WELCOME TO Soft tissue surgery
Our soft tissue department works closely with all the other disciplines within the AHT to provide a multidisciplinary approach to all kinds of surgical cases, from tumour removal to traumatology management.
We are also committed to providing state of the art education and training for referring vets in soft tissue surgery.

What we offer:
- Direct, immediate over-the-phone advice to referring vets 24 hours a day
- Same-day rapid admissions for emergencies
- We aim to notify referring vets of our initial assessment within 24 hours of seeing a patient. A more detailed report will follow within 48 hours.
- If patients are hospitalised, we will call to update the owner on a daily basis. If the patient is critical or further updates are required, we will call more often.
- In some cases, patients need to stay with us for prolonged periods of time. In these cases, we very much welcome owners to visit their pets.
