The All Day Tote

While the rest of us are melting into Netflix oblivion (I don't even chill anymore) 22 year-old arse-kicker Nikki Lawrence is running Three Fold Studio out of Fitzroy, focusing on the singular task of producing very fine pleated tote bags.

Coming from a background in jewellery making and lighting construction for Fitzroy's fanciest illuminator Christopher Boots, Nikki is driven by her love of process and attention to detail. She also believes in ethical business and keeping it local. Each bag is hand-pleated and sewn by Nikki and her small team here in Melbourne. It's the kind of dedication to craft that would bring a smile to Jiro's wise, 104 year-old turtle-like face.
