iriver Plus 3 is a proprietary digital media player for Microsoft Windows platform. Developed by iriver, the iriver Plus 3 is bundled with iriver's portable media players. The application is designed to sort, alter and transfer music, video, image and text files on to iriver devices.

iriver Plus 3 is capable of automatically searching for music on a computer and adding it to its library (it will store a link to that file, not make a copy).

iriver Plus 3 can also interact will most iriver players, such as B30, B20, Clix & Clix+, D5, D7, D25, D26, D27, D28, D30, D31, D50, E10, E50, E100, E150, H10, iFP-100, iFP-300, iFP-500, iFP-700, iFP-800, iFP-900, iFP-1000, Lplayer, M3, Mplayer, N10, N11, N12, NV, P7, P10, P20, P35, S2, S7, S10, SPINN, Style, T5, T6, T7, T10, T20, T30, T50, T60, U10, W7, W10 & X20. It is capable of reading the players memory and adding and deleting files. iriver Plus 3 will also check if the iriver device connected is capable of video playback - if it finds a device capable, it will add a new item to the navigational menu to handle video files.
