A few weeks ago, having committed Travis to the Live8 concerts, he returned to Sudan ... And Travis have hits to spare. Since U16 Girls edged into the top 40 in 1997, the band - named after Harry Dean Stanton's character in the film Paris, Texas - have secured five top-ten singles and a pair of No 1 albums written almost entirely by Healy.
