With a new system called 'Stall' (Screen Test Aid for Learner License), the department is focusing on changing the way learner's driving license can be acquired ... School education minister Vinod Tawde said in the state legislature on Friday that from now on the mandatory No-Objection Certificate (NOC) to such schools (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB) will be issued after ensuring that they have Marathi language as part of the curriculum ... While the Marathi language diktat is not new, extremely few schools implement it in toto ... So, keeping Marathi as a compulsory language creates a lot of issues."....
