This was is a very important issue, And we thought it is necessary to raise issues pertaining to the People of Kashmir, as it has several colors, and forces to influence. State of Jammun and Kashmir an integral part of Indian union yet it is a conditional accession as we know and Farooq Abdullah recent raised this point in Media too. To discuss on this very important subject, with me was Abdul Rasheed Shahin, Former Minister in Shaikh Abdullah Cabinet in J and K, and Two time Member of Parliament and a active member of National Conference Party which is in ruling in state of J and K , a important alley of UPA Govt at Center. A very senior, well informed, man with great vision and a close associate of Late Shikh Abdullah Who is remembered by Kashmiri People and Shere Kashmir. GENERATIONS ARE PASSING WITH OUT OPPERTUNITY. HOW LONG THE KASHMIRI WILL WAIT FOR SUSTAINABLE GROWTH. HE BEING AND INDIAN AND KASHMIR BEING OUR INTEGRAL PART WHAT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS KASHMIRI PEOPLE.... Back of my mind for me it was the people of Kashmir who very rightly deserve to be heard, and treated with immense understanding of day to day, problem either with relate to lack of oppertunity, lack of confidence in the system, As it is generally understood and feared that over decades very little is done in terms of real time development in this state which has been reason of conflict and repression for decades by it being geographically strategic and neighboring to hostile political very sensitive region of India. On one hand are the sepratist force, on the other hand the cross border infiltration distractions, on the other hand political parties of Kashmir, and the Govt of India and its special strategic importance of this region. Decades are passing but there is no government and not political opposition in the State and the Center who can claim they have given relief to the Kashmirs People, and addressed to their day to day, needs, health, opportunity, education, infrastructure, industries, or even small or medium scale industries to support them like they deserve to be supported.. My focus was very clear, economic, educational and social elevation of our fellow Indians in Kashmir who by history, geography, politics, regional, separatists movements, tussles of neighboring nations, and improper leadership are at the brink of emotional drain added with political and social security for themselves and for their generations to come. There are many lovers to the Valley Kashmir, they like to enjoy the weather, secnic beauty, dal lake, snow mountain, the autumn and winter but they do not have time to think and do some good for them or bring change in to their lifes or console them and build them strong to make they self reliant. Education is 55 % in Kashmir, a good sign, when comparable to few North India's state, one will be surprised to know literacy in Kashmir has increased over the few decades, at the time of Independence literacy was just 1% now Kashmir is as literate as UP which has 56 % Literacy. Problem is these Literates do not have jobs, they are 80% un employed, like throwing Salt on Wet wound Govt. of Kashmir had employment scheme for these qualified graduates, providing them jobs for Rs. 1500, per month salary and shocking is not this disrespecting meager salary, desperate youth of Kashmir is fighting for low salaried jobs, which proves there is no job at all, and Govt. gave Peanuts to these literates expecting they will be live comfortable lifes.
