"VESSEL THE FILM"
Following our great screening evening at Ultimo, the first in NSW, Women's Abortion Action Campaign (WAAC) will now show the film "Vessel" at Blacktown for supporters and friends on Thursday, 11th June, 2015, from 6.30 pm.
Vessel tells the story of the controversial work of pioneering reproductive rights activist Dr Gomperts, who founded Women On Waves, a Dutch based organisation which, with the use of a ship, provides safe, professional and legal abortions, as well as counselling and contraception, in international waters.

WAAC celebrates the news that a jury of ordinary, sensible Australians refused to convict Teagan Leach & Sergei Brennan ('the Cairns couple') of abortion related charges.
