Kibbutz Einat (Hebrew: עֵינַת) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located near Petah Tikva and south of Rosh HaAyin, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 612.
The kibbutz was founded in 1952 by residents of Givat HaShlosha and Ramat HaKovesh who had left the HaKibbutz HaMeuhad after its ideological split. The name was derived from its proximity to the source ("ein") of the Yarkon River.
The kibbutz was privatized, which encouraged children of members to return. The kibbutz operates a banquet hall and a secular cemetery that offers non-religious Israelis a burial option that skirts the religious establishment. Together with Kibbutz Givat HaShlosha, Einat owns Noga-Einat, a factory established in 1930 that produces combat boots and shoes for the army, police and special forces.
Einat was the first kibbutz to respond to the demand in Israel for secular burial. In 1991, it began to accept requests from people with no religious affiliation seeking an alternative to the Jewish burial ceremony.
Einat Wilf (Hebrew: עינת וילף, born 11 December 1970) is an Israeli politician who served as a member of the Knesset for Independence and the Labor Party.
Born in Jerusalem in 1970, Wilf was educated at the Hebrew University Secondary School. During her national service in the Israel Defense Forces she was an Intelligence Officer in Unit 8200, and reached the rank of lieutenant. She then went to Harvard University, receiving a BA in government and fine arts, before being awarded an MBA by INSEAD in France, and subsequently a PhD in political science at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge.
Wilf served as a Foreign Policy Advisor to Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres, a strategic consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York City and a General Partner with Koor Corporate Venture Capital in Israel. Upon her return to Israel Wilf worked as a Senior Fellow with the Jewish People Policy Planning Institute and a weekly columnist for the daily newspaper Israel HaYom. Wilf also taught social entrepreneurship at Sapir College, as well as a frequent guest on Israeli radio and television talk shows and a member of the President's Conference Steering Committee.
The Middle East (also called the Mid East) is a transcontinental region centered on Western Asia and Egypt. The corresponding adjective is Middle-Eastern and the derived noun is Middle-Easterner. Formerly, the Eurocentric synonym Near East (as opposed to Far East) was commonly used. Arabs, Azeris, Kurds, Persians, and Turks constitute the largest ethnic groups in the region by population, while Armenians, Assyrians, Circassians, Copts, Druze, Jews, Maronites, Somalis, and other ethnic and ethno-religious groups form significant minorities.
The History of the Middle East dates back to ancient times, with the (geo-political) importance of the region being recognized for millennia. Several major religions have their origins in the Middle East, including Judaism, Christianity, and Islam; the Baha'i faith, Mandaeism, Unitarian Druze, and numerous other belief systems were also established within the region. The Middle East generally has a hot, arid climate, with several major rivers providing irrigation to support agriculture in limited areas such as the Nile Delta in Egypt, the Tigris and Euphrates watersheds of Mesopotamia, and most of what is known as the Fertile Crescent. Most of the countries that border the Persian Gulf have vast reserves of crude oil, with the dictatorships of the Arabian Peninsula in particular benefiting from petroleum exports. In modern times the Middle East remains a strategically, economically, politically, culturally and religiously sensitive region.

But the struggle to combine their new lives as parents of a newborn with their old, free and wild lifestyle will force them to hatch one plan after the other, pursuing schemes and lies that almost always fail, backfiring in their faces and setting them back to an even lower starting point.

Plot: In 1980 the black Falashas in Ethiopia are recognised as genuine Jews. In turn they are secretly carried to Israel. The day before the transport the son of a Jewish mother dies. In his place and with his name (Schlomo) she takes a Christian 9-year-old boy. Upon arrival this second mother dies. Schlomo is adopted by a good family but remains depressed until he secretly sends a letter to his real mother. From the beginning he experiences large and small racist difficulties. In his teens he and Sarah fall in love. Her father is an extreme racist. Schlomo tries to gain "real Jewishness" by winning a competition in Bible interpretation. No change of Sarah's father's attitude. Disappointed he goes to the police and reports himself as not being a Jew. But the police officer just gives him a scolding. "The newspapers are full of that stuff, the Falashas are no Jews. Now they begin to believe it themselves." His adoptive parents send him to France to study medicine. When he afterwards marries Sarah she loses her family and her status as a "white Jew". But he dares not tell her the truth until she becomes pregnant. She leaves him, but only because he had not trusted that she would love him as much anyway. His adoptive mother reconciles them. Sarah's first line when she returns: "Unbelievable what three mothers would do for you." But she makes a condition for returning: Schlomo must meet his real mother again. As a doctor he takes a job in the Ethiopian fugitive camp where she is still alive.

Dr Einat Wilf served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces and was member of the Israeli Parliament from 2010-2013 on behalf of the Labor and Independence parties. In this video she will provides new thinking on the Peace Process, explaining how “constructive ambiguity” has prevented both sides from reaching a negotiated settlement, and arguing that the Israelis and Palestinians need to adopt a new strategy of “constructive specificity,” the idea of specifying in detail exactly what is required from each side if the process is to result in a ‘realistic’ peace, the excruciating compromises that are necessary, and bring the century-long conflict to an end.

Our host Ben Ferguson and director Marc Isaacs travel to the Lincolnshire town of Boston to reveal a local story about communal fears about change and immigration. Set in a single location—the inside of a burger truck—this story unfolds as passersby answer Marc's questions while they slurp tea and eat bacon sandwiches. The result is an illuminating blend of anxiety and insecurity as attitudes towards outsiders begin to shine a light on why England is going through such politically turbulent times. a fast video about our short trip to the DeadSea. Here are some facts about the DeadSea : *Dead Sea is one of the wonders in the world, as it is the lowest point on earth. * it's called the DeadSea because there are no creatures living in the sea due to high salt concentricity in water. *The distance between Amman and DeadSea is about 50 km(31 miles). *It takes about 40 minutes by car to reach DeadSea from Amman. *The sea has a unique mud that's used for skin health treatment. *Temperature difference between Amman and DeadSea is about 9 c (+9 in DeadSea).

Tempted to believe?
Even I, in my solitude
Cried for help and wished for
That someone would be there for me
Better grieved than fooled
And I'm prepared to accept my suffering
To live with pain
Is the price for a life in truth
Me being the only lord
I'm the one who can forgive
And the only one to create
A future worth believing in
But I live a bitter life in truth
And curse its powerless God
(Lead: Schalin)
(Lead: Allenmark, Schalin)
I can deeply regret
My clarity of vision
Life had been much easier
To live, getting high on faith
Get a reason to live
Have a blind faith in the future
Forever stoned
Forever blessed in cowardice
Me being the only lord
I'm the only one who can forgive
Better grieved than fooled
So I live a bitter life in truth
