Hi.Love the first picture but i do think you could do with a blind or something up to the window? Even some sheer voiles would be nice? Just my view of it.

thanks Some Lovely Voile Panels On This Site.

Honesty is always good and it's wrong if vendors cover up issues with a cosmetic fix. However, I think selling a house is similar to going on a date or deciding what to wear to a wedding. You make an effort. How much effort is up to you. For me the cosmetics are essential. It might only take some elbow grease, but you could reap the rewards. Good luck with the sale.

When selling your home.... Put your shoes on the other feet...think that you are buying it... Would you want a presentable home looking clean and tidy... Showing just how the home can be.. Clean, tidy, clutter free, any minor job that you can do or get help to do it... Or a house that needs lots of work doing to it... The ones buying the house. Will think well this and that needs doing... How much can I knock of the price... How long will it take to put these right.. Oh let's move on and find another one... It's a balancing act thinking that you don't want to spend to much money understandable... But sometimes it has to be done.. Just think that if you would buy it, because it looks cosy, homely, clean ,fresh, then , hopefully it's a sale... And new adventures begin in your next house to home... Good luck... ( sorry for the long drawn out explanation)

Practicality often seems to be absent in these designs. Humans are messy by nature and my favourite comment above was about putting away all shoes and boots. You obviously don't live in the country with a dog. Putting away wet muddy footwear would create a nice smelly cupboard full of damp and mould.

I would never hang a damp coat in a cupboard. A coat hanger on a peg helps jackets keep their shape.
