Yoga classes aimed at a beginner / intermediate yoga level. Dee uses the breath to guide a meditative yoga practice to soothe the body and calm the mind. Each yoga posture is synchronised with the breath and this acts as an anchor for the busy mind. Using this technique the mind begins to calm and a sense of clarity and peace are experienced. Classes always end with a pranayama (breathing) practice and a short meditation.
