

Welcome to another visit

This home in Lund, Sweden, belongs to Sandie Hasche and her daughters. It is full of retro gems and all kind of lovely things, mostly midcentury design.

Sandie is excellent at finding vintage furniture. Actually, she´s so good at it she gave up her full time job to start her own antique shop. Reformfurniture.
I went to visit her on a hot summer day 2015 and as you can imagin it was such a treat to photograph.
I´m sure you´ll enjoy it.

You´ll find Reformfurniture here
and on @reformfurniture
If you´re ever in the Lund/Malmö area you should go visit her store. (Here is all the info)

As usual, click the images for a better look and captions.
All photos by me, Jenny Brandt.

Absolutely gorgeous lamp

thesofastore-dosfamily

As I told you last week, this is our future kitchen. However it has already been integrated in our studio as a storage table.
We just don´t have enough surfaces in our studio to meet our needs. So everytime a new furniture piece gets moved in, even if it´s only temporary like for a shoot, it gets filled up with stuff straight away.
Today I even decorated it a bit with my photo “Vinyl Guy” and I hung the oh so ravishing lamp Vita Eos from the Sofa Store. I like this pendent so much I want to introduce her to my parents. I already have one, she´s a smaller version, like a little sister but the studio craved something larger.

Thank you the Sofa Store for sponsering this post.
Right now you get 15% off when you buy a lamp there. Just ad “lampor15” when you check out.

Our trip to the Amsterdam Dance Event Part 1

IMG_0035

We went to the Amsterdam Dance Event, ADE
Jens works with the house music label Axtone and they are always attending fun events all over the place. Since Jens and I really like being at home we usually don´t go, but this time I had my heart set on dancing. And I´m pretty hard to say no to, so we went.

IMG_5009Every year Amsterdam hosts a big dance music event, called ADE. And superstar DJs play there. We wanted to see Axwell and Ingrosso´s set and while in town we got to meet up with some of our clients and of course the Axtone team, but more about that in another post.
