I have spent around 2 weeks on this project, and have made a couple of trips to Logan to film this. I hope you enjoy it!
I actually bought a new camera towards the end of my trip to Boston, so most of the footage was filmed with my Nikon Coolpix.
I am sorry about the audio levels for parts of the video. I think it was an export glitch and I couldn't find the source of the problem. I am also sorry about the shakiness of the footage, because I was filming at an awkward angle and couldn't really reach my tripod.

Finally got to go out to Boston again for some spotting. Got to see some of the new flights that we have got in the past few months, which includes Emirates and the Aer Lingus 757. (We also got Turkish and a Hainan 787, but that's in another video I haven't uploaded yet.)
We finally got to get together with the meetup group again. Its fantastic to see old friends who have the same interest as you, and we all had a great time. And the sunset was absolutely gorgeous!

Gulfstream 450 (not an airbus) GoPro Visual approach landing runway 04L at Boston Logan International Airport (KBOS). The aircraft was set for an ILS 04R but a cruise ship leaving harbour blocked the 04R approach as seen later in the video. We gave the passengers a low flypast, recorded on a GoPro. This video contains the usual Saturday morning arrivals at Logan coming in on RWY 22L. I lucked out and was able to catch the approaches low and overhead as the inbound flights battled a bit of a crosswind. -

I have spent around 2 weeks on this project, and have made a couple of trips to Logan to film this. I hope you enjoy it!
I actually bought a new camera towards the end of my trip to Boston, so most of the footage was filmed with my Nikon Coolpix.
I am sorry about the audio levels for parts of the video. I think it was an export glitch and I couldn't find the source of the problem. I am also sorry about the shakiness of the footage, because I was filming at an awkward angle and couldn't really reach my tripod.

The Kuiper belt is a swarm of dwarf planets and even smaller objects beyond Neptune of which Pluto is the most famous (and contentious) member. Le Verrier had shown that Neptune could settle Uranus’ books, while Batyagin and Brown account for the peculiar behavior of the relevant Kuiper Belt objects (KBOs) by invoking a planet roughly ten times the mass of Earth....

These Kuiper Belt objects (KBOs), some of which are larger than Pluto, tend to have unusual orbits, passing outside of the plane of the Solar System, with their ellipses stretched out on one side, while passing closer to the Sun on the other ... some odd patterns in the orbits of KBOs....

It was recommended by the 2003 National Academy of Sciences’ Planetary Decadal Survey (“New Frontiers in the Solar System”) that this first mission to the Kuiper Belt should include flybys of both Pluto and other KBOs in order to maximize the science return. It would be a great opportunity to investigate objects such as KBOs which had never been visited before....
