Further Question Elaboration These questions were asked during the Webinar. Here is some additional information regarding those questions. Question: Are you able to export the Rich-Recording Technology (RRT) data from Morae Manager into Excel? Answer: To export data, customize your search results in the Analyzer tab to show the information you would like to export, then right-click and choose "Export Results..." to create a .csv file of your search result data. This CSV can be used in Excel for further analysis. We would like to improve the flexibility of data export in the future; if you have any request in this regard please submit them to http://feedback.techsmith.com Question: Do you have any tips for improving connections between Recorder and Observer? Answer: In our 3.3.0 release, we updated our primary video codec that is used to stream video between Recorder and Observer. This new codec should consume a more consistent amount of bandwidth and help maintain a more reliable connection over the network. Note that there are still many external factors such as concurrent network traffic and available bandwidth that could still potentially cause connectivity issues. Question: What do we do with the survey results after recording? Answer: Numerical survey results can be aggregated into graphical summaries that can be shared with stakeholders. We also provide an option in the View menu called "Survey Results..." that provides a display of the answers to each survey question across all participants.
