Today in court, Eric King accepted a non-cooperating plea agreement to a federal felony charge that carries a sentence of 10 years in prison. The charge is 18 U.S.C. § 844(h), use of explosive materials to commit arson of property used in or affecting interstate commerce. Eric was arrested in September 2014 and has fought his charges since then, suffering through terrible conditions in the private prison he’s been held captive in since his arrest.

Anarchist prisoner Pomba da Silva on hunger strike

Anarchist comrade Gabriel Pombo da Silva who is held hostage by the Spanish state and has recently been ‘ghosted’ (transferred suddenly to another prison) from Topas, Salamanca, to Dueñas, Palencia, has started a hunger strike. The hunger strike is to demand a single cell, as the Spanish authorities always try to revenge Gabriel by putting him in cells with junkies, snitches and other scum, like rapists.

Since our arrest in 2012 I have maintained a near radio silence public profile despite regular and sincere encouragement to share my thoughts and ideas through mediums such as this. This was done intentionally as I had, until this point, maintained a glimmer of hope that I'd be able to fight my case in court. Today I received notice that my latest efforts to appeal my conviction were shut down by the court. There still remains a few avenues of recourse, but the prospects of a bright horizon, in those regards, are abysmal.

Hey y'all,
Jennifer Gann is a resolved anarchist trans woman prison rebel who would benefit greatly from a more established and broad support system. So, we've created three internet things for her: A support site on noblogs.org, a fundraiser on youcaring.com, and a list on Riseup. We've done this in the hopes that other people may be interested in playing an active role in her support and be interested in interfacing with people aren't so anti-social as me and/or us.
Right now there are three major goals which Jennifer has:

Message from Evi Statiri about her release from prison

The first thing you realize once you are released is that your eyes no longer stumble into walls, railings and dividers. They can wander and see the sky barbed wire. Also, your footsteps are no longer numbered. Twenty up to the wall of the courtyard, twenty to return to your cell. Certainly in my own case the walls of the courtyard have expanded to a kilometer from my house and I am not allowed to have any contact with my partner...

But anyway, I feel my release is just the first victory against the fear and injustice they want to impose upon us as a condition of life...

From Inter Arma

The captivity condition in which I find myself for 4,5 years now as a vindictive and exemplary punishment has created a distance between me and outside reality, action. Besides, the purpose of imprisonment for those who fight against the existent is separation, deprivation, political isolation, moral annihilation. But there are always bars to brake either you walk in the monotonous sterile corridors of a “penitentiary” or you cross the decorated streets of consumption of prison-society. Now, within the prison cells of democracy, my need for freedom continues to give breath to my each day. It’s my moving force, to think, to imagine, to organize, to act. The decision of total conflict with the existing, the power of individual choice enriched by collective action experiences, are the ingredients that can penetrate the prison bars and high walls. Why in prison you don’t give up… you go on. You reorganize yourself and you fight. For 4,5 years I wake up in a bed in prison always a little after sunrise, although many times I liked sleeping more when I was out, I organize my every move, although outside the spontaneous often moved me, I analyze and judge the data (political and personal) of yesterday’s day alone, although outside I always shared them with comrades. For 4,5 years I wake up every morning feeling sure that I alone defined my participation in the war against any form of authority and that freedom is not given away… you conquer it yourself.

from FreeEddien.wordpress.com

We have just learned from Eddien's Public Defender that he in fact can be bailed out despite violating his probation. His bail is $50K so we need $5K to bond him out. Eddien is currently doing okay in jail, but strongly wants to be bailed out and desires that all money be used for that first and later for his legal defense.
Eddien was initially charged with 2nd degree felony assault and battery by a mob as well as 3rd misdemeanor assault and battery. He also has the additional charge of Breach of Peace of a High and Aggravated Nature for allegedly breaking the windows of a KKK member's pick up truck.
