The Experiment is the first solo studio album by New Zealand singer-songwriter Dane Rumble. Released by Rumble Music and Warner Music on 29 March 2010, it follows two years after the split of his hip hop group Fast Crew. Rumble found it difficult to write music for himself, and therefore deviated to the pop rock genre. The Experiment includes elements of dance-pop and pop rap, and lyrically focusses on personal issues. Rumble produced the album with Jonathan Campbell. In July 2010 Rumble embarked on The Edge Winter Jam: The Experiment Tour, which had him perform in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
The Experiment received mixed to positive reviews from music critics; some praised its catchiness while others labelled it "chart fodder". The record received nominations in four categories at the 2010 New Zealand Music Awards, and won the Rumble the award for Best Male Solo Artist. The Experiment debuted at number one on the New Zealand Albums Chart, and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of New Zealand (RIANZ). Five singles were released from the album: top-ten hits "Don't Know What to Do" and "Cruel", and "Always Be Here", "Everything (Take Me Down)" and "What Are You Waiting For?".
What Are You Waiting For is the fourth album of Dutch band Krezip. It is the first album released with their new label Sony BMG. The album peaked at #1 in the Dutch Mega Album Top 100.
In 2004 Krezip lost their record label. This due the fact that Warner Music BeNeLux had to drop out all their national artist. Very soon after the drop out Krezip got another record deal with Sony BMG, where this was their first release.
In addition to make the album, Jacqueline Govaert (singer of the band) flew to the United States to write for the album with several writers. The album is also produced in the U.S. with the famous producer-couple Wizardz of Oz (Andrew Bojanic and Liz Hooper), who also worked with artist like Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears. All the songs are written by Jacqueline Govaert with co-writers.
The song "Same Mistake" was used in the Dutch movie Schnitzel Paradise (Het Schnitzelparadijs) which became a huge hit in the Netherlands.

He also performed on several sessions with the Skatalites. He had further hits in 1964 with "Bus Strike" and "Musical Workshop". The band followed this in 1965 with "Guns Fever", recorded at Studio One. Brooks and his band continued to play on recording sessions until the early 1970s.

Their most notable recording was their cover of The Surfaris', "Wipe Out". They appeared as themselves in the British film, Live It Up!.
Martin and Phillips went on to found The Peddlers in 1964.
